Lol! Well I bought the previous dip at 700k, I'm very cautious now but I would still pick up some more really, long term of course. The only thing that works right now is shorting all alts or longing BTC...

But I think we can all agree this won't last much longer, I called BTC top at $850 some weeks ago, it already passed that. I'm sure the dump is around the corner.

You really shouldn't be so sure imho. We've overcome major resistance, and the chart suggests new ATH is quite possible. Let the trend be your friend as they say.

That is true for bitcoin, but not for Etheruem at present.

Eth is on the opposite trajectory. 600k would be my next idea for support.

600k is still good price as the bitcoin price has risen.

I think this is a lesson for everyone, take profits be it on ETH or BTC when you can. Right now BTC is rallying and ETH is suffering, I can't believe how much ETH you can get in terms of BTC and it can even become cheaper (although there are some signals of a reversal coming already).

BTC may touch 1k but I doubt it could sustain the price for long, you know when people start saying things like BTC at 40k by 2018 you need to start thinking about selling some and wait for a pullback. If you can't buy the dip after selling the spikes because that price is gone, well you made some profit Wink

I feel both blockchains will be the stars of the new industry if blockchain ever catches on, they complement each other perfectly, one is conservative and the other one is innovative. In the meantime if we time it right we can increase our shares in both.

When the bitcoin stops rallying, it is the ETH's term to rise.

That is right. The Etheruem price is higher now.

All in and balls deep from 82k! The spike from 70 to 85k some days ago was the first true reversal in my opinion, if BTC corrects now you'll be enjoying plenty of profits!

Hey, well done! You're in a strong position and should see some very nice returns I think. I have a target of 150 on this, pending further developments.

I bought most a little below that at 776k exactly when I saw that first huge spike then add it more at 820k...but honestly, who knew the bottom really? it's very hard to predict and the same is happening right now? when to take profits? what is btc doing? it will continue to go up forever or a flash crash is coming before chinese new year? We really don't know, I'll hold for now since if this is the bottom there should be a long way up from here, but the honest truth is that there's a lot of uncertainty in all markets, it can go many different ways and very fast.

yefi, what's your target price for this? 0.015? I think 110-120 is very realistic in the next days the way things are going.

Yeah, 0.015. Though Bitcoin is going into a possible mania phase, which complicates things for me. Oh well, I'm getting richer either way Tongue

Yeah it's impossible to lose money right now for us crypto heads...all new money coming in...

Not sure when BTC's party will be over but I think these last spikes could signal the end of the bull trend. I've been saying the same since the 800s, so I don't know anymore...

Maybe moving some % of BTC into ETH is a good diversification strategy, while it's cheap?
I am satisfied with you fully  , because eth is increasing at that time when BTC is increasing , Now from this we can estimate how much eth is stable .
But it's price will jump fastly from 0.0096+ to 0.02 when the price of bitcoin will goes down .

I think so when more people know about Ethereum.

no, i won't. BTC price soaring as well, i guess i can gain more in BTC, and besides, altcoin prices are moving because of the bitcoin's price, some are directly proportional while some are reversely proportional, but no matter what will be the trends, it's always the bitcoin that makes the cryptos alive, without the bitcoin, nothing will left.

I use this provider to trade Cryptos : Bitcoin Revolution

That is right. The rise of the bitcoin will be good for litecoin eventually.

With the recent pump and then the dump of bitcoin price it was the perfect chance to invest in ethereum (if we knew it).

Because the eth/btc exchange rate was low and now it is high which makes the traders accumulate more bitcoin than before.
