1641  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 26, 2021, 11:39:55 PM
If I understand it correctly, the vaccine would only increase your immune system fighting the virus, and these players are fit enough that they can still be healthy even if they got infected. When you are vaccinated, you will still be infected, so I understand their position, but if the rules will be that strict, I don't know how they would end this to serve those who prefer not to get vaccinated.

Local rule, not NBA rule. NBA is following a local rule. Wiggins and Irving won't be able to play at their home games because of that rule.

But on other matches, they can play as other states allowed it. Just unfortunate that teams where Wiggins and Irving is playing mandates vaccine for sports-related activities. I don't know if these 2 will comply. If they don't they will miss half of their team scheduled games.

Daniel, with all due respect, please, I need you to give me the option to withdraw my money, you can't take the option away, that's a scam ...

Saying scam right away without even hearing the side of the other party is unprofessional.

Bustabit is been here for long.  Already made an attempt contacting them? Please be patient while trying to resolve things. You can change the title of the thread for now to something fairly while calling them out.

The community is always there when someone got scammed. Allow the right process to solve that.
1643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot vs Video Poker on: September 25, 2021, 11:59:10 PM
If you have a poll for this, you'll get an idea on what gamblers are favoring more, there are in favor of luck based and there are in favor of skill best and there are in favor of both, in my case I prefer luck-based I treated gambling as a luck-based game meant to have fun, skill-based is time-consuming you need to allocate time and exert a lot of effort to analyze.

I think based on what everyone has mentioned, the general consensus picks on convenience rather than risk.

Poker, being a game that relies both on skill and luck is a time-consuming game. A round of poker would last roughly 10-60 minutes depending on your funds. Though you can leave the table anytime, I still think that the process is too complicated for a person who values time. Unlike in slots, you just pull down the lever and hope that the results would favor you.

Video poker doesn't like that. It's different to the actual poker game. It's still like slots but the different is, you will need to make a decision what to hold or throw. The single round will not last for long same as slots. And if you are lucky, you will hit quick win, same also for slots.

Just complicated to others because you can't see video poker much around unlike slots where you can see it mostly obviously on all casino sites.
1644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano summit 2021 NFT on: September 25, 2021, 11:52:30 PM
So with cardano nft from summit coming soon, how much do you think they will be valued at and why?

It's just an event. By summit, they are promoting the brand and creating awareness to the people. I'm not expecting that summit will pump the price but by continuing doing it, more people will be aware that something gem is just silently working to dominate the market soon.

Cardano is playing with the trend. NFT trend will be long compare to DEFI. A good play by them to integrate with NFT system.
1645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Multiple Dapp ecosystems in the future? on: September 25, 2021, 11:38:02 PM
So pretty much I was thinking there are many projects that people can build on (Ethereum, Cardano, Elrond, etc etc). What are the chances we will see in the future multiple projects surviving and being built on?

I'm thinking long term around 5-10 years +, do you think it'll be only 1 successful dapp ecosystem project or many?

We can't predict on that but at least seeing multiple projects being built on different chains, that makes crypto more convenient to use. What my hope is, developers should continue to work despite being backlashed. They should focus on their goals as it's not really easy to please the investors. Continue the development, follow roadmaps and always be in talk with the community.

Kayo guys ano mga inevolve niyo na pet? May max pet na ako pero isa lang. Iyong rare pet ko finocus ko muna.

Thinking of evolving my Rudolph kasi 3 ang nabiyayaan ng wings. Ano hitsura pala ng evolve Rudolph? Parang wala pa ako nakita.
1647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum reach $5,000 by 2021? on: September 24, 2021, 11:57:22 PM
This is not financial advice of any kind.

Yes, that is a very probable scenario.

As I said before until ETH 2.0 upgrade, Ethereum is probably the safest bet out there.

It’s getting more scarce each day with a burning mechanism, it is still Proof of Work blockchain and more than 30% supply locked until ETH 2.0.

Unless Bitcoin price will shine more or make the market green until the end of the year, ETH reaching $5,000 is possible. There's no technical analysis you can rely on but is it really important to you to know where ETH is heading this year?

Waiting for such a target is good but don't expect.
1648  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph requiring account statement from cryptocurrency trading & cash-out bank on: September 23, 2021, 12:11:10 AM
Same experience, naka pag transact ako today at wala namang hiningi katulad ng dati, ang weird nga, bigla nalang nawala, siguro na realized nila na mali yung implementation sila, wala rin naman kasing official announcement regarding sa pagrequire and now pagtanggal.

Nawala iyong source funds na hinihingi sa cashout? Maybe it received a backlash from the community and marami ang na-confuse. Di lang dito sa forum about campaign earnings but mas marami pa rin ang gumagamit ng coins.ph for crypto transactions sa labas ng forum na ito.

That's good. Pero iyong additional documents di yan mawawala. Nandoon lang yan sa noticed sa mobile app sa baba ng balance. Kakareceived ko lang sa akin pero since Binance na ako, di ako nagcocomply muna. Hayaan ko muna iyong noticed.
1649  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How crypto currency change your Life? on: September 22, 2021, 11:58:42 PM
how crypto changed my life maybe emotionally more controlled in making decisions that way I benefit from what I do in the crypto market such as trading and investing long term all that I do to change my life for the better life

Good response. Not just money, profits, revenues or anything about financially.

Since crypto is heavy volatile, decisions are critical and sensitive. One wrong move can make our portfolio destroy. Because crypto can affect our emotion, it's a challenge to work on that and make our decisions correct.

We learn how to be patient just by a simple holding a certain coin.
1650  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Taking loan to trade is a risky task on: September 22, 2021, 11:54:28 PM
The joy in trading is when the money which is been used to trade is owned by the trader. Normally trading is something that is unpredictable, one can't really know or see the outcome if it will be a big loss, small loss or big win, small win. When money that is been used for trading is owned by the trader if there should be loss he may not too feel about the loss, unlike when the money which was been used for trading is borrowed,  in a case whereby the person do not have good source of income.

I know someone who started how to trade about four months ago. He is a beginner in trading, I don't really know how good he is, but to him he may feel he can always make earnings. I think he was so confident in himself, he had to borrow money for trading which he could not make good profit. As a beginner borrowing money to trade is not the best. It is not even advisable to use all the money one has to trade or invest talk much of to borrow to trade.

Even an experience traders doesn't have an assurance too that he can take profits out from the loan. If a beginner will do it, he is just adding some big problems on his mind as we know loans have fixed payout and terms.

If he loaned to a friend or close one, maybe it's all about verbal and no terms when they should pay. But when a trader loaned to an lending institution or lending service/business, it's mandatory to follow the payment terms. Crypto is so volatile that the loan amount might become zero in value in just matter of few days. Too risky and everyone should stay away with that.
1651  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Impact of underage gambling? on: September 20, 2021, 10:13:55 PM
What is the best age a kid should get involve in online crypto gambling and what is your recommendation for that?
Is it really necessary that one needs to go into gambling?

Not like its a crime or anything but gambling is such a daring field of human endeavor that, only the matured minds and financially stable individuals could handle. It could frustrate a person or affect one's mental health completely. I recently viewed a clip of some gambler pleading that his money be given back after losing on a virtual bet. It was sad to see how the money meaned a lot to the individual and yet he gambled & lost it. Unfortunately with the site of gambling where the CEO is far from reach, your money can't be given back, its business. You don't give back a win so, same applies to the loses.

Gambling has a way of affecting your mind and the way one thinks. I saw a thread on the forum lately, I don't want to mention the user but, the user is an under age individual that tried some gambling and confused that, its all he or she could think about while in school. You just want to get home and try out some new games. Either You loose or gain, it drives your thought towards making money or recovering some lost funds.

So, gambling goes beyond age, its maturity and your economic standing.

It's correct and I agree. As long as the person is matured enough to know the risks they are going into, I don't mind if they are still at a young age or not. Respect at those young ones that are matured already and able to think properly compare to some adult gamblers. I won't stop these young ones to gamble but I do hope their mature thinking won't change in the long run.

There are still lots of challenges these young ones will encounter while gambling. Since they gamble early, they will be more responsible and skilled gamblers in the long run as long as they continued. But since they are young ones, I doubt the majority of them will be gambling addicts right away. At that age, they are still mostly trolling at their social life and friends. They are also involved mostly in sports and other social activities. Not purely on gambling as a form of entertainment.
1652  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spain bans betting adds - no celebrities, no sport sponsorship, no daytime adds on: September 20, 2021, 10:03:04 PM
Of course this will have an impact on a club where there is no sponsor or promoter in it. I can't understand why the spanish government is doing that when we know there are some clubs there that will certainly get the impact. even though if you look at gambling it's not that bad. even in most countries some people make gambling a job but there are still countries that forbid it. maybe with this new regulation there are positive and negative sides so you can't judge a thing. I think it will be a tough job.

Absolutely agree with your opinion. I think after this law enters into force, the authorities will conduct research on the impact of this law on society and on sports in general. If this law will not lead to a serious reduction in revenues in the field of sports, I think it will not be softened. Most likely this will happen since there are several sponsors from other sectors that will gladly agree to place their logos on the shirts of famous soccer clubs.

As it progress, the government will see the impact of it. If it's gaining good results based on their own view, the said regulation will stay. If it's not, there might be a restructuring or remodifying that will happen. There might be other ways that clubs are thinking right now. In the first place, Spain won't create such actions if no big reason/s after all. Their gambling industry is so big.

Let's see what will happen within a year or two. Adjustments will surely be made by those clubs to keep up on track.
1653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 20, 2021, 09:44:48 PM
KP is a disappointment to others but for me, if there's no ego involved, he will be a better teammate and tandem for Luka. I trust both Luka and KP can work out that. Trade is not the solution.

KP should improve more and I doubt there's more he can improve now that he is on the 3rd season with the Mavericks, I mean we've seen enough from him.

As mentioned during the last playoffs, for a team that already has a 3-1 lead in the series against the Clippers and still lose, I think there's a problem with their defense, and their big man KP is supposed to play a big role on that but we didn't see his defense and they were abuse by the Clippers offense. There were games in the series where Luka was injured, that is supposed to be the time where KP will step up, but as I said, we didn't see it.

It's not with the defense or Kristap Porzingis is not stepping up.

There's a problem between KP and Luka. Mavericks' owner Mark Cuban reveals that KP is still not finding his rhythm because he was the main scorer back in New York Knicks. He is complaining about Luka having the ball most of the time. In the first season in Dallas Mavericks, KP is injured and only a few games played, or if I'm not mistaken, none played. In the second season, still adjusting but got a minor injury. The third season is the one that KP got more games played and that's the only time he got a chance to play with Luka for more minutes.

We can say that last season is their testing the chemistry phase. Next season, KP should give up his main scoring option. He can shoot whenever he wants. He should just allow Luka to make plays. Dwayne Wade, superstar, dominant, still in his prime, franchise player of the Miami Heat but allow Lebron James to be the leader on his first season, the result? Multiple championships. Not comparing KP and Luka to Wade and James but that's an example that they worked together because someone give way.
1654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC Fight Night & Main Event: Sportsbet.io Predictions & discussion on: September 20, 2021, 09:19:25 PM
Just started watching UFC seriously and monitoring the way matches are working right now in 266 there are few of them like :

So who are you guys betting on ?

For me I would not bet against Alexander for sure since the guy is someone that impressed me a lot , not only did his winning streak since 2013 but at the same time his core strength, his improvement. I do think he definately have better odds for winning against Ortega .

Alexander is the favorite in that match. Betting against him will be more profitable although as usual, much risky unless they are hardcore Ortega followers. Ortega is the underdog but seeing how bookmarkers provided the odds for that match, he is not totally a fighter that can be looked down on.

The women's flyweight title bout is crazy. What I mean is, Shevchenko and Murphy have a large gap in terms of strength where the former is the most dominant. Can't understand why she is ended up against Murphy. She (or organizers) should choose someone close to her strength.
1655  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Casimero Bantamweight Unification Fight on: September 20, 2021, 08:53:21 PM
I've heard that Casimero is looking for some additional trainers on his team. But he wants a younger one.

Well in fact that the old timers are better trainers because they have a lot to share because of their experiences.

He can add young trainers but his head trainer should be the one that who is with him all the time, the old trainer knows about him already, his strength and weaknesses and based on what Casimero has achieved now, I can say that they are both successful together, they have a good tandem in short.
I agree.

But it seems that he's looking for a new one, I don't know if there's a replacement or what but that's just I know about it with his search of the trainer.

If he chooses one, I also think that an older one is better.

Maybe Casimero was disappointed with what happened in his last fight, there was no adjustment, Casimero almost loses the fight because Rigo was so quick and Casimero can't hit him with a clean punch. They should prepare for that kind of style because although Inoue is not known for running, but he can always use his quickness to score and beat Casimero in 12 rounds.

We can't blame the coaches or trainers for the last fight since actually casimero is already dissapointed and disperate at that point that's why he's game style has been broken, for sure they have tactics to win but rigondeaux is a movy fighter that's why instead of giving his opponent a brutal punches it ends up a chasing game.
I can't even believe that Rigo thinks he won the fight. He was just running and throw some punches that has no intention to hurt Casimero, so two judgest favored Casimero to win as he is the champion and he is willing to give the fans a good fight while Rigo acting like Mayweather who is good at running.

When the final bell rings that will end the match, both boxers always raised their hands thinking they won the fight even how badly injured they are. That's already usual common to see. Rigo might be thinking he gained more points by the pure defense and dodging the fight but it's not. Besides, he won on 1 judge making it a split decision, not a unanimous victory for Casimero.

Comparing to Mayweather, this boxer always makes sure that while he is running, he can connect with counter punches to gain points. That's how he won with Manny Pacquiao. Rigo also has the same style but not enough. Casimero should not be frustrated if he found Rigo running. It's been in history already that Rigo is more on defense and does not want to have a close counter fight.
1656  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: September 20, 2021, 08:34:58 PM
Just kidding guys, but I see him improve a lot. The training that he takes last year might give him more confidence, see him moving a lot and creating space for himself makes him a valuable asset for Northport. Just keep him and Bolick then surround them with more role players, they got now a competitive squad.

Slaughter's improvement started when he is traded by Ginebra. Maybe that situation turned him into a much better physically and mentally. It's obvious he doesn't want to be traded and reach Alfrancis Chua for him to give a chance. After giving him a chance, he was traded. Slaughter even thinks of it as a rumors only but turned into reality.

When they faced off with Ginebra this conference, he was pumped up like he's still in his prime. His team has a chance to compete in the championship now that 2 SMC teams have a problem right now, Ginebra - inconsistent and SMB - injuries.
1657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Book/Website Suggestions ? on: September 20, 2021, 04:03:50 PM
However, you shouldn't go in reading these things with the expectation that you are actually going to make money off card counting/advantage play in general.

That should be. Books are just for guides but the actual gameplay will still be based on our own moves and actions.

Not really.

I think that books can teach you how to act, and you can carry it out, but at the end of the day it can still be an unprofitable venture given the fact that card counting generally takes years of practice to perfect and takes a lot of time to go to all these physical casinos.

Plus, you'd be paying thousands in books/courses if you were serious about it.

I don't know on what part you have disagreed but you just repeat the same thought that I posted.

Mine: Books are just for guides but the actual gameplay will still be based on our own moves and actions.

You: I think that books can teach you how to act, and you can carry it out, but at the end of the day it can still be an unprofitable venture given the fact that card counting generally takes years of practice to perfect and takes a lot of time to go to all these physical casinos.

Please tell me the difference?
1658  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: September 20, 2021, 03:50:53 PM
Obviously no chance, just like D Rose, he did not come back to his old self. I read in some article that the reason why he was not given a max contract with the Celtics is because of the long-term effect of his hip injury, and I believe that's what other teams are also seeing the reason why until now he is still not signed.

I do believe he can stand out but not as an All-Star caliber anymore. Just like how Bobby Portis Jr. stands out doing hustle games and reviving the crowd.
Aiming for the Sixth man of the year could boost him to get a better contract next year but for now, he may want to take anything that will be offered as long as it's still fair for a 1-year salary.
He may not have the same performance as he did but he still has the touch and the speed. But this moment if ever signed, it's just for a chance to redeem himself.
Hmm, this is something to be discussed! I find this type of debate interesting, because each player is a player and each case is something specific.

I remember very well the injury that PG and Livingston had and they still managed to go back to playing in the NBA again.

I don't know if Isaiah Thomas' injury it's very serious, but we'll see how he will adapt back to NBA. He was an excellent player, he was even one of the favorites to win the MVP prize of the season when he was playing for the Celtics, he's not very old (32 years old), I'm cheering for him a lot!

Although I also don't believe he can be like he was before, I would like to see him act and be a good player on the team, maybe a 6th man or being Curry's reserve

With lots and several active point guards and shooting guards on every team, I doubt someone will hire the service of IT nowadays. After recovering from the injury, he hasn't seen improve since then. If he will be signed by a team, still be no impact since he will still be on the bench most of the time. Rather than paying a much high contract, teams will just use their current roster for a point guard substitution.

Different from Derrick Rose that even coming from an injury, he still can produce good numbers. Different also from DeMarcus Cousins since he is a Power Forward and can be a Center and that is what teams are preferred of. NBA teams nowadays don't have the interest to sign an unrestricted free agent like what happened to Lance Stephenson and Jeremy Lin unless a player is a superstar. Both are not injury prone and can still play but no teams signed them.

Rather than being a player, I guess time now for IT to just enjoy joining a basketball league outside NBA or try to be signed by other countries' leagues like CBA. Then return to NBA as a coaching staff in 3-4 years.

- If lagi mo ginagamit ang coins.ph, then comply
- If may alternatives ka naman, then ignore mo na lang at wag na gamitin ang coins.ph

Hard regulation ang nangyari and coins.ph is just following so wala tayo magagawa.

Di lang dito sa Pilipinas, pati sa South Korea naging grabe na rin ang regulations sa mga crypto exchanges. Nagsara na nga raw ang iba.

What a waste sa nakalipas na araw. I thought by staking wala na ako iisipin pa. I never thought we need to claimed constantly iyong pet food.

I missed the part that it can only handle a capacity of 50,000 pet foods.
