pour y palier, pourquoi pas sauvegarder le hash de la blockchain sur la blockchain en temps réel? je développe, une idée simple: à côté du hash serait enregistrée également la signature signée par une clé/adresse maître contrôlée uniquement par le réseau en entier quand il est en marche et inaltéré( je pense aux 51 machins ! )

Justement 1BTC n'est pas égale à 1BTC. Des btc qui viennent d'une adresse qui n'a pas bouger depuis 10 ans a plus de valeurs ( tu peux facilement justifier que c'était du hold et que cela fallait rien a époque ) Un bon c provenant d'un échange en Russie n'a pas la même valeur que 1 btc provenant de counbase ou bitstamp. Un btc d'un Waller de sikroad non vendu par le FBI ne faut pas le btc de mon papier wallet fait il y a 8 ans. 1 btc n'est pas égale à chaque btc . Vive la fongibilite. Heureusement qu'il y aura toujours les échanges russes et Cie, là où on pourra passer ses b itcoins pour du Monero ou du Dash, et faire un peu de bénéfice en le ressortant encore en bitcoins depuis Kraken si on a son temps ! Je pense juste que la discrimination quant à l'origine d'un montant de BTC n'a pas de longs jours devant elle.
Les gouvernements n'ont que le pouvoir de réguler le côté "fiat" des choses. Mais ils seront toujours à l'affût d'occasions sur lesquelles sauter afin d'essayer de bloquer les choses. My personal thinking is that banks are surely having an eye on this and already studying the subject (for some of them).
