Germany's Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) confirmed on Sunday that the patient from Mannheim, southwestern Germany, will be allowed to grow a maximum of 130 cannabis plants a year in his bathroom. The cannabis is strictly for personal use, a spokesperson said. BfArM had previously rejected requests to home-grow cannabis. There are currently more than 900 patients in Germany who are permitted to use the drug for medicinal purposes. However, the cannabis must be purchased from the pharmacy and financial costs covered by the patient. One gram currently costs around 15 euros ($16.85). Prior to receiving his permit, the Mannheimer had filed multiple lawsuits, arguing that he could not afford the monthly costs of around 1,500 euros. In spring, Germany's Federal Administrative Court ruled that BfArM must "allow the claimant to grow cannabis, harvest the drug, and use it for the medical purpose of his treatment." Well that's some good news here. Seems like that the perception of cannabis is evolving. yes, this is very encouraging - When in Europe there is a shift in this industry but it's not so simple, don't forget the dark side of this medal - it's not good when there are cases of abuse of such an opportunity |

No, REAL token holders wont get a share of property income, but RPP holder will (Real Property Participants), you can buy RPP with your REAL token. REAL Property Participation or RPP will represent the shares on each property. Each investor will be able to exchange REAL tokens for this property’s participations through our platform. RPPs will also be tradable inside REAL platform so any investor will be able to transfer and sell their investment to gain liquidity. find the right property and invest all your RPP in it. Forget about it and in about five yrs your received dividends should hopefully be larger than the original amount invested exactly, for the long term, it seems to me this project will bring a big profit, just that you need to be patient and wait for a while time flies imperceptibly .. if I had invested in my youth - now would have been easier to live, but it's never too late. Yes its true that the community and supporter NapoleonX grow very fast, we are more and more each days and a lot of people come here really hyped by the project. Its really good for the future and a good sign for the ico, the value of a project depend also of the community and the team behind it. NapoleonX have all of that and all the technologies and features to skyrocket.
True, the community is getting bigger and bigger, but in the end it's important that people also invest into the project and the best would be if the devs already try to speak with big investors to get some into the boat. I think that is the thing needed here, because I have the feeling big investors are the most important investors for projects like this. But maybe they are already in contact? Do someone know if they have talked about this? I have heard that many successful projects have worked with the Bitcoinsuisse Foundation. I think such funds are a road to big investors. ya in my country some house is worth than 10 million . hope when reach softcap they still can do well then price maybe x10 when people realize they miss a good project. That is relative as in my country for 10 million dollars you can buy 20+ really top houses or like 100 mid tier ones. it also depends on the location you want to buy in. if you buy in locations with high tourism , like Real wants to do, then the price will sky rocket. And it's not like they are 'only' have these 10 million dollars available. I think they plan to finance the property with a bank loan (50% of the value if I remember correctly). I am sure they'll pick some very interesting real estates properties for the amount they already got. This article got more than 11 thousandth views already which confirms, that this project is attractive for a lot of people. It will be interesting to see how will ICO go.
