1781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency will survive on: October 03, 2019, 04:18:01 PM
Bitcoin already exist in 10 years, I believe it will survive along with the other altcoins. Crypto does not exist because of hype anymore, it's more on adoption. If big companies started to adopt blockchain, then the chances of surviving is high compare to dying.
those people who understand the technology they understand that this technology has already entered in our lives and it will simply continue to develop
I agree but if there are new technology has been burn which is better than crypto currency this crypto can be also forgaten. Thats why crypto currency should continue to develop new things. Or else the one we want to be in the future will not gonna happen but replace it with other technology.
1782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hack any wallet? on: October 03, 2019, 02:40:03 PM
That's not possible until now I still have not been able to successfully trace 12 words in a wallet containing millions, people would think it is difficult and has not been solved by anyone so it will not be possible.
OP should try this at least one day. So he will know how defficult it is to find a wallet that have balance  Grin.
You are able to open many wallet but the problem is if the wallet has a balance. The chances to luckly have one is very little.
1783  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Trading, ICO, Lending, Bounty. Which one should I do ? on: October 03, 2019, 01:51:07 PM
I can’t understand. Here are people who still earn money for the bounty? I thought this time has passed
There still few camp that pay but that not big like what payment 2 years ago.

If  you start earning in the bounty you need to work for free at least half a year, atoms  a year. In ICO you can win or you can lose everything, you decide.
Only few project takes a year to finish mostly it takes only 3 months.
Nothing to lose if you are only bounty participants only effort will be wasted if you choose wrong campaign.

1785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alts you won't invest in on: October 03, 2019, 09:32:24 AM
I would never invest in centralised coins like Ripple, because I think such coins are killing the idea of blockchain and crypto currencies in general. Stable coins like Tether are centralised as well, so I would stay aways from such "cryptocurrencies".
XRP is really good if you just want much faster transactions you can use it instead of BTC and the transaction fee is much lower if you compare. stable coins such as tether is also a big help in the market you dont need to convert it directky to fiat if you already have tether.
XRP is good in terms of transactions but I don’t really think that this will be top priority of crypto investors. If people are of the opinion that bitcoin charges are high then I think its profits are too high. If we make comparison on the basis of financial benefits, Bitcoin is a way ahead of all altcoins. As far as the stability goes, an investor’s profits highly rely on the volatility of his digital assets.
If you are looking for fast transaction and lower tx fee  XRP is the best option .you dont  need to make it as priority coin just use it as alternative to BTC  for fast transactions and if you use coinbase wallet you can easily convert it back to btc again in just a second.
1786  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alts you won't invest in on: October 03, 2019, 06:17:25 AM
Investing on alt coins is simply waste of time like if you want to hold the funds for long term investment. For short term for investment you can always choose the trading as your field and then you can go with it.
If there is any clumssy behavior in altcoin you can skip such altcoins and goes to other cryptos.
I wouldn't invest in the coins that were released this year because almost all of them are scamming people left and right.
I think there still good altcoin that launch this year. The only altcoin that i dont want this year is the one who has crowd funding . Starting a bussiness with the need of investors fund is not really a good option for investors, mostly because you dont know how good or bad developers can handle a bussiness. They are always giving an idea but dont know how they will really starting it which is i think is not good start.
1787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto at Risk Due to Malware on: October 02, 2019, 06:11:50 PM
There is no reason to panic, just be careful when transferring funds. This is an old type of fraud, if you know how it works, then there is nothing to worry about.
Yes only new in crypto can be victimised by this old tactics . Just guys dont forget to protect your fund and move your balance to wallet that you a private key or trazor wallet.

Dont download anything that can be seen in internet review it first before downloading.

And also becareful of instaling wallet from free  airdrop here  sometimes they have malware .
Wait for others to try before downloading.
1788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is USDT Tether safe? on: October 02, 2019, 02:03:34 PM
Who guarantee it's safe? Everything can happen in crypto also. good luck with your choice!
Cryptocurrency always unpredictable platform but if you are not a risk taker so that place is not for you. Tether (USDT) is the highest trading volume according to coinmarketcap. Make sense how much people using it. I think it’s very safe because a big number of people using it. USDT printed version released a lot of times. So, don’t panic regarding this issue. You can imagine this one now top 4 coin in CMC and marketcap over 4 billion USD.
Its safe in term volatility. Tether is only use  to easily convert your bitcoin to $ before widrawing it to fiat. You will not be affraid about price since the price is stable in 1$ each USDT.

Not new to see tether to be in the top and one of the token with highest volume trading since there are many people using it in trading.
1789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Harmony. +800% after IEO on: October 02, 2019, 12:34:28 PM
Sadly, after all those hype, pump and dump scheme on Binance platform, after they had milked Harmony, they are now delisting this token in their platform.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/binance-delists-trading-pairs-some-include-tokens-from-its-launchpad

Quote
Major cryptocurrency exchange Binance announced on Sept. 30 that it is removing a batch of thirty trading pairs from its listings.

Curiously, six of those trading pairs involve tokens launched on Binance Launchpad Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) platform, namely BitTorrent (BTT), Elrond (ERD), Harmony (ONE) and WINk (WIN).

It is now clear that harmony had been a subject of pump and dump and manipulation of Binance (the reason why it rose to 800%)  I feel sorry to those who are caught on this pump and dump scheme and now bagholding a huge amount of Harmony token.
No doubt it is manipulated .  but dnt know if  this one is from binance or the owner project it self.  while others enjoying profit other may be a victim if the price crash .
Why people prefer to call it manipulation rather than saying the advantages of the Binance Launchpad over the similar IEO platforms in small exchanges? Other projects also didn't fail in the Binance Launcpad but you see the problem in this project. Whoever had bought huge amounts in the token sale has the right to join the pump-dump party as an early investor.  BitTorrent IEO also made a lot of money for the IEO participants as far as I remember.
And this bittorent is one of  the token that will be delisted for binance by this week
Source https://www.google.com.ph/amp/s/cointelegraph.com/news/binance-delists-trading-pairs-some-include-tokens-from-its-launchpad/amp .
After making a lot of money next thing is delisting.

1790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are airdrops safe? on: October 02, 2019, 09:27:39 AM
Most of the airdrops are safe, People become prey when they have lack of information. All you need is to do some research work to avoid scams. It will be good to visit trusted sites to check which airdrop campaigns are legit and which is not.
Even a long running airdrop website will never know if the airdrop is legit or might be scam a

Airdrop is safe as long they will never ask your private key.
I seen many fake airdrops sometimes they  send it to me  by an email and sometimes you can see it in social media and they are asking for privatekey.
1791  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Looking for poker players on: October 02, 2019, 07:44:49 AM
Hi! I searched in the internet about the crypto poker, and found that there is already exist the Coin Poker - https://coinpoker.com/
They are operating since the beginning of 2018, and also made the ICO to collect funds. They also created their ETH based crypto currency (CHP), which is used as a playing currency.

What are your advantages? Will your project be a competitor for CoinPoker?

PS. Interesting fact about Coin Poker - they collected at ICO something like 50 million dollars and sold their CHP during pre-ICO and during ICO. But nowadays the total capitalization of their chips (CHP) is only 1 million dollars ) But of course I can be wrong as did not examine this matter in details.
It's another shit-ICO, one of those coins that raises millions at the start, and then is never able to push their coin back to the ICO price. From 50mil to 1mil, investors would have lost so, so much money in that project.

I actually like OP's idea of this sort of casino, and I reckon he'll find success as long as he's able to get funding... My advice is to not ICO, that usually never works well for your community.
as long as the owner has a fund to use for marketing I dont think they need to make an ICO. Gambling site that start an ICO is not really priftablr to investors.

And for the OP are you looking  for players to early try your newly launch poker gambling site if it is let me try.
1792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: OkEx Korea removes all privacy coins on: October 02, 2019, 04:39:33 AM
They want to pass laws but they are criminals themselves? The asked my KYC for so-called "suspicious activity" they just locked my account and demanded my KYC like a bunch of thugs.
KYC does not protect anyone I lost money because it was badly implemented. People who should not be asking for it are and it is ridiculous. The USA must keep their crappy laws to themselves. Not all of us live in the USA and have an insane government. I would be afraid to live in the USA, to be honest. I would be afraid the police break into my house and force themselves in and arrest me for using crypto or basically doing what they don't like.

When the criminals start using KYC then it has failed. It reminds me of drug laws.
You should not use exchange that follow US laws if you dont want to follow what are requiring  you to do.
There are exchange that dont required KYC  with a minimum widrawal limit.
I am also affraid of the KYC thing but its depends on what exchange it is.
1793  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What do you think of Decentralized Finance ? on: October 02, 2019, 03:22:44 AM

1796  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Suspension of Latoken account. on: October 01, 2019, 04:21:51 PM
There must be something underground that you are doing which makes the bot flag you out. Most common of this is when you are engaging in wash trading. You need to send email or contact any admin in their telegram group. They do respond to their email address and that is what any Admin you contacted will ask you to do. Ensure you use the same email address you used for registration on the platform
wash trading means they use exchange something like a mixer so the funds might came from gambling site or illegal activity thats what you want to point out?
And for users you are the only who can fix this problem you should make report and give complete details why your account should not be flagged.

Coinexchange.io is Closing Down
01/10/2019
It is with great regret that we must inform the community that the board of directors of CoinExchange.io has decided to close down the exchange.

This is purely a business decision and there has not been a security breach or any other type of incident. Unfortunately it is no longer economically viable for us to continue offering market services. The costs of providing the required level of security and support now outweigh our earnings.

Trading and deposits will be suspended on the 15th of October 2019. Please cease any deposit and trade activity as soon as possible.

The website and withdrawals will remain operational until the 1st of December 2019. We ask that you please remove all funds by this date.

It has been a fantastic journey and we have enjoyed playing a part in the crypto currency space. We thank everyone that has traded or listed a currency with us.

So sadly it is goodbye for now however we may return in the future if market conditions change.

1800  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: time to change BTC to ETH? on: October 01, 2019, 09:56:05 AM
ETH is now in an extremely low position. How good is the idea to buy it now?

I think the Ethereum price is very cheap compared to bitcoin. Ethereum price is less volatile, less riskier for investors compared to bitcoin. Ethereum is the second largest cryptocurrency after bitcoin which makes it a very good investment option too.
Less volatile  seriuosly? From  almost $1500 ATH now is only 170$  look at the difference. BTC is almost 20k$ in ATH  and the price right now is 8k$.  around 60% lost unlike ETH that morethan 500% lost from ATH and you are telling me less volatile.
