DOGED is a steal right now, but it isn't much shock that it is undervalued, as the coin makes no grandiose claims of new & "improved" encryption algorithms or obfuscation methods but instead incorporates existing obfuscation technology to anonymize transactions.

It's practical and seems to work as advertized. The dev is accessible and friendly, and regularly appears on DOGED radio as well to discuss the coin and various other things.

They're not (currently) trying to turn a cryptocurrency into an entire app-ecosystem/whiteboard/instantmessenger/OperatingSystem. It's a cryptocurrency, that delivers on BTC's "promise" of anonymous transactions if used correctly.

Hell, i2p integration means you even have a chance of using a darknet not funded by the USDoD!

The DOGED community believes not only in this coin but also in Cryptos as a whole, and RickStoner does an excellent job of giving all the devs and guests he has on live a fair shake while still getting answers to (sometimes hard to approach probably) questions. When they're on live, I listen, and they listen back - oh, that's right, I didn't mention that this is all fantastically interactive via IRC/skype.

It's all there just rockin' on and untzin' thru the night, raining rainbows all the while, getting more mature as others rise and fall on vapor, greed, and dreams.

It's 4-5 sats right now. When I found it it was 2. It went up to like 18 the night it went on cryptsy, but it's hovered 7- to 5ish for the last week or so.

When this thing hits shapeshift, it's going to be silly.

THANKS out to the DOGED community for being who they are!

While we're disappointed to hear this news, we respect Killakem's decision and the way in which he has conducted himself.

It is a lamentable fact that holders of a coin are able to influence the strategic partnerships it maintains - and often against the intentions of the core team. We have witnessed this in the run-up to the Blocknet's ITO, with SDC. We are witnessing it again.

That said, let me underline the change in Fibre's relation to the Blocknet:

- Fibre is still able, at any point and for free - to become Blocknet-enabled.

- Any other developer can, at any point, create a Blocknet-enabled Fibre wallet or app. (Github)

- Fibre no longer participates in the weekly running of the Blocknet, and they no longer have a say in its development.

We welcome Fibre's continued participation on Slack and on this thread. The Blocknet was created for all crypto and is an open framework. There is no "us vs. them" for the Blocknet.

We wish them all the best.

I myself am sad to see this - I did favorite a lot of their progress links up till some time ago

If they change their mind then we'll see
1625  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TWISTERCOIN New wallet to be released [YOBIT] on: March 08, 2015, 07:56:39 AM

I bought a little bit of Block and am back in now, mostly to be amused when (haters) people figure out this is all real and the FUD was just FUD. New website looks great by the way.

Out of the darkness and into the light.  Welcome back! Smiley

Speaking of dark and light, i always wondered if both sides could work together (supernet and blocknet) but now it seems more extremities have come into play, and these examples may stand for a lifetime unless someone changes them

I was not talking about Supernet, I was only trying to point out that some people might have made the wrong judgement call demonizing Dan and so on. It was pretty harsh and totally unfair. Anyway, time marches on.

That wasn't the assertion I was trying to make by any means, I was merely suggesting when building future tech as powerful as this, perhaps in the early stages its best to consider a more enlightened approach (don't laugh at me too hard please). Finding a means of collaborating on whatever level can be agreed upon or may be possible can help not both each other but everyone who benefits out of the greater outcome

I know you can apply for CCR here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=579901.0

All they need is the logo/exchange info/total supply link I would presume
1628  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TWISTERCOIN New wallet to be released [YOBIT] on: March 07, 2015, 01:28:25 AM
Anyone know when this will be up on coinmarketcap/cryptocoinrank?

Any idea when the stake interest kicks in

PoS start at block 14500.
Current block: 2823

Awesome stuff. Can't wait for the new release

Someone asked me:  is it  convenient at the moment to begin TWIST mining?

Looking at Mining rental rate it seems cost round 0.03 btc/hours.
taking my calculator, 83 hours passed since lauch. Someone talking about 10 GH rate average/hour

it is very simple find coin Twister coin price (Breack even point)
(10*0,03*83)/27700=>0,00090253 bitcoins

This is the point why no-one miner is selling this star-coin

correct me if i were wrong

This is among many reasons why I'm holding

Once the electrum stuffs out it would be good to see this on Shapeshift

Clams just tweeted them saying if you don't add us asap we'll have to unfortunately develop a similar service - one way to make them consider more seriously I guess LOL

Personally I'd love to work with them.

They're both technically competent and interesting projects, and I respect what they're doing.

(I don't think they want to work with us, but I'm open.)

Furthermore, we'd enhance each other's service offerings if, say, a SuperNET node could offer Blocknet services. IMO we're both incentivised to work together.

How about we put an XBridge in the SuperNET?

Sounds like a great idea
