Why did the price go down again?

Because you keep asking why the price keeps dropping.  People are selling just to see if you will ask again.

It is a great Dutch payment system which allows us to make instant purchases without a credit card.

That is nothing special for people that don't live in Holland.
True, but if there would be a site where there was such a system for every country it would be useful.

lol, ya think?

Dan all the Tech updates have been obscured today by the big topic :

Will Mountain Goat be recognised as the official XC mascotte?

Lets don't say we did.  XC doesn't need a mascot or to be turned into some meme coin.  Lets keep it professional.

Please tell us the time is will be released.

What kind of miner works for the Multipool and does it generate profit?

You will see the update by 6:00am your time (GMT +2) on September 16th.

Go to the multipool page and take a look all the information about miners is there.  No one can answer your question about profitability without knowing your local electric cost.

i think the status Dan recieves threw those reviews will benefit xc in the long run.

Hopefully so. But to me, it shows he isn't 100% dedicated to XC,  which I thought he was a month or so ago.

Now we got a big advert saying Dan is a professional coin pumper. don't sound that great to me.

What part of the post below don't you understand?  or do you just expect Dan to not have any spare time?

I've started a proof-of-code service, to review code and in the future will also be doing digital signatures on builds so that users can be assured that the wallet is clean and virus free.

Yes it is a paid service that I'm doing in my spare-time.

Dan

I get it, and I understand. But if he's doing, say 2 reviews a week, how long does that take? The man still has to eat, sleep and live a life aswel. Where is the line between spare time and XC time?

Hopefully there are other developers working away on XC while Dan is busy with his new proof of code service thats all I can say.

And yeah, sure I understand he's got bills to pay, and your gonna go where the money is, but XC should make him very rich if he focuses on that and not on transfering the money in crypto from XC to other coins he's pumping.

No, it is obvious that you don't get it.  He said in his spare time.  That would mean that he is doing it during the time that he would not be working on XC anyway.

What do you want Dan to do, publish his daily 24 hour schedule broken down into 15 minute intervals, so you can give your thoughts on if he is working on XC enough, spending enough time with his family, and so you can make sure he is getting enough sleep each day?

Damn, there are some needy people in this world.

Can someone explain the relationship between "your weight" and the "network weight" for XC ?

Also can someone explain why 50-500 is the best amount for staking ?

I see that many big wallet just stake 50k plus coins in one address. And some articles suggest that more coins generate more weight and therefore shorten the time before reward.

Can someone explain why ?

I look at it like solo mining. Your weight is your mining rig's hash rate. Network weight is like difficulty. Even though it says that your expected reward is in xxx minutes, it can still take longer than that. There is still variance just like mining.

For example, you are solo mining a coin and the calculator says that you should find a block in 3 days. But because of variance, you have a 99.99% chance of finding one in 30 days. Over the long run your average will be one block every three days.

That is great news! I just got paid for first time in a WEEK at http://www.altmining.farm/  3.13 XC for ~3.58MH on X11 algo with my 280x GPU

What miner are you using?  I know there have been some updates for mining X11, but I haven't kept track.  My rig has been turned off since May when XC went to 100% PoS.  I think I was getting 2.1 Mh on my 280x's back then using SPHminer.

You should probably delete your quote since the original troll picture was deleted.

If Teka say so Smiley

I'm pretty sure if you look back far enough on twitter, you can see my public stance on Bryce Wink He's also one of the people who fuded xc in the early days.

Interesting.  The rules for bashing another coin are conditional.  Not very professional.

Its up to cryptico to delete it.

How is that?  You have deleted other posts in the past haven't you?  It is your self moderated thread.

I'm leaving it to him since it's not attack on a coin or anything fud, just a friendly joke at a crypto personality.

The picture says that his coins are backed by bullshit. That isn't an attack on a coin?

Whatever, your house, your rules.

The more Active connections you have in your wallet, does this increase your network weight along with your coins?

Or is it just the amount of coins?
As I understand it your weight is related to your coin age, the longer you do not touch them the higher weight the got but ...
As soon as they stake the counter got reset.
Number of connections or amount is not relevant.
In the end you get 3.3% a year, just get online every couple of weeks.

Expect a direct relation between confirmations and weight.

If I have 100,000 coins that are 29 days old, my weight would be the same as if I had 1000 coins that are 29 days old?

That doesn't make sense to me.

I would think that your weight would depend on coin age and number of coins.  Number of connects should be irrelevant as long as your wallet is synced.
