1381  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My decision on bitcoin on: September 09, 2023, 01:48:10 PM
I recently created a post asking if I should buy bitcoin now or wait for the dip, and majority of the response I got from the post, advised that I should buy now rather than waiting for the dip due to its volatile nature, and I'm satisfied with this response and I'm willing to bear the risk.
Reason for all these questioning, I have a dream of becoming a long term bitcoin holder but, dreams aren't achieved with words alone, an action is needed for the start up, so I have decided to sell one of my less used phone for the purpose of buying bitcoin.
I'm really eager to purchase my first bitcoin in satoshi.

If you are going for a long term buying dip is not too much a case buy your satoshi and wait for the next all time high, you don't need to get stress yourself when to buy or to sell, because your goal is for long term and from now its farm from it so you try it now, or else you want to learn the trading even the basic technical analysis you can now have an heads up which price is the possible dip and you don't need to worry too much because in the exchange you are using once the price hit the set amount you bought immediately or sell without hassle on it.
1382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Help me exchange my bitcoins on: September 09, 2023, 11:58:39 AM
Binance supporting a P2P trades if you don't want to use the exchange itself for your payment also if you really want to use a actual person who make a trade you must need to consider if the person you are taking with is legit, trusted and reliable and also makes a meet up with the secured place to make sure the transactions becomes smooth and doesn't have an issue with the transfer of funds.
Or else you will use a decentralized platform to make you feel it's safe.
1383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is KYC mandatory in CEX? on: September 09, 2023, 11:26:14 AM
Not all platform requiring a KYC some of them just the basic email and phone number and we called this sometimes as level 1 only it's use for the account recovery and other feature, but of course they make a requirements and agreement if the account have a KYC they can experience difference in the local ones. But if you are just a small trader you don't pursue too much in KYC. Just likely a withdrawal amount only.
1384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots with the purchase of bonus games - is it good or bad? on: September 08, 2023, 11:44:16 PM
In a normal game of slots you will wait for a while before having the bonus hit People want some thrill about it and for me, if you have a budget and would like to buy a bonus slot in the feature it's food because you don't need to wait too much and there's a chance that your bonus will continuously go up the multiplier but still there's a risk that you could lose your attempts and win smaller amount than you bought the bonus. In reality, not all bonuses will return profit immediately it's just a head start
1385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Give Him a loan Or Partner With Him on: September 08, 2023, 03:10:50 PM
What would be the best option if a friend who happens to be good at horse racing lost his fortune coming from betting in horse racing because of illness and came to you and asked for a loan and honestly stated that he wants to use it betting in horse racing to recover his fortune.

But you have doubts because he is away betting horse racing for a long period of time and he might lose the money because you have to be updated on the conditions of the horses, jockeys, and the many handicaps, and his anxiety about recovering his fortune might fail he offers you two options loan him money or just partner with him.

What's your best course of action in this scenario?

A common friend confided this to me.

If he wins there's a percentage of yours? but if he loses it a 100% in your part I guess the ideal is to lend him a loan to you if you are willing to, because at the ends you will get a return plus the interest if you want or as is with the 1:1 ratio because its your friend, for me partner with him is not a win win in your side, but if you have a good result with games I guess that's the time you are building your trust to him and you are willing to take the risk.
1386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Minimum Age to gamble on: September 08, 2023, 02:25:15 PM
The age standard for gamblers in each country is different, but I believe there are many children in my country who have deceived the casino platform by claiming they are 18 and over when they are still 15-17 years. I came across several children who gambled, but I wasn't sure how they could gamble just by relying on the money their parents gave them.

In our country children with age of 18 are involved of studying and those individuals move towards gambling who are not under the control of their parents because in our society gambling is not consider as a good habit even if it gives you large sum of money.

They cannot rely on the money given to them by their parents therefore they continuously bet in order to multiply this sum but unfortunately instead of increasing it become necessary to take loan for the fulfilment of such addiction.
In a sane society, a student is not supposed to be allowed to gamble regardless of his or her age, whether he or she above 18 or 20 or even 25, as long as he or she is still living with the parents, and the parents be the ones catering for him or her, he or she is not supposed to be allowed into gambling, except its a situation where he or she is gambling in secret so the parents will not know, this is completely different. But on a normal day, a student is supposed to face his or her studies and put gambling aside, gambling is for people who are already out of school and are fending for themselves already, it's not for students who are still been fend for, by his or her parents .

I get the impression you don't know what you're talking about. In many countries young people start gambling long before they come of age, for example, playing card games or dice for lunch in the school canteen or with pocket money given to them by their parents. It is almost impossible to control such games, as they are played away from the eyes of adults.

Children who have this kind of environment in their community makes easier to them to adopt this thing because they will think its just a normal way of entertainment and normal way of adults in their life so they can easily manage to adopt this gambling habit, of course still just a casual and not official casinos they allowed to play, some of them becomes habit this, veterans, but at the end of the day if they will want to goes into a legal casino they cant entry there's a chance they can enter in online casino and use other peoples ID or else use a nonKYC platform even just level 1. Anything can happen with this accounts in online but in physical under age is prohibited to play.
1387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is horse racing so unpopular here and a bit of extra feedback on: September 08, 2023, 01:24:01 PM
In my country horse race game is very popular the same with cockfighting and as the same with it there's a winner option but the odds right here is will depend on the popularity of the horse, reputation and of course if there's an underdog like the usual match, and the number of wages will now depends on the horse they bet, that's the concept I've known with here, but due to this pandemic and mass gathering is one of the issues we facing which is the prevention of it and now its not become popular even in the gambling casino I've never seen this they are just adopting the known games in the casino itself and not in the field itself.
1388  Economy / Gambling / Re: Tell me one legit site with esports and sports markets on: September 08, 2023, 01:08:48 PM
It seems like one of your choices is one of the listed scams platforms, as you can roam around here in the community there are a lot of platforms offering what you are looking for in sports I recommend to the bc.game, stake, roobet, duelbits, Sportsbet.io they are supporting even e-sports and also those platforms have a different offering of their services, bonuses, and perks of being part of their active community or player but of course read the most important part the terms and conditions and faqs to prevent issue in the future, good luck on your gambling activity.
1389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be play with care on: September 08, 2023, 08:32:58 AM
When you play gambling you already know what are you playing and during the game it depends if you will stick on the plan or try other options, possible happens if you lose or win the game. Once the player experience winnings in the particular game they are keep choosing this and hoping to win again, next is the player keep experiencing losses that's the time they will change their mind to play another game or else they keep playing their usually rituals and beliefs to gain the luck again.

1391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting Features on any Banking or Financial apps should be Removed on: September 07, 2023, 11:27:14 PM
This is my first time seeing a bank offering a gambling but of course before they release this kind of feature they will makes letter and approval to the government itself all of these process are regulated but if you are not a gambler I guess you don't need to get bothered because surely you will ignore this feature.

.
A reverse Google image shows the image is from Opay, and they aren't really a "bank" app, they're a fintech app, an overall kind of payment thingy (man I have to work on my describing skills) for general finance use. I'd say it's fine, it's the same logic anyway as having said apps at your reach when you want to buy something online. I know quite a few people who are addicted to that kind of thing. It's just a matter of controlling your finance imo.

Most of the finance I know are offering loans services but as a betting, I guess this possibly include their entertainment. Right at the end it's all about users if will adopt it or not.
1392  Economy / Reputation / Re: Someone Loan using My Account on: September 07, 2023, 08:51:42 PM
Update:
I received partial repayment on 11th August and earlier. On 18th August I checked my balance for personal reasons and came to know I had not received anything on that week. Then I tried to check the payment of the signature campaign and came to know the payment had already been made. I have tried again and again and later came to understand the wallet has been changed. I have searched on the forum and came to know that the wallet is of OP which has been used to replace my wallet which was announced by the OP. But at the time of replacement, there is no announcement. When I contacted the OP, the OP said:
Quote
Good day Shashan,
I don't have a job yet now and to sustain my daily needs to live I change back to mine again and send my payment to your wallet for this coming end of the month I hope you u understand.

Thank you.
If OP really needs a few dollars then OP could tell me at least inform about the replacement. And as here is an open thread Op should update on this thread too. But OP did not do that.
Today I checked my balance and no balance was added to my wallet.

Conclusion:
I think OP is trying to delay the payment and the loan that has been received by someone else is nothing but gossip which has been made to get sympathy for what can take a long time to repay the loan.

Note: I will create a scam accusation if I do not get positive response from the OP.

Good day Shashan,

I know doesn't having a job makes me suffer with this debt, I just changed my wallet address in signature campaign for a while to cater to my expenses, and based on our conversation I will send the payment this coming week. As you can see I keep updating you once I send the funds
1393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I go with Bitcoin or Altcoins for the upcoming bull run cycle? on: September 07, 2023, 01:55:53 PM
After bitcoin is now the centralized coin so are you willing to risk or not? Bitcoin we can say is one of the safe havens, and altcoins are not. The main difference is the possible profit and risk. In bitcoin even though huge investment you have but the market does not move a huge wave just a small profit you gain every day unlike the altcoins getting the ride with the bitcoin when the bitcoin moves there's a large percentage of increase in their part. Another thing is people want to risk in altcoins because of this possible large earning profit also we can include the shitcoins they are willing to risk everything just to get instant profit.
1394  Economy / Economics / Re: Any business where today you launch, tomorrow you begin making profit...? on: September 07, 2023, 01:21:32 PM
In that thing is you include the timeline?  For example you stand a small business today with the Lemonade and you are now expecting an earning today or tomorrow. If that so there's no concrete plan for your business it will end up losing your investment. Better to identify the community needs for a long-term business because if just temporary after a few months you need to find another good business. Making a plan, analysis and strategy is a must. Else you have a budget why not have a franchise the ideal one.
1395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto or Real estate on: September 07, 2023, 11:40:38 AM
Both investment is ideal but we are now dealing with price volatility, in terms of  bitcoin the price change every time and people riding with its demand so there's a lot of trader, if we are talking about real state those lands takes time becomes too much expensive and also it depends on the location if the location has an easy access to the community like hospital, top tier places, market and etc. there's a chance your bought house will now becomes higher the price but if not also you'll get hard to sell that. For me ideal to make a business first like this real estate if this becomes successful you can now make an investment and ride with the market price of the crypto.
1396  Economy / Economics / Re: Having a problem a Personal Finance? on: September 06, 2023, 11:38:36 PM
I've been experiencing the same issue of having a good cashflow and then there's an emergency that happens afterward that causes most of my funds to go into it and doesn't have a savings Again this situation always happens. To break the cycle I the increased the number of savings and watched videos what are the mistakes I've made in my decision so I can easily manage what are things need to avoid and do to make sure I can easily manage my money.

It's good too if you have a good network of business minded and successful man so you can learn from their experience. Currently, I'm attending a seminar on how lifestyle inflation matters.
1397  Economy / Economics / Re: How to avoid over expenses and have discipline on: September 06, 2023, 10:43:52 PM
The ideal is when you receive money better to break it down immediately how much will be your needs like rent, food, clothes, etc. just the basic needs to survive including the expenses with the bills Next is the remaining money can be used now to your wants and savings, better if the savings is more higher than the wants, it's all about the future it's also for the current state of emergency you can have a budget and not asking for other people just to borrow some money.
1398  Economy / Economics / Re: How to developed your capital on: September 06, 2023, 01:29:34 PM
One of the major problems with people who have money already is lifestyle inflation, once you earn a lot you will now spend a lot instead of keeping stick with your old way of getting savings you are now spending more and does not left again for savings. People doing a percentage of their money. They already computed the things they need to pay for a monthly basis and now they will make sure the 50/30/20 percentage, 50 percent for your needs, 30 percent for your wants and 20 percent for the savings, base on my experience I do the 35 percent for the savings and less for the wants because I'm not into a materialistic person, keeping for savings is the best. But this all depends on the current situation you have not all people facing the same thing.
1399  Economy / Economics / Re: Is space mining creating market differences and on-earth-inflation? on: September 06, 2023, 12:49:20 PM
Your idea is really out of this world, and this space mining costs more than you imagine, also they must need to study if the number of supply with this is enough to the number of money they will spend if its not worthy tho no need to support this project that's all but if it is this will become a huge project that many people will recognize and the possibility of getting taxes is zero sure the government or the project who manage itself will secure this treasure created for different offers and services to the community. But at the end its quite far from reality.
1400  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you risking investment in other things? on: September 06, 2023, 11:15:49 AM
There is a halving coming next year to which many people who know and have bitcoins have set a target of the amount they hope to have in their holding by the time the bull run begins. I like to know if with this knowledge of bitcoin halving coming, if anyone is investing in anything other than bitcoins. I do not mean alt-coin but things like Real Estate, stocks, bonds etc. I know that Real Estate is good to invest in, but asides real estate, what else are you risking the money you should to invest more in bitcoins on?

Bullrun is not as always comes like before, and we now experiencing a bear market the price of the bitcoin is just kept sleeping or going down with sideways movement, so instead find a better source of income that gives a good income besides crypto risking with the business, real estate and etc. that could give a good money return is like preparing again for the next halving. Base on my experience I'm now planning my business even though its just a small still can manage to make a profit and money circulation but first better to pay all your debts and settle it out so you don't need to carry out more problem.
