Maybe you know where this badge can be used and for what purpose?

16862  Other / Meta / Re: Reporter Statistics on: November 08, 2019, 01:49:01 PM
I report post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5199528.msg53014102#msg53014102 He has been deleted, but it is still marked as a bad report in my statistics.
Does that mean that maybe user deletes his post before moderator check report, or what?
Maybe you've reported the same post twice. Or your report was bad, but the entire topic was deleted so the post is gone anyway.
16863  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to lose your Bitcoins with CTRL-C CTRL-V on: November 08, 2019, 01:24:15 PM
I took the computer to the store and ran the window software again. There was a lot of data lost
Although slightly off-topic here, you made 2 mistakes that could have been prevented:
1. You didn't make backups.
2. You shouldn't trust anyone else with your data.
16864  Other / Meta / Re: [Updated November 2] LoyceV's Trust list viewer - Create your own Trust list! on: November 08, 2019, 01:19:04 PM
is there any way for me to get the bb code for these members which I can embed
Do you only need the Trust scores, or a complete BBCode including everything else in your table? If it's the latter, that means I have to adjust things every time you want to change something else in the table.

If it's just Trust scores, I can get you something similar to what I make for tranthidung.
16865  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Should I covert BTC to another to get lower withdrawal fees? on: November 08, 2019, 11:49:18 AM
Despite my déjà vu, I couldn't find direct plagiarism so I'll assume good intentions here Smiley

Short answer: yes, you can do this, and for low amounts of Bitcoin you can even use another exchange to exchange your altcoin back to Bitcoin (and still save on fees!).
Example:
Real trade to minimize Yobit's BTC withdrawal fee.

1. BTC to LTC trade in Yobit
      -- Starting Yobit Balance BTC0.00834885
-- I bought 1.22594414 LTC at the price of BTC0.00681014

2. LTC withdrawal to Coinomi
-- Less 0.002 LTC withdrawal fee
-- Final amount arrived in Coinomi is 1.22394414 LTC

3. Coinomi to CoinPlaza
-- Sent 1.2219 LTC to CoinPlaza
      -- Less 0.00000243 transaction fee
-- Balance 0.00204171 LTC in Coinomi Wallet

4. Coinplaza to my BTC Wallet
      -- Exchanged 1.2219 LTC for 0.008232 BTC at the rate 0.006805 LTC/BTC
-- Coinplaza Service fee: 0.000083 BTC
-- Final amount arrived in my BTC wallet 0.008232 BTC

So if I had withdrawn BTC from Yobit then I'd have received BTC0.00834885 - BTC0.0012 fee = BTC0.00714885

But with the above trade & routes, I have received BTC0.008232 and saved BTC0.00108315 from loss. Moreover, I still have some LTC balance in Coinomi

I recommend to read How to save few bucks while withdrawing from exchanges, and it's probably better to lock (lower-left) this thread and continue the discussion there.

There are a ton of submissions; I'm finding it more difficult to judge than I'd thought.
So basically you're now a bounty manager Cheesy

16868  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bot to automatically check signatures. on: November 08, 2019, 06:56:52 AM
I saw the discussion in the French section about detecting edited or deleted messages (but can't really read it so let's continue here): if you scrape all posts just once a week, it's enough considering the long-term purpose of the Stake your Bitcoin address here thread.
It would be really nice to have a bot that updates all changes to staked addresses in a new topic in Reputation.

I also keep track of all posts (only since a few months) here (not updated by a cronjob yet).
16869  Other / Meta / Re: Post Deleted by Mods / by ourselves / By Self-moderated OP on: November 07, 2019, 06:36:07 PM
does this count only apply to post deleted by mods only ?
Do you mean the count on BPIP? If so: yes. It counts deleted posts mentioned in modlog, which only shows the results of Moderator actions.

If we delete the post ourself or it is deleted by Self-moderated OP or the whole thread is trashed by the mods, then in these cases how do we look at them when considering good or bad posting ?
We don't Tongue
In general, we judge users by the posts that aren't deleted. If you learn from your mistakes, and check the forum rules to see which ones you've broken, a few deleted posts shouldn't be much of a problem.
16870  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Generating a paper wallet securely on: November 07, 2019, 06:15:06 PM
A fully air-gapped pc would be physically completely separated from other networks.
For the truely paranoid (which is what you should be when creating private keys!), you may want to disconnect your speakers too. See Black Hat Researcher Shows Why Air Gaps Won't Protect Your Data.

And close your curtains Tongue
16871  Other / Meta / Re: Users that wiped all their posts. Or anohter project for LoyceV on: November 07, 2019, 05:54:26 PM
Loyce is trying to:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5167469.0

Which was why I was asking him about the scrapes.
As shown in that link, I have 3 versions: all posts (updated every minute), per topic (no automated updates yet due to lack of time for testing) and per user (also no automated topics yet). I'm currently running an update for both.

You'll have to check the posts numbers to be sure, but I think my data is pretty complete for the past couple of months.

If you check this link you should be able to access all the posts of that specific account. Although Loyce mentioned that his webhost ran out of space. That might be the reason there are gaps between the time periods of that acc. Although you can't see whether it has been edited and changed into what, you can see the original post.
In the "early days" of my scraper, I may have missed some posts, but I think the user just didn't post during those gaps (such as from for instance Oct 9 to Oct 16). It'll take a while to update, if he made any posts after Oct 25 they'll show up in a while. I think it takes around 12 hours to update.

Unfortunately it's not possible to detect deleted posts, so I can't highlight them without scraping everything again.
16872  Other / Meta / Re: How did you chosen ₿itcointalk username at the beginning of registrations? on: November 07, 2019, 01:57:34 PM
When I started getting interested in Bitcoin, I wanted to improve my privacy. So I used a random name generator to create "Loyce Valenzuela", only to find out much later "Loyce" is a female name.
But it grew on me, first because "Valenzuela" rolls nicely off the tongue, and now because "everyone" knows me as LoyceV.
16873  Other / Meta / Re: [Updated November 2] LoyceV's Trust list viewer - Create your own Trust list! on: November 07, 2019, 12:45:12 PM
I would also like you to know that I have 21GB of data.
Lol Tongue If this turned into a pissing contest, I would like you to know your post is already added to my data, and thus contributes to my journey towards 22 GB Tongue
16874  Other / Meta / Re: {LIST}of the Merit Sources in a need of bigger/smaller Source Merit Allocation. on: November 07, 2019, 12:29:44 PM
Don't calculate out what to send when ... just send when its due ... if its empty then its not your fault, but the systems fault of not providing a good daily active merit sender with a bigger allocation.
At the start of this year, my source amount was doubled (to 400), and at that moment it was reset to the full amount too. I tried to spend it evenly through the month so that it comes back evenly the next month too. It doesn't always work, if I'm inactive for a few days it goes up, and the next month it doesn't get replenished for a few days, but on most days it's pretty steady.
So if I spend about 15-20 sMerit per day (including the ones I earn myself), my source stays close to empty, while I'm never out of sMerit if I see a couple of posts that deserve more.
16875  Other / Meta / Re: [Updated November 2] LoyceV's Trust list viewer - Create your own Trust list! on: November 07, 2019, 12:20:21 PM
Is your server down? haven't been able to connect for ~12 hours.
More or less: It was out of disk space yesterday, so I opened a ticket. To be clear: I've only used 20% of my hosting package, but the server itself ran out of disk space.
What's more worrying is that not only did my host not respond to the ticket I opened, their own website Kayhosting.com has been unreachable since yesterday too.

Judging by http://loyce.club/archive/posts/5299/, my (persistant) upload script managed to upload some files last night.

I have over 2.2 million files and 20 GB of data now and my current hosting has been working very well for the past months, but this is bad Sad
Moving to a VPS would still be my long-term preferred option.
16876  Other / Meta / Re: {LIST}of the Merit Sources in a need of bigger/smaller Source Merit Allocation. on: November 07, 2019, 11:10:13 AM
I try to keep my source amount as close to zero as possible,...
I really thought that you have almost the same amount as the others like DarkStar_ and suchmoon
I get 400 source Merits per month. Based on Most generous recent merit senders, I guess suchmoon has around 1200, and DarkStar_ 200. It could be more, if they don't empty it.
16877  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lightning Network Crypto Exchanges? on: November 07, 2019, 09:56:22 AM
https://www.coinplaza.it/ try this. IIRC Loyce use this exchange (his alt account has the ref link on the sig), so if you want to check it further, try to ask LoyceV.
Correct. I mainly like it because of the very low fees on small exchanges. They charge 1%, and don't add transaction fees. I've used it to buy 1000 Doge with LN (to get inbound capacity), or transfer 1 mBTC LN to on-chain. In this last case they paid more on transaction fees than I paid for the exchange.
Trading up to 100 euro per day is possible without KYC.
16878  Other / Meta / Re: [POLL] The Official Dirty Turds Poll - Which DT needs flushing first ??????????? on: November 06, 2019, 09:07:46 PM
Obviously LoyceV's numbers are skewed by the massive data dumps he's posting.
Loyce 3rd biggest shitposter on the forum confirmed.
