Someone logged into my local bitcoins account, withdrew all .0028 BTC, had a nice conversation with a local person asking them to send the money before they ever met them.

And I can no longer get into my encrypted wallet.

I know everyone here is waiting for "the big announcement".

I have been brought in by Jon (Ukyo) to help with the situation. For those who do not know me, I am Danny Brewster of Neo & Bee (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=289730.0;topicseen) Neo & Bee has agreed to take an active role in ensuring this situation gets resolved.

I have a full understanding of the situation and have agreed to work with Jon to help sort out the problem in the best and quickest manner possible. At this point in time it is no longer possible to be immediately able to pay out all users. Jon has been working to ensure that a process is in place to remedy this situation and to ensure that all users get the bitcoins owed to them. This is the unfortunate reality of the situation. The biggest question is going to be “why or how has this happened?” I will be providing the answer in full, however right now it is impossible for what I would describe as legal reasons, but the answers are coming, that I promise, but cannot give an exact time as to when this information can be made public.

To this end, we would like to ask that everyone continues to be patient while the final preparations are put in place that will allow for users to enable recovery of their funds, the holidays in the United States are not helping with this specific matter in the slightest.

Unlike other situations where an inability to payout bitcoins to users has occurred, Jon has been fully committed to ensuring that payouts will happen. He has not gone into hiding and continues to try to make himself available to people on IRC on a fairly consistent basis. It probably means Neo&Bees is one of Ukyo's largest creditors, they have probably come in to make sure they get whats owed to them first.

So they keep everything quiet for "legal questions" while they drain whatever ukyo is good for, then let other creditors fight over the scraps.

In my opinion the best way to do this is reliably and predictably vest the Dev MSC generated each month and we would have $312,500 USD in BONUSES, to add to the already great BTC bounties we offer.

If that's split between the current four Devs they would have made $78,125 USD in Dev MSC EACH MONTH the last three months = $234,375 USD and they would have quit their jobs by now. It really is that simple.

Even if we have 12 full time Developers working right now they would still be making $26,041 per month each just in bonuses from Dev MSC!

There would have to be 36 full time developers splitting the Bonus evenly to equal $8,680 USD per month and they would still be better off to work for the BTC and Dev MSC than take a $6,000 per month salary.

I say we unleash our most powerful weapon, thus far left neutered and under used for lack of a specified "Distribution Rate" in the MSC protocol.
