16381  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: June 16, 2016, 01:26:26 AM
Bitcoin Loans are too risky, there are too many scammers online and you may be a victim. At this moment what you need to do is either to hoard your bitcoins and wait until price increase tremendously or invest in mining like hashocean and genesis mining. hope this helps.

Bitcoin loans are too risky and also with the fiat loans, but btc loan is much riskier because of the circumstances indicated in the quoted message.
And when it comes for the collection it is really one of the hardest way of getting their payment.
Because in payment people tend just to run away.
16382  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How earn Bitcoins fast and free?? on: June 16, 2016, 01:21:30 AM
Work, buddy. Work hard and invests everything in bitcoins and altcoins. They are the future.  Wink

Investing in alt coin and bitcoin is not really a free way you need to have funds for buying bitcoin and alt coin.
So, you are right work and work so you need to work to start out an investment.
16383  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: June 16, 2016, 01:14:53 AM
If you already had 800 BTC, I suggest you stay out of this loaning thing cause you can lose it. I suggest that you do some trading, get 1 BTC out of it, buy altcoins, then sell when it gets high just do some research first before buying.

And yeah, if you already had 800 btc you don't have to lend it to the people because it is very risky even you have a lot of it, 1 btc is only nothing for you. But if you are that conscious with your money. Better to hold it, just like the bitcoin millionaires do, they are just holding it and not getting into loaning service.

Well up to a person if it's still going to make a loan.

There are loans that can be sorted out to different people if you like to do so e.g "I know you for a long time" , "I know you can pay" or something like that. If that's is the case then a person can give outs loan.

I would prefer to loan that way also. Like friends here who have been there for you. No risk in giving them loan and so what if they run I also benefit from their help and more.

Well that's a better way of lending your money to your friends. As long as you know the people that borrows your money then you have assurance on how you are going to collect the money they borrowed.
16384  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: June 16, 2016, 01:08:05 AM
i think that only people themselves might be stopping from using the bitcoins because they are afraid of it

Why they are afraid of using bitcoin? Maybe they are afraid that other people won't believe them if they are going to use bitcoin, since it is a digital currency and no one will believe them that it is also a true money by means of online money. They are afraid of being ignored also, I think.

So it is like what people around you will tell if they knew you are in to this kind of investment. I dont care what they say as long as I profit from it and make my budget more stretched.

Yeah I don't mind if what people will tell about it and on what reason they stops from using it. As long as I'm benefiting on the use of bitcoin.
And if they can see that  I benefit from it, then maybe that's somehow a good thing they can see it.
And they will going to start using bitcoin.
16385  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin? on: June 16, 2016, 01:04:53 AM
I think the only thing that makes the bitcoin halving bad is the mining difficulty will increased and it will affect a lot for miners because it will take more time to mine bitcoins than before.

Yeah the mining difficulty is just the bad effect of the upcoming halving, but still I know miners will do something about it. But the most effect of it,
will be a good thing for all consumers of bitcoin.
Because of the price increase the demand of it will become high and more people will going to be encourage in using bitcoin.
16386  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: June 16, 2016, 01:02:31 AM
I think i will but i will quit my job if i get a huge amount of passive income like, i will get at least 150% higher than my salary on my work but now i'm just saving some money for preparing to get full time on bitcoin.

Well that's somehow convincing if you can earn 150% higher than your salary, but I were you I will not quit my job and I will still going to continue my daily job and continue also working for bitcoin job. And having more ways of getting income is a good way.
16387  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: June 15, 2016, 12:03:36 AM
i think you should definitely believe in bitcoins in my opinion because the price of it is definitely going to rise also more people will be in it in the future

Many people who know bitcoin earlier that most of us here, but what now. They don't believe that bitcoin will going to reach what is happening now.
So, they regret their decision that they never trusted bitcoin. And now, they are full of regression on that one wrong decision.
But today, it is still not late for changing that decision.
16388  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: June 15, 2016, 12:01:57 AM
I think yes and it will use bitcoin as they other kind of payment like in restaurants, bars and shopping stores. Also if the bitcoin has a stable price i think it will also use to pay the salary of the employee.

It will be still popular if the price of it is high, because people tend to think if they saw they saw the price of it is high, then it can pull them from using it. But since it is decentralize monetary unit, I'm hoping for a good stable price range of bitcoin in the future.
16389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What wallets do you use and why? on: June 15, 2016, 12:00:27 AM
I only use the blockchain wallet at the moment because this wallet is way easier to control than others.
The other thing that is the downside is its of course online.

So, most of the people here are using blockchain.info and that's not new either because we can see the convenience and we find it very easy to use.
And the environment of it is very user friendly. But I know that blockchain wants to still improve and do something for the upgrade of their system.
I hope it's going to be better.
16390  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving is a profitable??? on: June 14, 2016, 11:58:50 PM
It's profitable for now cause many people with bitcoins now can get free $300 from every coin but it will stop soon, so better to catch the moment to sell your coins.

That's for sure, halving is really going to be profitable once it happens. And yes, once the price increase stops, you might need to control the holding
of it, because you might be late for selling it and you will regret about it.
16391  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to collect BTC ?? on: June 14, 2016, 11:57:43 PM
Just buy it!!!  Grin

What if the person you will tell this kind of statement to buy is not able to buy. And he doesn't have enough money for buying it.
How does he going to collect btc from it. That's not fair for those people who doesn't afford to buy. But I would suggest that go for some campaigns, like social media campaigns , like twitter you just need to have many crypto followers.
16392  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: June 14, 2016, 11:55:18 PM
We just need more demands for Bitcoins and need for it to go more mainstream. The acceptance by STEAM is a good start. Bitcoins are a little geeky.

Need to focus on the mainstream audience and let them know about BTCs - When I talk about mainstream, I am talking about the people who know what is Amazon, eBay and Paypal and they are the users of such services.

Right now, we are just a bunch circle-jerking to each other's fantasies. lol

There's a bit of truth in your statement. Bitcoin is still far away from mainstream use. One of the best indications for that is the huge spread between the Bitcoin Investment Trust as a mainstream trading vehicle and the real BTC price. If even stock investors are seemingly unable to buy Bitcoin directly, we can assume that buying and holding real Bitcoin seems to be not simple enough for mainstream users - which btw. I find difficult to understand.

Irrespective of wild price fluctuations, usage of Bitcoin will be growing slowly but steadily. I don't think that Bitcoin will become mainstream overnight by some big company accepting it. Instead I think Bitcoin's growth will replicate its network structure: It will grow p2p, that means by personal recommendation as a solution to inflationary expropriation and a simple way to handle private purchases. That is also a more healthy way to grow, because the underlying technology can be refined to meet the demands of a growing user base.

So 2017 is not the year of the Bitcoin. Every year from now on is the year of the Bitcoin... Smiley

ya.ya.yo!

And yeah, I forgot about that, that every is going to be the year of bitcoin. Since this year a good thing is going to be happen which is the halving.
And for sure, next year we can taste the good results of it. And we just need to wait and see for it.
And after next year, the consecutive years will going to be another years of bitcoin. Cheesy
16393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: June 14, 2016, 11:53:12 PM
My Paypal got suspended (for now) so I have no ther choice but to use Bitcoin or face-to-face cash.

Therefore, Bitcoin.
The freedom that bitcoin gives you is one of the best features on it. you can use btc wherever you are without any country-based restrictions that PayPal has

Yeah that's also an advantage for bitcoin, but there are certain countries also that restrict the use of bitcoin. So, the people there that wants to use bitcoin well, they don't have choice but to still use paypal. But a good advantage also of bitcoin is that you can receive the bitcoin sent to you for just a couple of minutes where ever you are in this world. But with paypal, it took some days.
16394  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why did you come to Bitcointalk? on: June 14, 2016, 11:48:35 PM

The second possible I want to get bitcoin also in this forum Grin

All of the things you want to do is already here in forum. You just need to be active and patient for the things that you want.
Because it will happen once you already know about the things it used to.
16395  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: June 14, 2016, 11:47:07 PM
i will simply take my bitcoin, construct a piece of wood, drop ALL my coin inside the contructed wood. close and nail it with a nail.

Write RIP BTC on the top cover, dig a pit, drop it inside this pit.

Come back to bitcointalk forum to finalize the RIP ceremony Sad Sad Sad Sad

Thanks
Arlene

so you consider bitcoin dead if it ever reaches 1 dollar ? what if this happen and more people get interested in these cheap coins and the market thrills again after a while ?
bitcoin's live does not depend on the price, it depends on its decentralized network

We can't stop those people that tells bitcoin will be dead if it reaches to $1, but for me, bitcoin will still be use that time. Why? Because it still has a
value and things that have value, is still going to be productive and useful. Unless if it will going to be no value at all.
16396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: June 14, 2016, 11:45:48 PM
even though there is not much time left to halving....i am holding btc as i think price will spike above 1,000.
why: halving, yuan, brexit, fomo......
imagine what happens if and when the block size debate is settled

Well I'm also holding my bitcoin for the hope of price increase and I'm not disappointed of what is happening right now, for sure it is going
to continue it's price hike until the halving.
And if the price reaches to $1,000 well, all of us will become happy with that.

I think some people panic had sold their bitcoin. whereas halving still about 3 weeks. I am very confident it will go over $750. keep holding and does not panic when there is a decrease.

Yeah I'm thinking of that also, that many people have panic they saw the price of bitcoin reaches $600, for sure many had sold their bitcoins.
They just don't waited for a longer time and now the price is already $700. But I'm thinking of a speculation that the price will going to be $1,000.
But maybe that is going happen at the end of the year.
16397  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: June 14, 2016, 11:43:17 PM
Few days ago i thought that price will not reach $700 but nowdays i am so impressed, maybe price will increase more but at my opinion it will not be a major increase.

Well you should be impressed of course. And there are speculations now that bitcoin will going to rise up to $1,000 and I think it is possible when the halving happens.
And if that happens , for sure you are going to be impressed again.
16398  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: June 14, 2016, 11:42:03 PM
I think that nowdays is not the best time to buy bitcoins cause price is around $700 and better to wait when price will majorly drop, but i not gonna buy bitcoins soon.

Yes I think it is not also the right time for buying it and if you are going to wait for it to drop it's price there is no assurance and we don't know if it is going to drop down it's price.
And we don't know when it is going to fall down it's price again.
16399  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: June 14, 2016, 11:38:19 PM
No, cause i am holding my bitcoins nowdays and i really want to catch the moment to sell my coins but i am not sure about price, will it rise or not.

Most of us stopped spending bitcoin actively for the incoming halving, because we all know that it will be profitable once it happens.
And I know it will be worth the wait and effort of waiting, we just need to wait and believe for it.
16400  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How earn Bitcoins fast and free?? on: June 14, 2016, 11:36:45 PM
I think you can try to get free and fast bitcoin, you can do it in the faucet of gambling sites.

Yes you can get fast and free bitcoins with faucets. But the thing is, you can only receive a very small amount of it.
So, let's say there is no really a thing for earning bitcoin fast and free. You really to put effort on it.
Like offering your talents and other skills as well.
