Crazy that a dump like that can alter the price in a space of minutes.
So i guess it's a good thing right? There are limited coins and always will be. If someone holds a large number and dumps their coins or a large amount of them they will be bought up by a big number of people therefore spreading the coins around and preventing another dump of these particular coins in one go.
So, (if that makes sense) am I right in saying the more of those sudden dumps we have is a good thing long term as it spreads btc around?
Please feel free to tell me I am typing pure horse shit if that's the case.
Both the FOMO top and the big dump on OKCoin and Bitfinex were ridiculous IMO. If this is good or not for bitcoin...

I made 200%+ on a leveraged short. maybe you bought ... like I did when it was somewhere under 200$ and that would make me 600% ... but... on this singular trade u couldn't make more than 17-18% swinging with u'r full BTCiTcoin account weight!  |

I believe it will work, just wait another 12 hours. If I'm right, this was just a tiny dump, a larger one should follow in about 12 hours. It's possible, but I doubt it. A large one *will* follow, but it's not time yet. How large do you think? About 3x the amplitude of this small dump, if the bearish scenario is favored, we'll see soon... well, tzupy, I guess you were wrong. Yeah Searing are you sure that's a good plan telling everyone? I hodl 0.02 btc I currently hodl about 5.97619544 btc and I sell about .07914337btc for every $100 price rise. I started with 8.32749365BTC. hahahahaha... life is good. All these long posts for only 8 btc!!! Oh my god. I am happy you didn't have 100btc. Finally, someone said it But seriously, who's dumbing their btc now?? When everything points to a new ATH in the near future? When we are after a halving of new btc supply since the last rally? When we have 100x more liquidity, 100x more ATMs worldwide, 100x more people knowing/using/speculating on btc? Not to mention the protocol advances, LN, ETF, currency crisis, etc. The market is so much more mature and advanced (on-off ramps) compared to 2013, so the upside potential is enormous, anyone who is learning about and investing in btc since 2013 should HODL for life, unless he still does not "get it". This is still only the "innovator" phase, we are still in the beginning 1/3 of the S-curve. That is a good thing... All fine and dandy... you can take your profits, but if you sell and you still want to have some bitcoins, you are going to have to buy back in at a higher price, otherwise you become a fiat baghodler and with fewer bitcoins than you previously had for the same price... .. |
