its not gr8 at long term storage...
but if we are looking to preserve some value for a short time.
cash is king.

Not always...

right highly sought out rare unique items might be and excellent store of value.
a bitcoin more like these stamps then it is gold.
these stamps have a strictly limited supply. not so with gold.

These stamps were from Germany in 1924. LOL. The are not rare or valuable at all. The point is they were going for 5000 to 500,000 marks, and then they had to cross that out and they were going for 2 million marks. I was refuting your claim that cash is king for the short term. That has not always been the case.
i assumed you were point to some super rare stamps or somthing ...idk...

ahhh the Gr8 Germany " wall-paper money experiment "

Dude... u'r giving me ideas to do that with some ucrainian Hrivnas or some russian Rubles! Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

That is just epic... Think of all those plastic moneyz that will be so good for insulating my bathroom.. I think australian $$ or canadian $$ will do just fine for keeping the moisture out of the walls! Cheesy Cheesy

FUCK THE ETF!

New ATH coming at ya this month or soon after. Better for all of us that this wall street bullshit did not screw things up for BTC in the long haul

They can't regulate BTCiTcoin anyway... that is their problem! Smiley

ATH would have failed!... Because mostly everyone would have bought the real thing!(in spite of the ATH existance)... Meaning that their rigged paper market attempt with the ATH was just to store value in a place with a rigged system and keep a stable value!... even when the real trades of bitcoin where going down! Meaning that it was a "safe haven" for them to park their money! Smiley And they basically being "vampire feeders" of a stable currency, while the others where crashing!

But the problem stands that when they talk a big game about big amounts! No one will want their 'fake' monopoly money that are just numbers on the screen when the big deals will take place. Because they are still dependable on their banking vulnerabilities that no amount of money would be recoverable when the system fails. Meaning the fake banking system will drag everything with them that is remotely related to them in any way, shape or form... including all the mainstream "money" (allegedly: dollar, euro, etc...) and their paper gambling game rigging that is in the gold / silver or maybe bitcoin as well, and everything... has the same value! (that value being : *worthless!* )

That's exactly how I felt when I heard the "No Bitcoin ETF FOR YOU!" News!
Oh well there is always next year when another Winky Floss group comes along.
There will always be another.

And its gone again! Sad ...

Hope the moneyz get in timez 4 za bang 4 my buck! Smiley  ... great .gif btw! Cheesy Cheesy

Buy her a fake diamond. Should buy you a few weeks. How's your pokerface?

Best advice ever...

There are those kind of fakes that are made from carbon... so they don't break if she tries to scratch them or hit them with the heel of one of her stilettos. Cheesy Cheesy

Quote
“The Commission notes that bitcoin is still in the relatively early stages of its development and that, over time, regulated bitcoin-related markets of significant size may develop,” the document reads. “Should such markets develop, the Commission could consider whether a bitcoin ETP would, based on the facts and circumstances then presented, be consistent with the requirements of the Exchange Act.”

HOPE!

And... its gone!...  Cheesy  Cheesy

Good morning Bitcoinland.

I see things haven't changed much since I went back to bed... $1226USD (Bitcoinaverage).

It's gone back to pretty much sideways after the crazy spikes up and down 3 hours ago.

I haven't mentioned coffee in months but I think I need a cup now. This could be a long day.  Smiley

A good cup of coffee per day with beans from a good zone in Africa and a bit of coconut milk or almond milk will do wonders for your health! Lifespan could be increased by 40% ... Trust me its a good investment!  Grin  Grin

Is this a new dump coming or just a trap guys?

Looks like a "cliché" dump!  Cheesy  Cheesy    (word of advice: don't hope for too much! Be happy with a $20-30$ dip then buyback in)

My gawd when will the madness take a break? Cheesy  Cool

Rats will get a "burning sh!p sensation" around ~1450$ and will start jumping... but until then... there are very little 'cold feet' people. And at ~1500$ we will probably see a dump / correction for a day or few then go back up again. Smiley

Anyone know where this gif is from? Couldn't find any leads on Google image search
Yeah it's a sweet one ^_^

Can't you recognize any of the actors?? Smiley .. I think there might be a familiar face or two in there...  Cheesy

I'm guessing that I'm one of the few here who even knows who Howard Hesseman is.  Tongue

If someone knows Jan Smithers, please tell her that I still have a huge crush on her from back when I was a kid.  Cheesy

If that's him, it should be from something that he played between 1995 < - > 2010 ... or something like that.  Smiley

So much time in the outside world. It´s me or there´s a massive cup and handle forming since 2014?

Yes... it is!  Grin  Grin

It is actually trying to go to $1450 < - > 1500$ first then make the handle with a bottom from $1000 < - > 1100$ ... and then it will just go back UP!...  Roll Eyes again...  Roll Eyes

You are wrong there! ... We need to have a real impact, in the real world. The consumerism without the burden of having 100 billion people, but having 20 billion doing stupid sh!t with 120 billion humanoid robots. Smiley

You can imagine that?? ... One day you can be a thief and steal or break sh!t ... Then... You can be one day a detective... and solve the thieving and breaking of sh!t on other sides of the world. It would be total chaos... Cheesy Cheesy

Sh!t!... Can you imagine all the economic growth on all that madness!??  Cheesy   Cheesy

Did you just bold my post, haha! What if I told you that I was going to plug your brain in and give you control of a robot but rather I just simulated the experience and deceived you to save money?

Too much effort! That will be the cause of too many problems... Did u not see Matrix... wtf!?? ... The illusion of free will must be provided! And being trapped in your own mini-world of getting more robots and living more lives to try and get as much as possible to provide for your existence would be a better illusion! Cheesy Cheesy
1640  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 27, 2017, 09:50:54 PM

U ppl discussing politics makes me giggle at your incompetence! Smiley

Because I have tried to write a book on "what should the perfect system look like??" ... And then I figured out how backwards we are in our evolution. And the optimal solution would be very drastic and we would not accept it, just because we are so behind in our evolution.

For example... in the future of the human race, there will be an implementation of a "robot government", like a computer program. And this will start by different parts of the actual governments being moved towards automatization! Meaning that the repetitive tasks of the day to day needs of public servants will be moved in that direction! Mostly it will be because efficiency and costs, but it will mostly 99.9% remove corruption!

This all feels nice and trendy. But there are other aspects that might not seem to matter now, but will bite us in the ass later. For example, war is somehow a necessary evil, but we should try to make it virtual. And another goal of humanity is immortality, but what actually bothers humans is that they can't live multiple lives and have infinite power, or more power to achieve their "vision"... wtf that might mean, because humans are a bit batsh!t crazy! Smiley  ... That will also be achieved with MMO's ... having 5-6 accounts of "sims" and living multiple lives that will be controlling robots in real life doing farming, golfing, fishing, mining Everest, visiting space... etc... People will try to find the meaning of life & other sh!t.  Huh

U'r political contradictions are a bit cute and funny! Smiley ... Because the answer is "a combination of most of them, more or less!" ...  Cheesy  Cheesy

I'll have what he's having! Also, our simulated lives will not be controlling robots, we'll just be plugged in. Maybe a few rich people get robot avatars that explore space and then go into a Black Hole and transfer the quantum data to my daughter to save earth with data reconciling general relativity and quantum field theory!!!!!!!!!!
