1741  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Not Just Buy BTC? on: July 06, 2023, 11:56:28 AM
The platform I use is Coinbase.
I'm thinking of just buying BTC-USD and just leaving it be.
Any thoughts on this strategy?

It's a good that you accumulate as possible, but did you use a safe wallet? Coinbase is an exchange only and a platform for exchanging your coins to the crypto do you want but at the end, even if you have your own bitcoin (that you think) at the end its, not yours. It will only become yours once you transfer into a wallet that has a keys that the owner is only you.

Always be considerate about the risks factor on making CEX to be your long term wallet. We know that primary rule here on this space in regarding wallets
that non-custodial ones would really be the best choice. You wouldn't really be losing your assets if you do just know on how to keep those PK away on
others awareness or attention. Buy BTC and accumulate as much as you could before bull run happens and there's still some time for us to do
so.

Currently we are waiting for the next halving which is the 2024 people accumulate as possible as they can and this is the ride that you will never need to skip this could be a life changer in profit or not, no one knows but the bitcoin already doing its history already.
1742  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Trade have types? on: July 06, 2023, 11:42:24 AM
People make a trade when they think it's confident to trade, and availability, of course its matter, if you have a small time for making a trade you can be scalpers - they are the people who make a profit with just a small price movement, if you have tons of time to make trade for example 3 hours average and make different positions you can make a short trades those are the at least hours price movements, next is the long term investors they are the one who bought and wait for the dip to accumulate as possible they can. At the end its all about the timing and proper execution to make a trade. People gain profit for being discipline and got loses because of getting greedy.
1743  Other / Off-topic / Re: how to get mod jobs on any crypto platforms on: July 05, 2023, 11:29:38 PM
The projects must need to have a moderator for their channels or community; the mods can be treated as a manager of the channels if you want to get hired as mod better to build up your knowledge of how to navigate to the platform they are using next is know how to build social media management or any management related knowledge it's ideal to have a certificate to as your credentials if there's any. Next is build a good reputation, so many projects would like to seek your engagement. As possible, create a portfolio so you don't need to explain too much. Based on my experience as a moderator in the community in a local channel, you always need to keep updated with the projects and manage the people around you to prevent speculation of rugs.
1744  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which one of this is important most? on: July 05, 2023, 10:35:54 PM
The forum has merit requirements that make it rank up higher rank of course already built a reputation in the community. People with higher number of merits for example is the members who have the 2k merits above already shows on the merit they have they contribute a lot of content that help the community by that they can get a good reputation. But of course sometimes it happens that you have a low merit but you gain a lot of reputation through the services you are giving, reputation will gain trust of the people.
1745  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it too late for newbies? on: July 05, 2023, 02:18:53 PM

Is it the right time to invest in Bitcoin?

All my friends are talking about cryptocurrencies, but I still can't wrap my head around it. What would you recommend for someone who has no previous experience? Do any of you have resources that you can recommend to me that will explain cryptocurrencies in the shortest and most simple way?
If you have any success stories you would like to share, I would be very grateful if I could benefit from them as well...

For the newbies, i guess its ideal and easy way to understand is with the using of the rainbow chart of the bitcoin, every time halving comes the price of the bitcoin goes up basically, this is how this easily understand but if you want to know what is the specific time frame, and ideal date to trade to buy is no one knows but you can get an idea when it comes with the use of the technical indicators this serves you as a guide to your investment to buy or to sell. Ideal for newbies is to know how the market move so you can analyze at your own and not be dependent with the signals of other people to prevent blames and regrets at your side.

Normal things in the different platforms can easily message those accounts. Not only in telegram even in Twitter and Discord this always happen Someone add you or even message and have a small talk so they can promote their platform, afterward they will invite you to their links it could be possible that it's legit or not, but most likely happens its a scam or a phishing platform included with an attack with a trojan virus that could get your wallets. The reason why ideal to avoid clicking links to unknown persons is to prevent these. If there's a chance you can check the profit itself if its legit or not do it its not a waste of time for your safety.
1747  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How was the creation of bitcoin who came up with the idea on: July 05, 2023, 12:26:28 PM
Am a newbie I have been bothered lately about this question on how was the creation of bitcoin who came up with the idea, his name, why and where was it created

Welcome to the community which comes to the right place to get information related to your question; Satoshi Nakamoto is the creator of Bitcoin his identity seems spreading already around the internet, but did he stay here right now we don't know the Bitcoin created for the having a decentralized process, keep anonymity, have a secured transaction both parties can see the transaction ids and the address which is still secured with the use of the private keys. But recent days people are still supporting the centralized platform even its opposite with the use of bitcoin itself. You can check here content of GazetaBitcoin how does the people treat recently the bitcoin. 12 years later and people still don't know to use Bitcoin nor what it's good for. Another thing take it easy with the knowledge given to you right now its overwhelming but sooner or later you will understand from the basics.
1748  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not limits your investment... on: July 04, 2023, 11:36:28 PM
It seems your friend invested in altcoins before the ATH we know people keep seeing still only with the bitcoin right now but before the last halving of the BTC people accumulate as possible and few people get a huge amount of profit to the alts, and it's more profitable than the bitcoin if you bought from it's lowest point that's why there always people want to find a shitcoin to buy and hoping these coins will becomes trend in the future, and they are the one who gains good profit too.
Have an investment we you can, but of course, not all investment gets profit reason why manage your risk and don't put your money in just one pot.

1750  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your first purchase in btc: the craziest, the most moving, the most expensive on: July 04, 2023, 01:34:05 PM
Hello,

What was your first purchase in btc that was a special event for you : it was nice, cute, exciting or great. If you hodl, will you ever spend your btc ?

If you're a dreamer, what would be your dream ?

I start way back 2021, which is I just purchase Satoshi for only 20$ and every day I have additional income I buy with the consistency of course that time I didn't expect I see barely in my eyes that it can reach the price of 3k$ and I grab the chance to buy back again so I can hold for a long term of course those 20$ makes a good profit during the bull run because of the different NFT and play to earn era that could gives me more opportunities to accumulate and makes me profitable during the ATH of the bitcoin.

Now I do the same thing for this upcoming halving to grab the chance hoping to get ride with the 1 BTC in my wallet.
1751  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing doesn't guarantee you to be rich on: July 04, 2023, 12:54:10 PM
People want to become an investor because they want to escape too and have financial freedom, and one of the factors to achieve this is to have investment and business; let's take down for a while, people want to do a business because they don't want to become the slave of the corporate world they can manage their own time at the same time earning more than in working with the 8 hours in the company. Still, most of their mistake is having a wrong decision in business for example, not the business needed by the community. For the investment, this is the ideal way to let your money make more money into your, but the cons here are you need to make aware of how long you will invest and what kind of business because with every change in economic status, there's a price drops or pumps. To prevent these losses,, ensure you have full knowledge and understanding of how it works and continuously progress until you succeed.
1752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Seniors vs Kids — in the future of Bitcoin on: July 04, 2023, 11:22:34 AM
If the kids do not have the chance to properly manage their money, there's nothing to do with the kids with bitcoin once they know the amount of it they immediately sell in the long term they don't have the profit as we expect, in some point there's some kids literate with the investment at very young age reason why they manage to control the money over their hand and grow those into different assets makes them easier to adopt into the world of finance, but the adults who does not have enough knowledge with this new technology will doubt this and afraid to invest or easily get manipulated by the people. The reason why most of them get scammed is because of the promising returns of those people or platforms.
1753  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop stressing kids with bitcoin on: July 04, 2023, 10:23:24 AM
We have different perspectives, on money wise its ideal to teach them how to manage their cash properly, not even starting with the money but the valuable things instead; while they are kids, they need to know the importance of the things they have; you can teach them with the items they are continually using and want to use to get the value of it so in the future once they have their own money they are not those kids keep spending money because they know they have sources can get from their parents. We didn't say they would teach those kids immediately; it takes step-by-step progress. Once they get it, now is the time they begin with bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies themselves. Don't you want your child to stand on themselves and not depend on your money?
1754  Economy / Gambling / Re: is KYC data on Gambling sites safe? on: July 04, 2023, 08:41:22 AM
I don't understand what are people trying to say in this thread!

They start saying KYC is bad, there's nothing safe in online, KYC leaked, I will avoid KYC etc etc and then they would say if the casino is big and reputable I don't mind to submit KYC in the last sentence lol.

If you're think you can't accept to submit KYC, just don't gamble on regulated and licensed casino in the first place.

Some people got an introduction with the gambling casino that is always seeking a KYC verification once they account got tag or something of the gambling casino even though not all part of the KYC is bad. We know we are using now with the crypto currency and anonymity is important but it's their platform it's their rules.
At the first place the player must need to read the terms and the terms conditions to know if there's a minimum requirement to gamble or not. At the end if you don't want their KYC a lot of casino offering a lower level of it or no KYC.
1755  Economy / Gambling / Re: is KYC data on Gambling sites safe? on: July 02, 2023, 01:29:01 PM
Sometimes other casino injecting in the mind of other gamblers to submit kyc to make their assets balance on the gambling platform will not be prone into hacking. So players in the casino thought that it was true, but in truth it is not. And I know majority of the gambler knows this thing of course. But in some of the casino that who has a good and established big community for me its fine if I submit KYC on it.

Before the KYC does not mandatory, there are a lot of issues right now showing up that they are requiring a KYC on different casino upon their withdrawal, in some cases, its always happen, if you are an active gambler, keep a deposit and playing to their casino without violating their regulations you don't get any trouble not until you hit a good amount of jackpot into your game. If your account is just new and gets a huge profit without too much recent activity on their record that's the time they make KYC when you want to withdraw to prevent if the player is not a bot, that kind of things from spreading around as always and now new players get doubt to play because the essence of the anonymity is now nothing on this kind of situations. Always read the Terms and conditions and FAQs to have an idea of the withdrawal matters.
1756  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A qualified strategy exist in gambling? If yes, come and talk. on: July 02, 2023, 08:02:52 AM
I dont get the main point of your story in the introduction, does it says that there's a possible way to beat the current system of the gambling casino or just a reminder for the gamblers?.

If you interest, just go to kick.com and search FuckDice. You will see how I deal with all these shit. And I asked kick.com to pay me 300k dollars to stream. These people just ignore my request. What a rude behaivor there! LOL. Let's go and have fun on anything you like.

If you are well known enough with a good number of followers that's the time the gambling casinos, and other platforms get interested into you to promote because this is part of their marketing strategy to gain more people who will play on their platform, well there's nothing impossible continue to stream until someone notice your contents.
1757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gender in Gambling [differences between Women and Men in Gambling] on: July 01, 2023, 11:57:26 AM
There no difference even its a man or woman or even different gender plays a gambling its all depends on their skills and perspective how they play gambling, once you are experience no matter what you are you can beat the game or the opponents on the same table.

Yes because of the sceptical nature of women,  they tend to take less risk than men but even at that, it all depends on individual perspectives since women have a drawback in contemporary developments that involve risk,  e.g cryptocurrencies gambling and that is the reason we have a limited number of women in that two industry.

We should understand women from the perspective that they are not as strong as we men, they have a soft kind of mind thinking ability and always reason well and deeply before making decisions, they don't have that kind of strong heart to take risk or withstand taking strong decisions on something.

Most men are gamblers they are risk takers than the woman but women are more critical thinkers and wise with money. But not as always this is scenario its all about the perspective and environment of the gambler.
1758  Economy / Gambling / Re: Impossible KYC Requirements - Stake.com - Withholding $6000 USD on: July 01, 2023, 09:04:00 AM
Im just wondering if you used the legit Stake platform because they have a lot of bootleg versions in the search engine once you take a check. Well, by the way, at some point it takes time before they confirm the concerns and takes a lot of process having the proof of billing and other IDs is enough to pass the verification to make a withdrawal, question how long you take playing and how many times you make a withdrawal and deposit or is this specific number of amount is only have an error for withdrawal?. Sometimes it happens when there's a bonus use and you manage to win a huge amount and make a withdrawal.
1759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you guilty of promising not to gamble for specific days but back next day on: July 01, 2023, 06:39:57 AM
At some point, in guilty before I was able to make a huge winnings; those wins took me time again before gambling because, of course, it's ideal not to be greedy in this kind of entertainment, or else you will lose most of your money. Before I came back again to play gambling, I said to myself that's enough for a month, but the joke came right there when I had extra money I tried my luck again to play of course keep hoping to win at the end, I lose that capital and take me now to stop gambling for a while and take time again when I feel confident to play.
1760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why People Still Gamble? on: July 01, 2023, 04:12:39 AM
Smoking and drinking are bad habits too (for your health) and people still do them… the main idea is the same. Some people just don’t give a damn. Some people gamble just because they like it, they don’t care if they get rich or not from gambling at all. Some other people are greedy and they want to turn their 1 coin into 10 coins… some people play just to pass the time while they are waiting for someone. There are many other reasons too.

Long story short; Gambling fills a need in life and as long as that need exists, the gambling industry will not disappear from this world.
Yes, smoking and drinking alcohol is a very bad habit for our body,  yes we are all known that our body needs some alcohol but not too much because it will lead us to addiction and once we are in addict to that thing our self-control will be lost and every day We involve in it. Just like in gambling if we are too much greedy and we don't have self-control then we can say that most of a time we will want to gamble.
If we dont have smokers how will the tobacco companies survive, if we dont have those that consume alcohol how will beer companies make sales and same foes with gambling, because if we dont have those that will gamble how will casino survive.

But we all know that people still gamble because these people wanted the gambling industry to thrive.  We as a gambler does not concern ourselves about this matter, instead, we wanted to win so that we can have more fund for our activities even if we look at it as entertainment, we always wanted to win every wager or bet we made.

The point and botom line is that, we should all do this things with control and placing limits on them and never allow them to control our actions and decision,  so the bottom line is that, let the be moderation of all activities especially those activities that have addictive tendencies.

I agree we must do our gambling activity in moderation so that it won't affect our life negatively.

In that statement seems you are seeking for gambling for fun only and want to get entertained, if you just neglect the number of money you are spending with, well, its still ideal to control yourself in playing too much gambling if you are one of the person who has lot of sources of money could be gambling just a habit but if not will take you into debts without having self-control. Gambling with proper management, gambling depends on the money and asset do you have or else at the end gambling makes you in the life you didn't want to be because of addiction.
