From what I've seen, the HDD is most likely the bottleneck. If you can use an SSD, that should give a large improvement. If you have one that's not big enough, it already helps a lot if you put only the "chainstate" directory on it. You could also complete the download on a normal PC, then transfer the data directory to the Raspberry Pi when it's done.

Sorry bitcointalk.org, I strongly object to limitations being placed on ones free speech or in ones ability to freely start a dialogue with others. No 'bulk' PM's were sent, only individual personal and private messages, including unique keys. Indefinite days
Bulk PMs aren't the only thing that's not allowed: 29. Sending unsolicited PMs, including but not limited to advertising and flood, is not allowed. There are thousands of shitcoins, now imagine others would send PMs to users with "personal" codes and worthless giveaways too. The rules are there to prevent that. What? Is he mass PM'ing those free GapCoins? I thought I was special ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) I knew I wasn't special when I checked the value of the free coins: $0.0notmuch. I was surprised though, to see a veteran user break forum rules like that. I think you got special treatment alreasy as an old user, because the PM was months ago. So maybe reports have been piling up, until a Mod thought it's enough.

I get that, what I mean is, you enter the username >> site will fetch recent quotes to particular user and show it as a list (and not as notifications, or have both) — this will still remove the manual labor. I can add this to Viewing unedited posts and deleted posts if there are more people who want to see it. It'll be one big and forever growing page that shows all posts that mention or quote your username. The easiest implementation would include deeper quotes too (that makes searching the post for a certain phrase very easy). If I do this, all you need to do is manually check that page, or set up something like Check4Change to do it for you.

trust.txt.xz only includes relationships where both the truster and trustee have non-zero post counts. Thanks, that explains it.

What happened here? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) I checked to see if I removed him by accident, and I definitely have not. Is it because he just got nuked? This is the reason: trust.txt.xz only includes relationships where both the truster and trustee have non-zero post counts.

but how "baked in" to the protocol is locktime? ie it will forever be compatible with whatever official client is in use in 15 or 20 years time? a tx created with locktime today will always work in the future? In 20 years a lot can happen, so this could indeed be a risk. Or, maybe even more likely: a potential protocol change could invalidate the transaction too, for instance if quantum computing becomes a threat to the current encryption. Unfortunately, we can't know for sure, so don't put your life savings at risk ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) And there's this: Risks You may miss out on possible Forkcoins that use proper replay protection.

Sounds like a cheap rip-off of HoweyCoins! Where's the guaranteed profit and official government endorsement?

perhaps "New" being in Green or some other positive color? That would make excluding someone a positive green act too? It's going to be confusing if including is green and excluding is red, unless it's removing, then removing an inclusion gets red while removing an exclusion gets green? Lol ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) I'll think about it this week. Changing a color isn't that much work.

to see if anyone that was banned got into the DT1 round of that particular month). Banned users can't get into DT1, but they can help still vote other members into DT1 (assuming they have enough Merit). ~I'm used to red being a new addition or removal but nope, just Maicol still being banned. That's been bugging me for a while indeed. I think I first added red NEW/Removed notifications, and later on added red Banned statuses. It's all red, and that's the problem ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) I can just change one of them into another color. Choose a color, and I'll change it next week ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Is it possible to remove the banned accounts from showing up after a while? I don't really want to do that, as it feels like censoring data. The banned users' Trust lists still exist, and as long as they don't get wiped, they can still use their DT1-voting-power. I think banned users can still add or remove users from their Trust list, but I'm not sure. I have a few that trust me and it looks strange when it just says "Banned" in bold red (I assume these are perma-bans anyways). Modlog only shows permabans indeed. A few users have been unbanned, and if they make a post, I take them off my banned list. There are also users who exclude many banned users. Example: I try to provide as much information as I can, including the account status.

Update: It's done uploading, so enjoy! The top-navigation-bar will be updated tomorrow.
I've excluded him too as a test: We'll see next week. It's still a mystery, see theymos: what's the policy on Nuked accounts and Trust lists?
(Also, in an apparently unrelated bug, it seems removed entries are absent from BBcode pages, forcing me to mark up this post myself.) Fixed: I'll remove the redundant " >" starting next week.

- Split repayments not accepted.
This may be needed in some cases, considering how difficult it is sometimes to send a transaction through LN. - I *will* open a scam accusation if you don't repay test-net bitcoins that I have loaned you.
I think this is a bit harsh and you might scare off potential users. Testnet faucets already pay more, but that's on-chain, and Testnet coins are never supposed to have any value.
