The list from GLBSE will be the only thing I recognize. If anyone is omitted, it will be assumed that they didn't return a double payment, and as such have forfeited their claim.

I'm only going to process 1 list. The community can decide when the list is processed. I'd highly recommend returning any double payment you received from GLBSE, if you haven't already.

You received any shareholder info from him yet Og?
No. I'm hoping I don't receive a partial list either. If I do, we may have to vote on whether to proceed or wait for the final list.

I have still not received a list from GLBSE.
|
|
|
Does that sound satisfactory to you OgNasty?
No. It would put me in the position of having to start judging the authenticity of screenshots and .csv files.

OgNasty, is the OP of this thread dynamically-updated, or does it only update when you manually change it? It'd be neat to have a dedicated page to constantly-updated Nasty Mining stats.
This thread is manually updated with not much in the way of statistics. GLBSE going down caused some changes to be made in how we calculate stats, since the bitcoin addresses we were tracking belonged to GLBSE. However, this operation is very much alive and I expect some positive developments in the near future.

Has nefario at any point mentioned what the hold up on releasing the list is due to? I'm assuming it's the claw-backs. Here's hoping we get back something soon on this.
I've received nothing official from Nefario up to this point. I've tried contacting him, but with no response. The claw-backs were the publicly given reason for the delay, but I will admit I am beginning to get nervous.

I just received my Raspberry Pi 512MB Revision 2 Board and it is still in the sealed box. Anyone interested?

I would prefer to go through the PMs myself and make public any info that would be useful in locating pirateat40, but there are thousands of PMs and I don't have time. BCB volunteered to look through them for me.
I don't like the idea of these PMs being released to a random community member. Perhaps you could put up an address to pay for your time and the community could donate so that you can look through them yourself instead of a 3rd party? - They might use the info to prosecute innocent people for violating stupid securities laws.
This.

Happy birthday ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) I'll send some coins in a bit ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Hope you go out and have a nice cold (or not cold) beer ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Thanks! I'll finish the night with some cold brews. Thinking tequila is how I'll be starting things off in another 2 hours or so.

I've got one of the new ones with the additional memory. I might be willing to part with it for a premium.

Just plug it in and run cgminer. If it starts throttling, then worry about changing the bitstream. Most of the time when I tried autotuning, it installed a bitstream that was too fast and ended up throttling, leading me to manually lower the bitstream back to normal anyway.

I'm probably one of the few here that would not fear getting in the ring with Roger Ver, going mano y mano. Would make a fine betting event come next spring, giving Roger some time to get in shape.

Have you been working on a plan B? In case nefario doesn't cooperate?
Yes.
|
|

Are there any updates or any communication from nefario's part? Any explanation why this takes so much time?
The latest communication from Nefario is here: http://blog.glbse.com/shutdown-updateI'm currently clawing back overpayments that were made last week.
I've gotten about 1/2 way through the list.
Following this the final bitcoin payouts will be made and I'll begin getting issuers lists of their asset holders (ones who have approved for their contact details to be shared).
