1741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: April 09, 2022, 06:53:02 AM
Given that a couple of days ago Musk invested $2.9 billion in Twitter to take 9.2% of the company shares and in the process became the single largest shareholder, I am surprised he did not use the same lighting effect for promoting Twitter. He does like to take almost every opportunity to promote either himself or his businesses.

Yes, Musk is acting really widely, not only buying Twitter shares, the event in Texas was actually more business, so they announced that Tesla, together with Jack Dorsey's Block and Blockstream, would build a bitcoin mining data center that would receive energy only from solar panels.

The Próspera Economic Zone, which is essentially an island city-state in Honduras, with its own government, makes a statement that within its jurisdiction bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies act as a legal means of payment. And also from April 7, municipalities and local authorities are given the right to issue bitcoin bonds in full compliance with KYC and AML standards.

When trying to access the site bitgesell.ca I found that the site page itself is loaded, but it just seems empty and there are no messages, I tried from different devices and providers, a site with a different domain (bitgesell.de ) it loads normally, maybe some work is being done on the design of the site or it's a bug of the filters, it's strange, everyone has so or just me?

Recently, a problem was noticed that Verse transactions are not displayed in Dextools, while they are visible in explorer polygon, dev Chris contacted the Dextools team to solve the problem and Verse listing on EverRise swap was suspended until this issue was resolved.

Musk staged a drone show at the Tesla gigafactory in Texas, which created the Doge logo in the sky, it looks beautiful, the glowing face of a dog in the night sky, the video is really very short. Smiley

1748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Debunking the "Bitcoin is an environmental disaster" argument. on: April 08, 2022, 09:46:52 AM
Well, some of the big companies are also thinking about the future, including in the issue of environmental issues of mining. For example, Marathon Digital seems to have made a decision to switch from using the energy obtained from burning coal to renewable energy sources and stated that by the end of the year all their 30,000 miners with a capacity of 3.3 EH/s will be moved and become carbon neutral, only the fact is that the coal mine in Montana, which is powered by a power plant (energy from which Marathon Digital is now using for mining) and she, in turn, uses the same coal, and will continue to work.

Sorry, yes, I have indeed switched to much of my activity to discord.

Yes, I read your discord channel regularly, but still I would like to receive announcements from you in this thread, how is work on the development of application applications based on Zettelkasten going, is something to be expected or is it still in the project stage?

There are only 5 blocks left to find before halving, I thought it would take longer, but it turned out much faster, there is very little time left, maybe an hour or so. Smiley

1751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥🔥[ANN][BNB Token] Wehub Network Ticker WEHUB🔥🔥🔥 on: April 06, 2022, 04:27:37 PM
Yes we thought about but it earlier. But we could even raise $100 USD. So we knew we wouldn't be able to raise $4,000 USD for the list on a real exchange listing. Even with CST no one wanted to pay ETH gas fee's as we ate over $1,500 USD on that during that time. But this is now and that stuff is in the past.

Yes, raising funds for anything is usually a problem, especially in the cryptosphere, where people do not want to pay for anything, the exceptions are only gambling, it seems to me, but there is more psychology there.
1752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: LONG NETWORK on bitcoin blockchain with secret correspondence and marketplace on: April 06, 2022, 04:22:27 PM
@SteepPepper Great, after there is no answer to the method of swapping Long coin for Long token, we can assume that all Long is just a scam and there is no need to cover it up with resentment at the community that did not appreciate the genius of the developer's idea. for myself, I mark it as a SCAM LONG TOKEN.

swapping long - 2 method: https://github.com/longnetwork/wLONG

Non-Balgod Bastard

Well, to do as others do under such circumstances, just create a form for swapping a Long coin to a Long token, where each Long holder could send a tossed coin and inform his dsc address to receive a wrapped Long. Yes but earlier on https://github.com/longnetwork/wLONG there was no method for swap or I'm wrong, there was just an option to add Long to MetaMask, now I see it changed and it's good.

upd: Although I can't check the coins are stuck on stex, for some reason they require verification again, although I have already passed it before.
1753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano the new NEO? on: April 05, 2022, 02:20:11 PM
The Cardano Foundation has announced cooperation with UZH BCC, according to the developers, such a partnership allows the foundation to provide information to UZH BCC to expand the university's knowledge about the Cardano platform and at the same time for the further development of Cardano itself, well, it seems that this will ultimately be useful to the entire community both for popularization and for further growth.

1755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba inu on: April 05, 2022, 01:05:10 PM
The media are doing their job, it's not doubtful, but you can't deny the fact that SHIB is currently a very liquid asset, you can sell your entire bag of several billion tokens if the price suits you, there is no problem with that now. Smiley
1756  Economy / Economics / Re: MicroStrategy Buys $250M in Bitcoin, Calling the Crypto ‘Superior to Cash’ on: April 05, 2022, 12:55:12 PM
Microstrategy started using their fresh funds to buy bitcoin:

They bought 190 billions with 205 millions loan. Wondering if they saved some change money, or the fees are so big.
Hope it is the first one.

Well, they write that they paid an average of $45,714 for btc https://www.coindesk.com/business/2022/04/05/microstrategy-buys-1905m-worth-of-bitcoin/ , I think they have somewhere to put the remaining funds from the loan. for example to secure previous loans or something. Smiley

Kraken exchange reports in its blog that now exchange users can deposit and withdraw bitcoin funds using the Lightning Network.

Hopefully, this will really improve the quality and reduce the time for exchange users.

absolutely agree with you. the vast majority of volume is coming from Hotbit, not only because is higher Roll Eyes

Yes it is, but it seems to me that the bulk of the volume falls on bots, just check by placing a bet on one more than the last purchase about he starts selling or buying one less than yours from non-existent orders. Sad

I've filled out this form  https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScolXS8WMCDG7j8dIAbmutrQR6BWD5BrOCcRKJLCFfgPTBwoQ/viewform to see if we could get listed on https://tradeogre.com/markets maybe if we can get a few more people to fill out the form we can get listed Cool

A good idea I would like to hear the opinion of dev @zettelkasten on this score. recently, he has not been particularly active, although discord promised that he would update information about the future of ZTTL in the thread here.
