If you are an official representative of the casino, you should create a better ANN thread. No one will be interested with an announcement like this, people will think that you have no serious efforts to introduce the casino in this forum. You need to build a good first impression for readers. Anyway welcome to this forum.

That's true. There is little information about what the casino provides and what the games are about. Where's the info about what the novelty of this is and the promos and how are you planning on getting traffic on your site. In any case, these things need to be done properly if you want to introduce your casino to the community properly.
1622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling sites should be careful of bringing eSports in on: September 11, 2020, 08:49:16 PM
I don't see what the problem is with eSports, they help casinos gain more customers, and potentially help new casinos open up.

For us, as players, that's a good thing. We want increased diversity which will come from increased competition.

Plus, the younger generation doesn't really follow real sports as much, which means if casinos want to stay relevant, they pretty much need to get with the programme.

Around 6 million bets to go!

Catch the winning spirit!

Less than 700,000 bets to go. It won't take very long until we hit this betID ;-)

And if this wasn't enough, check out this Jackpot for Dice and Roulette.

Crypto.games is a good platform to get some extra while having fun playing the latest and most interactive, team-based or not games. It really has a game for everyone.

And not only that but the payouts are decent. Customer support also ready and happy to help. How much more fun do you want?

1624  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for salary on: September 11, 2020, 04:32:00 PM
As long as the employee agrees to be paid in BTC then I think it is fine depending on the level of regulatory laws around crypto currency.

Usually, short term jobs pay in BTC irrespective of the above and there's been no problem because the person then when they cash out in their countries currency then they legally have to declare it as salary and pay tax on it.

So, as long as the employee extracts the money in legal way then I guess it is fine but I suggest to be mindful of the country's legality regarding pension.

As they mist see you as an employer who wants to pay their employee in crypto just to avoid paying corporate tax or something similar.
1625  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crypto Poker Now Launches Website in Support of Using Crypto for Online Poker on: September 11, 2020, 08:43:23 AM
I give my vote to "No, never" because I don't know much about the poker game. But what I look at your site, it seems, your site is almost the same as the review gambling website, but I hope I am wrong because I see two website name that getting a review by you, and there is a link to both of that two gambling website. But no matter what it is, you need to work hard to get more visitor on your website.

Poker is actually simple and easy to understand, you may understand it in a matter of hours if you learn about it seriously.
My first poker experience was on facebook application, I learned it myself by practicing with the free chips.
Nowadays, there are many places to learn and practice poker for free. So you should try it, once you understand it you'll be interested to play it again and again.
Related to this website, it is indeed a blog about crypto related poker sites and promotions.

The great thing about gambling online is that there are so many places that some can afford to have you play their games for free and poker is one of them! So, even if you don't earn anything you at least learn a few common paractices at none of your own expense.

And this site, is just trying to get people to understand that if they like Poker they can now do it online using crypto and this would be the place to check out if they want to know about how to play poker online with crypto and where - this is my understanding of this site... Which I think it is a great idea since many people tend to get lost as soon as they hear 'crypto', and having a place with all of this infor is in my opinionuseful to those who need it. The only issue, of course, is that you need to build trust, and I suppose this is why you're here and aiming for the near future.
1626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any VR crypto casinos? on: September 10, 2020, 10:31:35 PM
Although I feel that VR is a nice addition to the gambling industry I don't yet fully agree that it is ready for it yet. There are still a few technological barriers in simulating motion, movements and sensations over to the players' body parts. There's a lot of progress in the area, but not yet fully equipped and ready for proper VR gambling.

Since your interest is to try on your VR headset on some reputable gambling websites, here is an article going through top 20 casinos where you could play using your VR. I personally, haven't tried any of these so unfortunately I cannot give my opinion of how well this technology works on the blockchain network games.
1627  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: primedice scam 2020 on: September 10, 2020, 08:29:14 PM
...
Your subject is misleading.
you should change it, also as for your peoblem you should contact first the Google or Yahoo or whatsoever your email was made from. They'll assist you as long as youcan provide the details on the account.

then after you retrieve your email, login on primedice using your email.

I have done this so many times with Google and they didn't failed on giving my account back. Also this wasn't a scam for it is your own mistake... so you'd better change the subject. or head into the PrimeDice thread and seek for help.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=208986.0

Right? Just by reading the subject line I knew I wanted to read the post - and it is 100% misleading. In fact, I find that this subject line accusation doesn't relate much to your problem. It is not Primedice's fault that you were irresponsible and forgot your email and password. If they can't verify your email then how are they going to help you. This is the same as saying, I bought a hard wallet I deposited all my assets and I don't have the key, pls help me get it back. Is not going to happen.

I understand this is irritating but it is reality and I'm sure you had a slight idea that forgetting something or not writing it down in a safe place is only going to cause you trouble.

Finally, I do not see how this falls on Primedice and not on the main person responsible - you!
1628  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: OMG !!! Peter Schiff was right, again............. on: September 10, 2020, 06:23:32 PM
Don't go on anyone's words the market is too unpredictable to pe predicted periodically by someone.
Oh, Peter Schiff isn't trying to predict the market. And even if he was, his predictions regarding both bitcoin and gold have been consistently and monumentally wrong. Indeed, if you were to do the exact opposite of what he says, and buy bitcoin whenever he predicted it was about to "crash", you would be sitting on a very nice profit right now.

What Peter Schiff is doing is mindlessly and endlessly shilling gold. He is a gold bug. The majority of his money is in gold. His net worth depends on the price of gold being maintained. He will forever shill gold to his followers, and will forever rubbish anything he sees as a threat to gold. The fact that he (and HardFacts over here) spend so much of their time telling everyone just how terrible bitcoin is means that they see it as a real and genuine threat to the price of gold.

The reason the stock markets crushed is not so spot on from Peter's prediction but it simply has to do with countries entering into recession.

It doesn't take a huge amount of brain power to predict that if the entire economy on a global scale is suffering then no market stands a chance; it being the stock market or the crypto market.

And it is true, people only spread information that will favour them there's no genuine predictions here other  than trying to 'save their own skin'. If people like the main person who made this thread really believes everything then at least I sure hope that there aren't many like that.
1629  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜— Yggdrasil Fall Fortunes 🍁€30 000 prize pool! on: September 10, 2020, 02:43:40 PM
What do you mean by a qualifying bet when you say that there's no minimum bet for this €30K prize pool?

Also, this promo isn't among your promos casino which as of today there were about 4. Is this prize pool competition completely of the charts and run as and when on top of the existing ones?

Btw you guys seem to have done a really good job at getting a well-rounded selection of games and the affiliate program is also not that bad. I wonder if people on here will be happy to share their experience using this casino. There's only so much trust you can put in the testimonials.

1630  Economy / Gambling / Re: ❤️CRYPSINO💚 Blackjack 🃏 Poker 🃏 Keno ⭐ Dice 🎲 Wheel 🍀 Slots 🎰 Roulette on: September 10, 2020, 09:09:27 AM
I hope the free trial and up to 90 spins or so will help with getting more people to try out your casino. From the looks of it, it is a decent looking casino and once you take a closer looks you realize that the major downfall of this is the low number of members.

As of now, 10am BST there are only 80 members, and this can surely by several times higher. It is a shame to have come so far when everything looks (I haven't yet tried out the games) good.

There's something that this casino needs to do and that is go hard on marketing and advertising everywhere. Even put together some competitions with really nice prizes  Grin
1631  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Regulations in online Gambling sites on: September 09, 2020, 10:55:48 PM
I like their idea to limit the gambling bets for those who couldn't really afford it but couldn't also stop on gambling but the question here is it is really effective?
People would still find a way to cheat it we already see so many KYC policy that has been cheated by so many people so I think this could also be cheated too.
And if this kind of policy would be implemented then I think plenty of people would also make a business out of it making some accounts for the gamblers to buy so that they could continue to gamble.

Legal casinos can limit gambling bets, and they will do that if there is a law about it, they will respect it and follow the rules,
better that than inspection to come and close them. But there will be underground casinos, privacy casinos, they will not ask
any questions, you can spend your money and nobody will ask you about your limits, where you got money from.
Gotumoot even you say how there will be new business opportunity for people to create accounts for other people, so they
can gamble.
well, if you get such a limit, it will not give freedom to gamblers, and what is worse is that the government can find out who has a very large amount of money assets because surely gambling places that have legality will have their own records and usually records. it is deposited by the government for reporting the data as an archive.
The ability to remain anonymous in crypto is a growing concern not only for people who make a good amount of money but for any individual who wants no tracing as this was the purpose of decentralization.

Defeating that core value that crypto is known for is going to cut the traffic on a gambling/casino site right down. But in a way it still is an issue if these places want to operate within legal bounds. It is a conundrum and the solution isn't as simple as keeping verifiable records.

The growing issue for this much needed solution is the need for standard grounds, that will apply to places outside of a certain area.
Will we see this happen?  I think this depends on the regulatory bodies lining up with crypto space and as we have seen this is already challenging, alas greater efforts must be made.
1632  Economy / Gambling / Re: #4 Bitcointalk Poker Series @ SwC Poker (0.06 BTC, BIG BTC Ticket by SwC) on: September 09, 2020, 08:58:09 PM
"AQo never wins". Poker anchors keep saying it like a mantra, every time someone's going all-in with AQo. They are not always right, but yesterday I did lose all-in(to youcantwin/@efialtis), even after flopping a Queen!

Not the best decision on my side money-management-wise, considering the amount of BBs I had(20+) and my position(3rd) at the time.

GG, everyone! Smiley

Congrats Obaming/@Improved on the win!

Still, you can't beat yourself up too much! You knew that you had a good chance and you took it the fact that other players also had a similar better hand and some even better meant that you went with your guts, not always advisable when gambling but so long as you had fun. You can get them next time!

Also, in the next series you can take a step back and re-think your moves, all these experiences amount to making us better players and make better decisions. There are still quite a few more rounds to go, so plenty of time to get back at the game with a winning blow - something you don't know until you try.

A new Weekly Race has just started, and our whales are already making incredible winnings!
https://bethash.io/gamelist

These winnings in ETH and USDT are huge, clearly from whales or alike. Would this high wagering already not put off like >80% of the players when they see who they're against?

I understand this is a popular contest and everybody wants to get involved but would maybe more promos work to retain some of the little players in the competition run? Something to have on the side to keep every player happy
1634  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 commission on LTC investments is at 35% till 31. Dec on: September 09, 2020, 05:37:08 PM
Nice notice on LTC investments getting 35% discount on commissions (I did not notice it before). Been a very quiet week for my BTC invests, slightly in a small loss at the moment but sideways moving in reality. Guess people are sitting tight during this dip in crypto prices:)

I just saw it today, it's good thing that they lowered the commission to 35% well I thin this will be profitable for LTC investors on their bankroll I think I should try to invest a small amount of LTC to their bankroll I should take advantage this kind of promotion.

I see you play on Bitvest too yes? I redeposited a small investment there when Yolo closed their investments (temporarily) and from what I remember, they had a really big winner there wipe out people's profits for almost 2 years, just a few months ago. Always good to consider how to diversify your casino investments for sure and put it on as many reputable sites as possible:)

LTC whale who almost wiped the bankroll was in last month itself and LTC investors who had invested their investment fell like 90% or so. And their investment is still down by 80% and it may take months or even more until some big whale loses like the winner of last month. It’s the risk which has to be taken when investing in bankroll.

That movements sure sounds like that of an authoritarian whale. Despite the LTC investors drop to nearly nothing it is surprising to me to see this quick recovery on behalf of Yolo. The fact that these guys are coming back means that this is an investors platform, given how they dealt with the emptying of their reserves.

In any case, such a move should have been anticipated as a casino if you don't expect a large reserve depletion every once in a while then there's no point in trying to convince others that your casino is worth being online.
1635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Be careful when you play games with your coins! on: September 09, 2020, 10:58:27 AM
Unfortunately, many people once they get their hands on gambling go straight to the casino in the hope of multiplying their income. Yeah, that's NOT going to happen.

In fact, when people think of gambling as a way to make money then the first thing they should be having on their mind is that they are going to lose that money. So the best remedy for that is to start thinking how to prevent this from happening, and there a few ways to do this.

Just by a quick Googling, people have already recognized this problem and there are countless of blogs and articles writing about this but this one here is most recent and does have some 'meat' to it.

You might think that these things discussed like practice on free games or with faucets are common sense but yet many don't consider these things and blow their money off within seconds.

Just to finish off with this: crypto is a great innovative space where if you know your way around you can make money relatively easily but you have to put in the time and effort. Equally, crypto unfortunately is also a space where money can be lost as easy if not easier than money can be made! A fact to keep in mind!
1636  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sportsbook - Lamborghini Giveaway! 🚀 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🥊 🎲 on: September 09, 2020, 09:09:12 AM
40 BTC is a big amount indeed, but he could have lost 50 BTC in the past and his overall loss could be 10 BTC.

That is so true.
We see big winners but we dont know how much they lost in the past...
They could have been down big and that win made them even or make them be up by a small margin....

Or they just started playing and won big! Which would make this win even more awesome!  Grin

That's true, you never know the hardships people have gone through even if on the surface it may look like it was easy.  The fact that now you can ear as much as 40x while playing Plinko is sensational, something you don't see everyday. And while the payout is decent it also reflect the wagering amount required of 400, most people can't afford that so you gotta have some faith also before enrolling in this amazing competition.
1637  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Problem Gambling in the wake of covid-19 on: September 08, 2020, 10:58:55 PM
I've seen a few people getting more desperate around this time. It's a hard time, no doubt. Disposable income has gone way down, sources of income are reduced and family matters tend to get worse. At this time losing money in gambling has more of an impact, and some people tend to try to escape with gambling. This is exactly where big problem situations can arise from.
right, here the need for serious discussion within the family, especially those who have a gambling addict partner...
This epidemic has directed our lives in an uncertain direction, some say there is a vaccine and some say not. Until now, many have not found work and are still in debt just for food. for gambling addicts, it is best to reduce the intensity of your gambling and pay attention to the economy of your family.

There's a lots of things that you can keep yourself busy instead of getting engage more with gambling.

With this pandemic the effects is to be with your family most of the time, You can be more attached in finding ways
on how to survive and bring the needs of your love ones instead of going to gamble and risk your money.

The pandemic has given everyone the time to rest not only their goals but their minds also. Rather than spending the time gambling in the hope that you'll win some extra cash I'd recommend to instead educate yourself with all this extra time.

Use the time wisely to better yourself and learn perhaps skills which will allow to get into a job where you can't be made redundant or where your skills are really needed so that you can be free of worries about what your future job holds for you.

I came across this thread after a long time.
It's not right to ask, but still i want to what happened to the old thread? Why the OP has created a new thread when there is already an old thread exist with almost 70 pages here at bitcointalk.
Nevertheless let's keep it aside, by the way i liked the new tournaments announcement in the thread.
The Graphics of the advertisement of the tournament is just dope.
Let's see what new tournaments/promotions will be seen from the site.
Good luck BetChain Team.

Yh, it has been puzzling many people why a new thread was made but looking at the old one it seems that this one is far better with more content and it is more up to date of what an ANN thread should look like. Still I've not heard one word why this was decided but I suppose they just wanted a fresh start  Huh

This casino has actually been running not only for a few years now but people are genuinely happy with the service these guys provide and the games are good too, payout is alright and the promos are decent too. Lately they've become even more active than before, so nothing to complain really just a word of 'keep it up'  Cheesy

EarnBet Launches First Phase of New Token Mining Program

Liquidity Mining? Yield Farming?

We've just announced a big change to our token mining and distribution, to incorporate our favorite aspects of #DeFi!

Read about it on our blog site, and get in early on our two week Phase 0 launch before the other phases kick in!

Hey guys, I've checked the announcement blog and I must say that the contest sounds really fun and interesting. I also like how you keep distributing the bet token among the top 50 bettors - something to look forward to.

I have one 'silly' question, I'd like clarification on, what's the link 'pawn not intended' between EarnBet and Link, which from the rest of the supporting cryptos seems to be really standing out? Was this something that members on here wanted to have or is this something more to do with the teams' strategic planning?

You can read about it here: https://blog.earnbet.io/en/earnbet-announces-integration-with-chainlink-to-further-decentralize-its-platform

Thanks for getting back to me on this. Interesting stuff for sure.

I find the concept quite clever and a much needed solution to an ongoing problem. And out of curiosity, is there any other casino that you know of which engaged and adopted a similar decentralized oracle network to overcome the blockchain 'black box' in a way to feed off information to the blockchain network from the outside world, like Link is being used in this instance?

1640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Problem Gambling in the wake of covid-19 on: September 07, 2020, 10:47:23 PM
I don't know why you had the misconception that people gamble less when they've got less money lol, come on now.

If you take a look at minorities in countries like the Unites States, Germany, the UK etc, you'll find that minorities and lower income families tend to gamble more. This is because minorities often fall into the lower income group due to language barriers, lack of education etc.

You never hear about millionaires winning the lottery, because millionaires don't play the lottery. The time it takes them to walk down to the store and get a lottery ticket is net negative to them, add that on top of buying the ticket and it's a no go.

Remember guys, poverty = more gambling, especially in countries with a supportive government. Obviously poverty doesn't lead to gambling in places where people are literally living hand to mouth with no support from the gov.
