I agree on your statement above but except for this. Why ICO projects are in need of marketing people? They need them because they need marketing for the business, they need them because ICO project should have a real project or a physical project. It's not all about programming. First of all, I don't think gambling sites is considered dark that will make your coins account void, but there were some cases when you transact from gambling site to coins they will conduct an interview with you via skype. Do you have the link for this concern? That KYC thing, in doing it again. I was a member of coins.ph since 2017 and then they asked me to do an enhanced verification. If that's the case, they are just following some sort of protocols from SEC that's why they are in need to make everybody do enhanced verification. You can't blame people for blaming other people because they wasn't paid what has been promised. They did their part and so as devs. But, if the project was a flop then you can't blame those devs, they also hold their judgement and change the jury whenever they want. But these bounty hunters are not contributing to the actual success of the coin. When it has gone to the market, they will race to just dump their coins.
