So guys most people really thinks 0.08+ is over estimation.

0.08 is an over estimation. 0.008 is an under estimation.

Regarding shares transfer from AMC to ActM : I got em in 48 hours, and the reason for delays, I believe, is that CEO is busy with eASIC on details.

I've been waiting since Saturday. I understoodd there would be delays but Ken posted the following update (before going to sleep judging by the time):

"I will be working on getting all the transfers completed tomorrow."

That was 27 hours ago. In the past 24 hours, I've watched the share price bounce up and down, unable to do anything but watch.

I'm really pissed off with Ken over this. He has failed to do what he said he was going to do yesterday and because of that, I've missed out on the opportunity to profit. I've asked here for an explanation and been ignored. I've asked in a PM for an explanation and been ignored. This is no way to treat investors and he needs to get his shit together.

Lewicki posted earlier saying that Ken was on the way to talk to engineers for the Avalon clones, Ken has been in and out of meetings and travelling.
He isnt a superhuman. He will get to your shares in time.

Lewiki made no such post so I don't know why you are saying he did. Also, I'm not expecting ken to be superhuman and I'm not expecting anything unreasonable from him. I'm simply expecting him to do what he said he would do and failing that, to provide an update as to why he couldn't stick to his word.

And don't tell me what Ken is and isn't doing. You have no idea what he's doing so don't pretend otherwise. I keep myself up to date with what's going on and know the same as you do. What ken said he would be doing though, is transferring shares yesterday, which he never did. If he had no intention of doing so, then he shouldn't have said he would.

My apologies, it was Streets2.0 that posted this:

Guys, the 120,000 shares were mine.  I made a deal with Ken.  Because he is so busy, I paid him a VERY  high premium to have my shares transferred from BF to BTCT.  The premium went directly to the company.  I advise everyone with less than 120,000 shares not to do this, as the price was very high and wouldn't be worth it for most shareholders.  I paid him $5000, which went directly to the company.

I did get immediately on the horn and called Kens office.  I was transferred to his cell and asked what was going on with this 120k dump.  It was explained to me that a serious investor had made a deal to him in fiat to transfer those over to Btct.  I guess now as we see that was Volcanic.  When talking to him I could tell he was on the road (can hear the wind), and asked where he was headed to, while apologizing for calling after hours.  He had told me he was on the road to meet with the engineering firm.  I had asked how many hours were left in the drive and he stated 4-5 hours.

Also ken said he would be WORKING ON getting through the transfers. Clearly he didn't finish.

Streets' post was on the 29th. At the end of that day, Ken said he would be working on the transfers tomorrow, meaning the 30th. I asked if anyone had received any shares back from Ken, and the only answer provided were negative. Also, given that I've been waiting since Saturday, my transfers should be early in the queue. So Ken clearly didn't finish as he didn't even start. The only thing he seems to have did that day, is post an update to confirm he had a beer with an engineer over the weekend.

Survey: As an individual, what do you most like about LabCoin?

The potential for 10,000% ROI.
Huh

What exactly are you confused about?

This security is causing both ActM and AM to crash as people move their funds from one security to another. I think the smarter move may be to invest in AM/ActM while everyone else does the opposite and fights for IPO shares  Shocked

What exactly is supposed to be smart about investing in an asset with a price destined to decrease rather than assets with the potential for 10x and 100x increases?

ActM is still a good investment, but AM has hit its peak and will drop back into the 3.x range due to competition.

According to Ken, he was going to spend today transferring shares. I've had no shares and no word from Ken as to why. Has anybody else had their shares? Is this not a legitimate question? If Ken had no intention of transferring the shares today, then he shouldn't have said he was going to. Nobody likes being lied to. If he's been side tracked or the transfers are just taking longer than expected, then he should inform us. Is it really so difficult and time consuming for Ken to take 1 minute to tell us what is happening? It's not like he hasn't been on here. He was last active about 5 minutes ago according to his profile, so he's actually following along, yet purposefully choosing to ignore us.
1729  Economy / Securities / Re: ActiveMining Overview and Speculation Thread on: July 31, 2013, 03:18:34 AM
LOL. I just place a single share ask up, wondering if some fool would come along and outbid me. It happened in under a minute.
1730  Economy / Securities / Re: ActiveMining Overview and Speculation Thread on: July 31, 2013, 03:02:40 AM
Those 2002 share asks spaced at 0.0001 BTC intervals on BitFunder are fooling nobody. Well almost nobody. Watch them vanish when someone starts to buy into them.

Hi Guys,

I recently traveled to California for a nice vacation and to meet up with some companies such as Terrahash, HashFast, and also some local bitcoiners. While planning this trip I also tried to meet up with Ken but I arrived the day he was leaving I believe. However, one of the bitcoiners that I knew up here who wishes to remain anonymous is also a Silicon-Valley based engineer and in my opinion very well versed in the world of ASICs, was able to meet up with Ken for me.

I asked him to give me an overview of how he felt about Ken and the ASIC project he is working on in a nutshell. He confirmed with me that Ken is the real deal and that based on the conversation that was had, he doesn’t see any reason to think otherwise.

Now I know this might not sound like much but in my opinion if Ken can make this particular Engineer come to this conclusion then us shareholders should be in a very good position.

I’ll leave it at that and if Ken reads this he can confirm that he did indeed have a meeting with the Engineer on Friday.

This is looking even better guys!

Yes, I had a meeting with this particular Engineer last Friday.  We had a beer and talked about ASIC's in general, RTL programming, and a number of other things.

Good to hear, Ken.

What is the time frame for the official announcement(s)? While it's fun to watch the roller coaster price it would be nice to step out of the realm of a speculative instrument and into the reality of a mining company. I have no doubt of your delivery. Cheesy

Thanks!

It's not fun to watch when Ken's got all your shares.

And BTC-TC is now cheaper than BitFunder.
1733  Economy / Securities / Re: ActiveMining Overview and Speculation Thread on: July 31, 2013, 02:31:34 AM
People are stupid or their bots are stupid. Look at the asks on BitFunder, lots of asks for 2 shares padding the orders. If you're selling more than 100 shares, you'd have to be insane to outbid someone selling 2 shares. People are buying hundreds and thousands of shares, not 1 or 2. Those 2 share asks are completely irrelevant and are simply there to pad the orders and drive down the price.
1734  Economy / Securities / Re: ActiveMining Overview and Speculation Thread on: July 31, 2013, 02:11:01 AM
Woohoo, I managed to scoop up some cheap shears this time around. Smiley

PS. Ken's ran of with the money, SELL, SELL, SELL!

PPS. I just noticed the 2ASIC.com advert and now I'm blind.

Everybody should remove their sell orders on BitFunder and watch the panic buying which ensues.

Looks pretty calm....

...before the storm.

Been almost 2 weeks since any official update. Share price has risen to as high as 4x IPO price during that time. Not a peep out of anyone 'in charge'. No updates at all. Not even a slight effort made to post up something bland on btct to satisfy onlookers. It's a good thing this has potential, because it's being run like a damn amateur shop.

I know, i know, a 'board' is being 'formed' as we speak.

Actions, they speak louder.

The IPO price was 0.0005 BTC. When the price hits 0.01 BTC, that'll be 20x the initial price.
1738  Economy / Securities / Re: ActiveMining Overview and Speculation Thread on: July 30, 2013, 08:20:18 PM
this retarded dumping has atleast created another wave of arbitrage possibility between btct and bitfunder and strengthened the bid walls significantly. overall this dip has strengthened this asset a lot.

thanks, retarded whales and lemmings.

How can you arbitrage between BF and BTCTC?

1. Sell at one exchange
2. Move BTC
3. Hope that the price hasn't moved in the meantime
4. Buy cheaper shares at other exchange

So what then? You have a bit more shares but the share is worth less.

If you are willing to hold for the long run, this could be a huge (up to ~15% at some point) increase in shares (and thus dividends) and the gap between BTCT and BF should be smaller when this stock gets more stable.

Theoretically, if people do the arbitrage and move from BTCT to BitFunder won't this mean leveling out? (more shares on BitFunder). But then again, you have a VolanicEruptors or two who have a ton of shares moved to BTCT and we're back to square one (or square minus two)

The share price will level off but the number of shares on each site will remain constant. The number of shares will only change if Ken transfers some from one site to the other, not if someone sells out on one site and buys back in on the other.

Sorry for the choppy seas people, that was my fault. Needed some cash, and .006+ works for me. 12x increase, can't complain.... Glad some of you were able to get some cheap shares. To those of you that sold on the way down... you've learned a valuable lesson, hopefully you don't make the same mistake later this week.  Wink

How many did you sell?

Has anybody had their shares back from Ken today? Just wondering if he's started yet.
