Which isn't really accurate at all lol, Most users profiles Ive look at don't say their gender. Those number are based off the people who go to that part of their profile.
It'll be more accurate than this poll, that's for sure.

No, it's all about Potwhale. Frankly, I hope he continues his games, because this is one of my most successful trading coins now.

Title says it all, what out of the following would you like to buy the most with BTC?
OPTIONS: ... - Glues and Sellotape etc. ...
This thread is over 30 pages long, yet I wager I'm the first person to say Sellotape. Aye, I'll buy up the whole world supply with Bitcoin, stack them up and build a sticky mansion for myself.

Well I sure as hell can't be bothered to wait another 3 years for things to get back to bullish. In Jan 2014 I thought it might take 6 weeks I'd be quicker learning the violin to concert standard for kicks. I can. Let the leaves fall, the chattering birds depart, and the winter frost freeze over all hope.

How did it drop so fast? Any news?
On-site inspection (raid) of BTCChina that someone posted earlier? Dunno otherwise. It sucks donkey balls.

Er, unless you intend to break him out, he's already in prison?

Just to clarify, the only reason I posted 2013 to compare with current is to reveal just how volatile this can be.
Volatility has been on the decline for years as there's improved liquidity in the markets. 2013's volatility was also on the back of a very steep rise in price. Memories will have been rekindled, and sellers today will act for fear of a crash and another bear market - but are their actions rational or dominated by fear? weak hands
He doesn't have hands, he has husks.

I love the idea of the composite man.
He seems like a shape-shifting enemy that attempts to outguess you every time. What a dastardly thing to do but I don't blame him really. He wants it all.
Who would win in a fight between Composite Man and the Four Punch Raiders?

Listen. I want btc backup in the moon as much as the next guy but after that kind of pump I think its going to take months before we find the floor and start coming back up. But im not a professional trader so dont trade on my advice or opinion please.
I think it's rather unlikely that I'd trade on anyone's advice or opinions tbh This is a potential bottom of this move for me. Volatility on the log scale is similar to other two rallies (500 and 780) and we're near to support. Whether there'll be a continuation of the bull trend is another question.

Its going down further. Look at how that daily closed.
Maybe, the ask side is pretty damn thin now though. Shorts will probably want to take the opportunity to close in this range as we're approaching the trend line which has proven strong support.

So, looks like we're going right to the edge of the cliff again. Fantastic...

I can't complain too much, thanks. Though I'd be doing better if btc stopped tanking lol

Now let me pray $800 will hold.
If $800 breaks, I'd have to seriously think about selling the rebound. So far we're still good though. (Come on crypto angels, rise, rise!)

I'm far from on expert on this - but what I'm thinking at the moment is that the huge climbs are (at the very least) in part due to traders borrowing(buying) BTC to sell short. They are building us up for a fall.
You don't buy coins to begin a short. You borrow coins from a lender for a % fee. You then market sell them or place a sell order higher up in the order book. Once your order is filled, that's when you buy the coins back. If the price goes up for you, that's bad, because buying the coins will not give you enough to pay back the lender. When that happens, your own funds, that are in your margin account and act as collateral, will be used to ensure the lender is made whole. Where is everybody going to see the 3-year charts? Bitcoinwisdom doesn't seem to go back more than one week.
You've got Wisdom stuck on the 1-min chart perhaps? It goes back to 2011 if you set the time interval to 1-week.

So, remind me again how many Bitcoins Satoshi is supposed to have mined/owns?
Why do you ask? I certainly didn't mean to suggest Kleiman was Satoshi. Couldn't he just be some random dead guy who fits the profile Wright was looking for? Conveniently, dead guys aren't much for talking... edit: Estimates vary, probably between half to one million. Don't disagree but Craig Wright has a group making bitcoin patents for 2020 when supposedly he will have access to 1 million BTC as a trust. (If he was part of the 3 man group etc)...I give it 1/2% chance of true...but if so...man the guy has a grudge...I bet he dumps it all out of spite I give it about a 1 in 7 billion probability.

|

I would say that Wright went this route because he knew that his buddy who died (right around the time Satoshi said he had to leave to do other things) was Satoshi. Knowing this, he could claim to be Satoshi knowing the real Satoshi would never reveal himself. But he doesn't have the private keys. If he did he would have proved he was Satoshi long ago.
On penalty of rehashing old ground, where is the evidence that Kleiman ever was his buddy? Because Wright said or implied so? Wright is the kind of guy who'd read an obituary and tell you he knew the deceased intimately if he thought he could scrounge a penny (imho).

Most people who book profit too early in a bubble end up being tempted to buy back in as they watch incredulously at a seemingly impossible rise. Even the great Newton wasn't immune to this. lol

yefi, what's your target price for this? 0.015? I think 110-120 is very realistic in the next days the way things are going.
Yeah, 0.015. Though Bitcoin is going into a possible mania phase, which complicates things for me. Oh well, I'm getting richer either way
