Türkiye and Armenia will play in Group D, I'm looking forward to this match. It will be an interesting match due to the political situation between the two countries. We will see how much pressure the atmosphere of the match in Erivan will create on the players.
Enes Ünal is in great form in Spain. He can score today, too. There are no big players in Armenia. Under normal circumstances, Türkiye should win very easily, but I looked at the possible starting 11, it didn't seem like very good choices to me.
Türkiye's main rivals in this group are Croatia and Wales. Therefore, they must pass the Armenia matches without any loss and get 6 points.
I didn't get used to the new name of Turkey and I see many sites still use the old name too Roll Eyes
In Group D, Croatia should be able to get easily the first spot and qualify. Wales is the other team that could be a problem for Turkiye. Latvia and Armenia have no chance here in my opinion.
The game will start soon and I expect Turkiye victory.

PSG are seeing Rafael Leao move as an alternative to Messi. You know that there is a possibility that Messi could decide to leave the team. He isn't intending to extend his contract soon as it seems. Most probably we would see him being free agent and thinking about his future for some time. He would wait an offer by Barcelona to make a return as well.

Leao would be a really strong move for PSG honestly. He doesn't have the same playing style with Messi of course. But still Leao would keep the team very strong considering his performance so far.

I hear a rumour that Messi would extend his contact with PSG,but i dont think the fans are satisfied with him with how much he is paid. So there is a big possibilty that Messi would leave PSG but the questions is where would he go. Leao would be a good addition to the team but still more players are needed
Messi will not extend his contract with PSG unless he fails to find a better team to play with it or Saudis refused to pay a big salary more than CR7 one.
Another reason is the legal issues of Barcelona currently, they risk to get a ban from UEFA competitions next season if the team found guilty. Additionally, a potential fine might leave Barcelona budget short and they will not be able to sign new players.

There is a PSG - Lyon game next time and I'm expecting to see PSG winning the game. Their previous game against each other already ended up with a win for PSG. It was a close win but this time PSG should be even more dominant. In Parc des Princes I just expect a win from them comfortably. They just can't risk their league title from now on as it is the only thing they have left.

They were caring about the Champions League the most but they are out of it already. At least they should go for the league title and secure it.
On paper PSG is always the best and the favorite team to win. Unfortunately for them and their fans, that wasn't the case in some matches and PSG ended up losing vs weaker teams. Lyon used to be a good team in the past which wasn't the case for the moment. They receive frequently a goal and they are playing away. These reasons did support a PSG victory.

What a big win for france today i didn't expect them to win easily since netherland are a tough team but it seems that they are already over their world cup loss, mbappe was the man of the match by scoring twice and giving an assist, his National team performance is not the same as his club performance its like a totally different player.
Mbappe is now the 4th best goalscorer in France national team, passing Benzema. Since Mbappe is still young, he can break all records tho.
The defeat of Netherlands was expected but 4 goals to 0 was quite surprising. The other unexpected result for me was the defeat of Poland against Czech Republic by 3 goals. Otherwise Belgium did pretty well vs Sweden by scoring 3 goals to 0.
1765  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 24, 2023, 06:52:35 PM
Well there is about 7 points difference between Juventus and UCL spot if I am not wrong, right? Well in that case we still have 11 games to go as well? Thats 33 points available and Juventus just needs to do 7 points better than people above them, and they will be in the UCL next  season even without winning the Europa nad that looks like a big possibility. I am not saying that they won't win the Europa cup, they may do that too, but they could totally be in top four and working towards that could be a great morale boost, think about it this way, they will feel "imagine if we had 15 more points" and be even happier!
Juve have more chances to play Champions League next season by getting one of the three spot left rather than winning Europa League. I said three spot since Napoli already picked one. For europa League there is ManU that is a hard opponent and a contender for the title there.

Italy's second half performance was pretty good but their awful first half performance cost them this loss. I like how strong England play at an away game. Southgate has prepared the team well.
I think England will finish this group first and Italy will be in second place, so both should have no worries. I don't see Macedonia or Ukraine to qualify. Malta will be the last team here.
The tournament became 24-teams instead of 16 so it's easier to qualify. We probably see all big teams in the tournament.
Italy is worrying.. I expected more from them and honestly not qualifying in this group will be a shameful ending.
England was better and they won 2-1 although playing with 10 players in the last 15 minutes of the game but Italy failed to profit from that.
Overall today's games ended with the favorite teams winning their games except Slovakia getting a draw vs Luxembourg.
Tomorrow there is interesting matches between Sweden - Belgium and France - Netherlands.

In case of Ronaldo, I am 99% sure that he won't be playing in 2026, as for all practical purposes he has moved to Saudi Arabia and distanced himself from the Portuguese national team.
Surely Ronaldo cannot play in the 2026 world cup, but he would play in the 2024 Euro tournament. Ronaldo has not distanced himself from the Portuguese national team, he was called up by their new manager Roberto Martinez, and he also started in their Euro qualifiers game tonight against Liechtenstein, and he has scored 2 goals in this game, and the match is yet to end, so i feel Ronaldo would be fit for the Euro tournament next year, and after that i expect him to retire, he can't play in 2026 world cup.
It depends from his performance and how far his national team could go in 2024 EURO tournament. The fact that he is playing in a lower league and getting far from European competitions will have an impact for sure in my opinion but CR7 is the kind of fighters that will stay whenever he feels there is a chance and who will quit whenever he feels things aren't going well.

I see a lot of talks about stadiums. Qatar didn't have any and they built wonderful ones. USA have already many and it should not be a big deal to improve them.
1768  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers on: March 23, 2023, 07:52:21 PM
This match will be the main focus a big match that is not easy to predict and the market gives equal chances to both teams
England are slightly favored for playing the main squad but Italy is not to be underestimated they can do something unexpected
My prediction is that the two teams will play a draw maybe the final score is 1-1
Italy didn't play serious games internationally for quite long time unfortunately and I think they will try their best to prove themselves even though England is quite hard to beat.
Their group C isn't that bad since both teams are favourite comparing to Malta and North Macedonia. Ukraine might be challenging a bit but I assume it will not be a big problem for them.

Chelsea drama this season continue from a failure to another and here is another regrettable signing that seems to come to an end soon.
Aubameyang went to Camp Nou to watch Barcelona vs Real Madrid then went to Barcelona dressing room after the match to celebrate with them their victory.
Chelsea management are furious about this irresponsible move from a professional player and are considering ending prematurely his contract..
1770  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: March 22, 2023, 10:36:41 PM
Real Madrid are a really impressive team to tell the truth. I mean yeah maybe their chance of becoming the La Liga champions this season is very low. But I mean a different thing. They don't have a poor season that easy even if they make manager changes. Zidane had an amazing run for a couple of years with them. And now we are watching Ancelotti doing a great work in the same way. They won the La Liga and Champions League titles both in the previous season for example.

They have a chance ahead to win the Champions League title two times in a row as well. For example Barcelona aren't like this. They had a horrible period with Koeman but now they are much better with Xavi compared to that time.
Barcelona are doing quite well under the current management in domestic games, mainly La Liga. In European competitions it is totally the opposite.
Real Madrid did pretty well in Champions League and in La Liga even though they missed many points since they suffered injuries.
No one will deny the management quality of both Xavi and Ancelotti, they are doing great, one in La Liga and the other in Champions League, so far of course.
1771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: March 22, 2023, 10:29:43 PM
I don't think Bayern Munich would be very unhappy if they lose the Bundesliga title to Dortmund this season. It isn't their priority right now.

Their priority is obviously the Champions League title. Because it is a much more prestigious title above all else. Besides Bayern Munich have been dominating the Bundesliga for ten seasons in a row. I don't think they would be affected very badly by not winning this time. However the der Klassiker in Allianz Arena is still in favour of Bayern Munich on paper. Bayern Munich have been very superior to Dortmund in the head-to-head matches so far already. I know how they lost to Leverkusen but I still see them one step ahead of Dortmund home.
Bayern Munich are trying to pick the Champions League title obviously as they frequently fail to grab it lately although they are one of the favorite teams each season if not the best in papers. Meanwhile, I doubt Bayern will let Bundesliga title fly away to their rival Dortmund. Bayern might sacrifice a game / a battle but not the title / the war. They will keep pushing in every side until they grab one of the available titles. That's the spirit of Bayern that I am aware of.

Unfortunately, Manchester City's strength is superior to Liverpool's, and victory might be easy for Manchester City considering they have Erling Haaland as their best striker. If Liverpool manages to strengthen their defense and the end result is that the difference in points will be very close, I'm sure Liverpool will try their best to survive.
Manchester City isn't Manchester United to take 7 goals from Liverpool. City is more powerful and tactically better than Liverpool, their odds is way better than red devils.
Liverpool defence isn't that top and playing a defensive game means they will definitely lose. Liverpool has to attack and score at least 2 goals to be able to stop City.

Mesut Ozil's decision to quit the biggest sporting game of football today came with enormous emotional feeling among football fans all over the world. Ozil was a very sensational midfielder and one the best midfielders in the world at his prime. Football waved goodbye to one of her  finest players today.

Mesut was just too at his days in Real Madrid that Cristiano Ronaldo had to get upset when he left them for Arsenal. His Solo goal against Ludogorets in a UEFA Champions League match in 2016/17 season still remains as one of the best goals in Champions League history
At 34 years, some players could still be essential for their teams while most players will drop in performance.
Ozil was indeed one of the remarkable players at his time then dropped in performance along with some misunderstanding, political issues and so on.
He was kind of neglected by his national team and by gunners and when he moved to Turkish league he know that this might be the end of his career. I think he might get a chance in Saudi Arabia league or Qatar ones but he took his decision apparently.
1774  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: March 21, 2023, 09:59:09 PM
The lack of consistency from some teams is frightening. Take Freiburg and Leipzig for example. Both failed to win their last games, although both had opponents they should have been beaten. They are lucky that the pursuers are not playing very well either and are not really a threat to them. That has been the case for a few weeks now. If they will not win the next games it will be hard to keep place 6 at least.
Leipzig started the season poorly just like Leverkusen and seeing both of them in the 5th and 8th position respectively isn't that bad. For Freiburg, they started quite well then dropped.
Freiburg remaining games aren't that easy especially when having Bayern, Union, Leipzig and even Frankfurt and Koln. They might drop further.
For Leipzig, the situation is slightly better and might get a Champions League spot at the end of the season.

Conte is close to being sacked during this break.

Small rumors around a possibility to join Ac Milan next year.
Well raging after the unfortunate draw vs a team sitting in the relegation zone, calling his players selfish then criticising the owner of the club will guarantee one thing: good bye.
20 years having the same owner and nothing. That's cold from Conte and Spurs cannot tolerate that tho Roll Eyes

PSG are very often losing in the latter stages of the Champions League, despite their strong squad and predictions that they could become champions... But I think the coaching is not bad, because in Ligue 1 they are in first place in the standings and have a gap of 7 points from Marseille, their closest rival...
When you take a look on the budget spent in Ligue 1, you will see why PSG is almost in the first place the whole time and why the other teams are way behind.
The level of Ligue 1 without PSG is like any normal European league, nothing special. Lille, Lyon, Marseille and sometimes Rennes and Nice pop up and do something interesting in European competitions but cannot go too far.
I want to say that being in the first place for PSG and getting 7 points gap isn't really an achievement and cannot judge how good is the tactic used there. Facing European teams like Bayern, City, Real Madrid can give a global view about the team and players and until now, nothing special for PSG.
1777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 21, 2023, 09:35:09 PM
The game between Manchester City and Arsenal will be played on the 26th of April, one of the league deciding games of the season and I am sure both teams are aware of the importance of every game and every point at this stage of the season. I am expecting a very competitive and tough game when both teams go head to head again in the second leg, certainly Arsenal will not want to lose to Manchester City for the second time.
It is hard to speculate a game that will start after one month but If the game will be played in the next week, I would definitely support City since they are doing better these days comparing to gunners. Nonetheless, Arsenal shouldn't be underestimated since they are annoying City and the other top teams very much. This season Arsenal took the place of Liverpool and Chelsea altogether and the other two were thrown behind. Arteta touch couldn't be missed at all in the team. This is one of their best seasons since many years.
1778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: March 20, 2023, 11:15:42 PM
It is very difficult to see Elche still in La Liga next season, because they are now at the bottom of the standings with only 13 points and have 11 points difference from the safety zone. It will take a lot of luck if they want to get out of the red zone so they can survive relegation. But with what they have shown this season I don't even have the slightest faith in them to do a miracle at the end of this season. For Valencia and Almeria, they still have a very big chance to survive relegation, because they have tight points with a safe position in the standings.
Elche is known to leave La Liga by the end of the season and this from the beginning. Their results are chaotic. They barely score a goal in a match and receive 2.
They only won vs Mallorca and Villarreal starting from February, otherwise they were with 0 victory before that.
For the other 2 position in the relegation zone, they will remain fluctuating from round to round since the points gap are quite tiny.
1779  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 20, 2023, 11:08:38 PM
It is very lovely to follow the rivalry for top four in the league now. With Lazio's getting a win over Roma they are the new owner of the second position now. Inter are just the victim of their bad form recently. This was their second loss in a row. Milan also could have benefited from this situation and gone up to the third position as well. But they have been even worse than Inter these days.

Roma are another team in similar situation actually. Only Napoli and Lazio are doing well in the upper positions. Napoli have already finished the season though but this is very important for Lazio on one hand.
If we can resume Serie A in these sentences:
- Napoli: I want to get the scudetto home this season!
- Everyone: sure, go on please, take it.
- Napoli: who will join me in Champions League boys?
- Everyone while pointing their fingers to the others: after you, no after you Roll Eyes

Lazio isn't better than the others but teams like Inter and Milan are failing badly..
This season, we have Napoli, Juve, Inter then Lazio as the best teams in this order regardless of their actual ranking.
1780  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: March 20, 2023, 10:58:14 PM
I didn't think, PSG lost even 0-2 at home. Indeed, Rennes are not a bad team, they have good quality. PSG itself may not be able to forget the defeat to Munich. PSG had many chances but they failed to score. Even Messi didn't move, he wasn't involved in the process of creating chances. I don't know how their future achievements will be. But business-wise I think PSG have made a profit.
When Qatari put their weight on PSG, they wanted to make it the best, get profits from it and definitely get some European titles to stay in their history and the history of the team.
So far the first two objectives were achieved but the third one was very hard. PSG always fail to lift the trophy even though the top players they had in the past and even now.
I don't know if next season will be any better since I doubt Messi will stay and questions are raising about Mbappe.
