1661  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin cloud mining on: December 18, 2017, 03:30:28 AM
Hello,
I am new to cloud mining.

I would like to mine bitcoin on hashflare, but I am not sure if it will be profitable due to increased bitcoin mining difficulty.

I would buy $200 1.5 hashpower

The bitcoin calculator tells me I can make ~ $1,000 profit over 12 month.

But this is only if bitcoin price stays at $19k and current mining difficulty.

If bitcoin increases above 20k, I will make profit, but mining difficulty will also increase?

If it worth mining bitcoin on hashflare or is it too late to start now?

Most people on internet say it is profitable but they have profited from huge increase in bitcoin price.

Maybe if I mined another crypto like Litecoin, there is room for big increases in price in 2018?

What you think? Thank you.

You can make ~ $1,000 profit over 12 months ? Really dude ? I'm sure it will take more than 1 year to get ROI and you don't even know what will happen to the cloud mining that you invest in the future. Imo it's quite risky to invest on cloud mining like that. It's better to invest your money into altcoins or ICOs.

1664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would a BTC crash destroy alt coins? on: December 15, 2017, 03:03:36 PM
I thought if bitcoin crash, altcoins users will happy ? I mean, when the price of bitcoin fall/crash, altcoin price will pumped go high. If bitcoin crash, it will not destroy altcoins. The only change is the price of altcoins, because many altcoins following the bitcoin price.
1665  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Is Blockchain.info reliable? on: December 15, 2017, 01:49:03 PM
Hi,

As the title says, i wanna know more about that site, since i'm using it at the moment to store some money.

But i've seen a significant amount of very negative reviews about it. However, i keep seeing people recommending it, and it's sometimes referred as one of the best. I really don't know what to think about them. Btw i wonder if some reviews are legit or fake. Should i keep using Blockchain? Or move to something else?

I need to buy some btc and eth right now and Kraken barely works/is taking too much time to verify me. I heard about people who paid for btc but never got anything or had to wait for weeks...

Based on my experience, i never had an issue on blockchain. I used blockchain 4 years until now and keep my coins on blockchain wallet and never had a problem until now. I'm not trying to bias but it's real my experience using blockchain. Blockchain is the best web wallet imo.
1666  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins for illegal activity on: December 15, 2017, 02:55:47 AM
From recent news in India it is heard that bitcoins are used to sell drugs..I know its a currency and it is also used as a normal money... but these can create a bad space in people's mind that bitcoins are used to sell drugs..so they will not use bitcoins... Conclusion is that BTC is also a currency which is having a high value in the market..and bitcoins must not be used in these illegal activity which can reduce its usage and value.

No one can control bitcoin man, everybody can use it even for illegal activity too. You can't say bitcoins must not be used in these illegal activity because bitcoin is same like other currency/fiat. People can use bitcoin for dark activities like buying drugs and other illegal activity.
1667  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: better wallet on: December 14, 2017, 03:46:41 PM
What is a better wallet, nova exchange or cryptopia. They look like the same but I was wondering who is faster in transferring ..

Both nova exchange and cryptopia is an exchanger and it's not a wallet like blockchain. It's not recommend to stored your coins on exchanger. It's better to create your own wallet on blockchain for bitcoin and myetherwallet for altcoin. Who's faster in transferring on both nova exchange or cryptopia usually in 15minutes, it's not included the confirmation.
1668  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin casinos on: December 14, 2017, 03:03:27 PM
Hello there
Im new to this whole thing of bitcoin, I heard about it a few years ago, but was dumb enough not to invest in it.
Well I think the time is now, as I believe cryptocurrencies are a new step forward in banking and investment.
My question is, can you earn a significant amount of bit or bitcoins, from "rolling the dice" in these online bitcoin casinos? Or is the phase over and its more of a marketing thing now?
I know you need a minimum amount of btc to withdraw, is that cap reachable just by rolling the dice?4
Sorry if this is confusing, Im not used to posting on ANY forums, and am still a beginner with Bitcoin transactions.
Hope ye are having a great day.

"Rolling the dice" you means gambling right, yes you can earn a huge amount of bitcoin with it but it is gambling. You know gambling is very risky and gambling also can make your bitcoin gone in a second. My advice is don't touch gambling, you can do something else to earn bitcoins.
1669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: December 14, 2017, 08:56:19 AM
Lucky draw for Man Citeeeh!  I'm starting to think they have a good chance in winning the UCL now, with the luck they're having and all.  I know skill matters most, but in a tournament set up, needing some more luck than average becomes a huge factor compared to playing in the league...  Especially in the finals.

Good luck to all of your clubs who went in the KO stage.  Can't wait til Feb.!  Grin

I'm not sure that Manchester City will win this Champions League. In the championship of England they scored a good move, but the Champions League is a completely different tournament.

Well Manchester City dominating on premier league though and in Pep hand Manchester City become better right now, I'm actually curious what will happen when man city meet other big team from spain/italy.

I can't understand why in champions league (for this round) all teams can't play against a team from the same group or the same country, while two teams from champions league can play against each other in europa league (for this round).
This rules also apply on the last champions league though, when only 1-2 premier league teams qualify no one complain about that rule but when 5 premier league teams qualify, people complain lol.
1670  Economy / Economics / Re: Best tip on saving money on: December 14, 2017, 07:05:02 AM
Hi guys! Can you share some tried and tested tricks on making the most out of your buck and also some tips on how to save money more effectively. This will be a heck of a help to our fellow users here. Thank you so much.

It's simple, don't let you control all your money in your hand. You can let your wife or your parents to keep all 50-70% of your salary to prevent you to use money for useless thing. This tips is work on me, because i always give 50% of my salary to my mother and let her to control my money.
1671  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin now back on 14k after the big pump(upto 17k)!??? on: December 14, 2017, 05:57:01 AM
Is this something normal? Will BTC rise up again?

No need to worry man, it's normal happened on the bitcoin price, it will rise up again very soon. If you look at the price of bitcoin right now, the price pumped back to $16,000 now. I'm not suprised though, maybe this time we will reach $20k. Currently the bitcoin price stable at $16,000-17,000. I think it will stay like this until the end of the year.
1672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will we ever see players transfer paid with bitcoin ??! on: December 13, 2017, 03:37:26 PM
i don't think it will happen because the price of bitcoin that always changed every minutes. Players transfer is involved a really big amount of money and bitcoin is good actually to become as the payment. Maybe when bitcoin become popular someday, players transfer will be paid with bitcoins.
1673  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Idea for website: slither.io clone on: December 13, 2017, 12:46:50 PM
I think that is a good idea, make a site like slither.io but we can make a bet on it. So it's like player vs player game, i think there is no game like that in bitcoin so far. I'm a agar.io player and it's really addicting, if we can bet with bitcoin on that kind of game, i think many people will try it.
1674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Signatures/campaign on: December 13, 2017, 10:29:00 AM
I'm New hearing about this, pls can anyone enlighten me, on bounty signature/campaign, how it works?
How to always get a legit one, (I:e if a project bounty end up to scam, or pump and dump there project, won't this affect the promoter's, I:e user's who promote them via signatures.

And what are the available, and paying signatures/campaigns...
Kindly enlighten me, very much grateful

Regards

Bounty signature/campaign works by using the project signature into your profile, so it's like renting your signature with them. When you reach full member, you also can use the avatar too. To find a legit bounty, you must do research on the project itself. Go to their ANN thread and look how promising is the project and you can calculate how many eth/btc will collected on the project.
1675  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Pump and Dump. How to make a profit? on: December 13, 2017, 08:28:22 AM
Hi. How can you recognize pumps and dumps for any coin? Is there any universal indicators? I mean to predict it. Maybe there are some non-market signs (banners, posts, etc.)
Should I avoid pumps and dumps or try to earn some money?
It would be interesting to know your opinion, guys! Thanks

To recognize pumps and dumps you should online and always check the market everytime. I know some altcoins that always have pumps and dumps daily and when it happens just get ready to follow their pumps and dumps, be smart and get profit from it. Well you can avoid it for just playing safe but you can follow them to get some profits.
1676  Economy / Gambling / Re: sportsbetting parlay advice on: December 13, 2017, 06:32:10 AM
(update) I ended up keeping the slip as I couldn't find anyone to hedge and the mavs not only covered, but won the game!!!  Cheesy
and I'm 7/8 so far with nba plus a few games tomorrow so I might just end up hitting an even bigger parlay lol

Congrats mate nice to hear that. People usually hedge their parlay especially their last match, to play safe and prevent the loss because of 1 match obviously. Please post your next parlay in this thread again, i will try my luck by tail your parlay. If you always bet on parlay, you can bet on nitrogensports, they have promotion about parlay jackpot.

1678  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is the martingale working or not ? on: December 12, 2017, 11:26:44 AM
is there any way to play the martingale in dice sites ?
any system /
getting 10 loses in a row in a dice site is very common

but how about live roulette i never seen 10 in a row red or black
roulette is also random  . dice is also random  if i go to play 20 minutes in a dice site getting 6 in a row loses is big chance
but with  roulette it is rare to get 8-10 in a raw loses even if is spend 4 - 10 hours in the table

if both is random why dice games so common in raw loses

Well, it's about provably fair and losing 10 streak in a row on dice is common yes. In my opinion martingale strategy is really works, but if we keep using that strategy on the same dice sites, you will get busted for sure. That's why you need to leave and cash out your profits before it happened. Gamble on another dice sites, using the martingale strategy and repeat.
1679  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: bitcoin value will now stabilize around 16k? on: December 12, 2017, 05:04:24 AM
I noticed the price of bitcoin and saw that it varied around 16k $
So now my question is that whether the bitcoin value will have a minimum of 16k$,and increase till the year end or would it again drop significantly below 16k$.

I think it will stable around $15k-17k until the end of the year, after the big fall 3 days ago the price of bitcoin start going up and stable at this price. I'm not sure how long this price will stable, but it's still really shaky right now. If a whale dump/pumb their bitcoins directly, it will change the bitcoin price for sure.
1680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why would anyone do such a scam? on: December 12, 2017, 03:39:30 AM
Stumbled across this news: http://www.newsbtc.com/2017/12/08/ico-scammers-new-cybercriminal-breed/
The thing is someone threatened to give a bad review on ICO if they refuse to pay him for a good review. Well, they refused, and the guy started to call them a scam. I'm pretty sure they are not. But anyway, why would anyone do such a thing? Waste their time to do bad to others? I mean his time could be used better than that.

For a quick and easy bucks of course, ICOs is the easiest way to collect money from investor and many bad people out there use ICOs to scam people. It will bring a negative thing into ICOs though, but i'm sure people and investor are smart nowdays. They will not invest on fake/scam project.
