There is no exact date when will Secure Nodes be switched to mainnet. Currently we are in beta testings. Wait for next community update on Wednesday for more information. |

This problem (error: couldn't connect to server: unknown (code -1) ) typically happens if zend does not start properly. It may happen if there is a blockchain problem or similar. Please examine the debug.log file from zend (on Linux it is ~/.zen/debug.log, on Windows %APPDATA%/Zen/debug.log). This file usually shows the nature of the error. One thing you may try to fix it, is to start zend manually from a terminal with a command like: zend -reindex and start the GUI wallet after that. All Thanks @vaklinov |

idea, devs, support here are the best... but marketing is average. There are so many coins now on the market, so many news etc that marketing should be veeery active especially that you will introduce secure nodes. You should make huge marketing bomb now and say whole world why zencash is good, so safe etc. It should be everywhere - on blogs, portals, fb, many forums, newspapers, popular youtube etc. There were Palm Beach signal some time ago about zencash - marketing team should also tell people from whole world about this recommendation. Smart marketing team should take such opportunity and use it to make zencash much more popular. I know everything needs time, not possible to make it during night but the only way to win now on market with hundrets od many coins, ICO etc - BE VEERY ACTIVE (in marketing). I wish good luck and only need help. Zencash should improve marketing because now is not bad, but to be succesfull such team should be much more active everywhere. ps. good marketing team make noise before something happen... we will have secure nodes and nobody care about it, because nobody know about it  Here are small amount of people, marketing tema should tell about zencash to mainstream. zencash is great but need much better marketing, PR. Such comparison with monero should be anywhere, not only here on forum PR need send worlwide messages with news each 2 weeks, especially need very big message send to world after secure nodes... Theres shuld be articles on bloges, sponsored aarticles also. Without marketing will be hard to be better then coins which are now more popular like dash, zcash, monero. Zencash is better then all these 3 but to win zencash need much better marketing than now is (very active). Pr team doing just fine and for major success time is crucial. Nothing happens overnight and our goal is steady rise followed with increasing popularity. what is superior in ZEN? zcash is the one who make the rules for them XD every development of zcash will be adopted by ZEN and other forks.. zcash is the king and the komodo is the queen other ZEN,HUSH and other forks, are kids  Zen has Secure Nodes, and they are major improvement and they place Zen somewhere in between Zcash and Dash system. Zen will adopt every technology necessary for improving of it's own system and this won't be limited only on Zcash technology. Nobody denies Zcash has really good technology, Zen is best proof for this. We only want to create something different and more usable and our goals are different. |

final what is minimal cpu and ram that we must choose for run a secure node?  -> 1GB ram + 4GB swap 2GB ram + 4GB swap 4GB ram + 0GB swap (or you can optionally add it) CPU should be 64 bit, single core, you need to run 64 bit system -linux prefered.
