The fact that he is playing in front of the home crowd, we can expect that he will fight harder as he is more motivated to win. With this kind of odds, it seemed like bookies does not see Kambasos as a champion who has a good chance of beating Haney.

I don't know why bookies have put Haney as the favorite in this fight, he has not fought big names yet though he won against Linares and Gamboa but both were in the twilight of their careers and they were made a stepping stone for young boxers with potentials to become world champions. So what Ravena is trying to do here?
Is he playing safe but in the end will put NLEX hanging when he got his contract renewed?
I don't like that, he was thinking that he is a valuable piece of superstar and that the team would go after him, maybe as a sign of respect, he must make his decision final before reaching out the NLEX.
As far as my knowledge about that is concerned, Kiefer Ravena can manage to play at the "whole" PBA All-Filipino Cup Conference that's why even though there's a new contract offered to him in Japan B-league, he can still help NLEX this upcoming conference on their rally. NLEX has no choice though as they are not even active in the trading market if there's a possibility to totally trade Ravena. Even Coach Yeng is interested in keeping him for the team. We can call it disrespectful if, in the middle of the conference, he left out for the team just to accept the new offer to play in Japan. Yeah, sounds special, and seems K. Ravena is overrated to me but that's what the agreement they have signed up. That would be good if K. Ravena could finish the whole All-Filipino conference, at least he can help the team on their campaign for the whole conference and won't leave in the middle of the conference. For me, this kind of agreement is okay, win-win situation for both NLEX and Keifer as we all knew that after Ravena is done in Japan, his experience is an asset that he can use in NLEX while the latter has the rights of the cager until his contract is finished with them. |

Well, if this is necessary before Garcia will face Davis, then I think I would just accept and watch this fight, I just love to see Garcia fighting Davis and I think I like his chances against Davis.
He will be destroyed if he fights Davis at this stage of his career lol. I used to be a fan of Ryan Garcia but after all of his antics, I doubt that this guy will be a name to watch out for in the future. Ohh boy, tomorrow's game is very hard for me to predict but I would still be backing the Celtics because of Jimmy's inconsistent performance ib this series. I mean, I have not seen him with a massive back-to-back performance in the postseason and for sure Celtics would be ready for him tomorrow. There are reports that Donaire will have a special guest in Japan when he goes and fight Inoue, this is according to Rachel's Donaire's social media post.
But everyone is speculating that it will be Casimero who will be in ring side. Not sure what is the intention is, maybe they just want to throw off Inoue as both of them have been trash talking and have been in the radar. Unfortunately, Casimero wasn't able to fight Butler so he lost his belt already. But who knows, maybe he will be next in line for Inoue win or lose against Donaire.
If it is Casimero that would be in the ringside then it would be for Casimero to witness how it will be done (defeating Inoue) lol. Kidding aside, without the WBO belt on his hand, Inoue is not interested in fighting Casimero anymore because the main goal for the Monster is to unify all 4 belts in the bantamweight division so Butler could be next in line for the winner of this Inoue-Donaire fight besides Casimero will be moving up in weight so his presence in Japan is just a mere spectator and might be Rachel will manage his career in the future. |

Back to the PBA, have read in my social media news feed that K. Ravena and NLEX were meeting for a possible return, is this true?
So his contract with Japan's B league is over? That's what I'm saying, contracts overseas are mostly short-term only, that's why some PBA players just choose to stay in the PBA so they have an assurance that they'll continue to receive their salary for the long term. I guess Ravena spoke well to the management before he left the PBA, so I expect that the management will accept his comeback as well. As per below, his one-year contract has expired but he may be extended as there are rumors that a new contract has been offered so their meeting must be for another arrangement like before where he plays in the PBA while it is off-season in the Japan B-league and fly to Japan when the season there open, to me this arrangement will not do well with NLEX. It is better for them to let go Ravena and let him pay for the remaining contract that he has with them as he can't help in their campaign for the championship. Ravena’s one-year deal with Shiga Lakestars in the Japan B.League already expired, but SPIN.ph learned from people close to the Filipino guard that a new contract offer has been put on the table.

I went on the KO mate, Congrats on your win mate, i thought that it would go the distance just like what happened to the Cruz fight but Romero got careless in the sixth round and walk through that left that sent him to the canvass. Yeah, Davis started slow maybe he was figuring Romero first and doesn't take any careless moves as Romero also got that power punches of his own. Davis was calling out the winner of that Kambosos-Haney fight, that might be a good one too but i do hope that Kambosos will be victorious on that one because he is tailored fit for a knockout puncher like Lopez and Davis. |

Yes, I witnessed this incident directly on the live broadcast. The tank pushed him there, but the thought seemed a little taken aback. He later said that he deserved it because he talked too much. Romero has strong hits as you said, it can be dangerous if he catches Tank, but I think Tank will win this fight no matter what. This match will definitely be KO.
Again, part of the marketing as usual lol. That's Romero's strength, trash-talking his opponents but in the few hours it will be just the two of them and even the trash-talk won't help him against Davis. Bookies predict this fight to end via KO in favor of Davis but for me, the odds are not worth it so I still bet for Davis to win but via decision for that 5.4 odds. We may see lots of hugging in this fight and Romero will use hid bicycle once he tastes that Davis power punches.  |
