182  Economy / Economics / Re: stable currency on: September 12, 2017, 05:15:18 AM
and according to news 2 largest dark web market(alphabay & hasana) have been shutdown by feds
& i think that most of the BTC transaction come from dark web......
so closing of those market should decrease the trade volume
and it should affect the price......
so down it mean that exchange rate will decrease again??

I think alphabay, dreammarket, silk road 3.0 and other assorted dark net sites use some type of escrow service which is decoupled from the main blockchain similar to how bitcoin gambling sites have their internal transactions decoupled.

They shouldn't have much more impact on the total number of blockchain transactions taking place than people do when they withdraw or deposit from gambling sites & other crypto based services.

If alphabay is gone there is other deep web markets people can use, which could mean it won't have much of an impact.
Maybe if there currncy that is stable in value maybe it has not enough high value like bitcoin. Even if the bitcoin is not stable the value of it is high. And its the trusted currency than the other. I earn it and i use it to buy stuffs.
183  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: September 07, 2017, 05:44:57 PM
Are you a bitcoin fan?
Do you spend a lot of time on bitcoin? Reading news, trading, or even writing your own analysis.
But how did you first hear about bitcoin?
Is it some articles you read about? Or just from a friend who has traded bitcoin for a long time?

Share your experience with us. Grin

i am not completely sure about the exact first time that i heard about bitcoin , maybe it was in the news or some forum .

but the first time that i officially knew about bitcoin was in the year 2013 when everybody were mining bitcoin with their expensive GPUs and earning like crazy especially because of the great price rise of 2013 Cheesy
but unfortunately i started with bitcoin late, in 2014, and i am using it everyday since then.
I first hear about bitcoim when my two classmates talking about it. Theyre saying many things that i didnt know that time so i ask them what are they talking about. And they told me what bitcoin is. And i experience some difficulties to understand it. So i asked them many questions about bitcoin. So theyre just sharing what they know. As of now. I am joinjng in a signature campaign as my source of income lile them.
184  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin on: September 07, 2017, 04:33:14 PM
Predicting the future is pointless but can be a fun discussion. I don't have any grand opinion - I foresee the usual obstacles: 1) Slow adoptions, 2) Challenged perception issues from the uninformed, 3) Potentially some dilution by competing crypto currencies.

I have stronger opinions on what needs to be done to help Bitcoin. Bitcoin needs to become more familiar with a greater part of the population. Not that the population needs to use it but the population needs to be more aware of it, to the point that it's not a mystery or clouded by misconception. This can be done easiest by mainstream businesses accepting bitcoin for payment, having the "Bitcoin accepted here!" signs next to registers. Adoption by the broad population doesn't need misconceptions to be explained, they just need to see their neighborhood and nationwide stores use it...most people won't even be curious enough to care about the misconceptions at that point. They'll see - Carrefour accepts it? It must be good!
Maybe bitcoin will reaches $5k or maybe it will reaches $10k as the time passes by. Because as you can see as of now. The value of bitcoin is continually rising up. And i wish it will continue. It will benefit the bitcoin users.
185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: September 07, 2017, 03:26:53 PM
my plan is to gather as more bitcoin as I can before it gets to $10 000. This year i guess bitcoin can go up to $1000 and in a few years it will worth a lot more.Im hoping to have a few coins when that happens
It is also my llans for my bitcoins. I will save my bitcoins if there nothing is needed to buy. If there unneccessary things that you dont need to buy. I will save it for my future expenses and spend it in a good way.
186  Economy / Economics / Re: How long could bitcoin last? on: September 05, 2017, 01:21:32 PM
As of right now, the bitcoin price is expected to keep going up in the next 20 years. But can it last that long? I believe it's possible. But can't it crash at a random time? Like the price going down hard.
The market value of Bitcoin can crash at any time depending on what the investors want to happen. It would require a conscious effort from basically everyone invested in Bitcoin to crash the price, meaning everyone stops buying and people keep selling. That's the only way that they would be able to crash the value, and that's nearly impossible outside of variables influencing everyone to sell instead of hold or buy. As for Bitcoin staying alive for such a long period of time, it is possible if the community wants to stay with Bitcoin for that long, and so far it looks like the community is going to keep supporting Bitcoin.
Its unpredictable for me. Because its depending on the investors. Because if theyre still invesring maybe bitcoin will not die because it is being trusted. Also its unpredictable because of the unstableness of the value of bitcoin.
187  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Best way mo para mag earn nang bitcoin on: August 29, 2017, 05:02:56 AM
Dahil kahit medyo matagal. Sulit naman pagdating ng distribution day. Pero depende parin sa stakes na nakukuha ko. Kaya kailangan magpost. Ung required post ng campaign. Pag sunod din sa mga rules ang kailangan.
188  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make more money? on: August 28, 2017, 10:31:17 PM
What are the things to do to succeed in trade? What are you doing to make your business bigger?
How can we make more money?
To be successful in life or in any business be always positive.never think of all the negative that will come to you. Always be happy on what your doing..
How can you make more money?
Well im gonna tell you that money cant give you anything you want, if you want to have more and more get a job and work 24/7.
We can make our own money here. There are many different ways to earn bitcoin and to have bigger profit. There is investing in which you will gave your shares to any campaign or what. There is trading in which you will trade youre tokens into bitcoin. There is joining in a signature campaign in which you will post until you reach what the signature campaign requires.
189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The advantages of bitcoin on: August 28, 2017, 02:03:04 PM
Bitcoin helps to make money, but he does not reduce the number of unemployed. It is not even the currency you need to earn now, but the investment that secured people can afford.
Bitcoin can help anyone to have earnings in an easy way. And it helps them especially in financial aspect. They can buy things that they need. And also they can buy things that they want. Like gadgets or any tech. It also help other people who have enough job to earn money. Or simply unemployed persons.
190  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: August 28, 2017, 01:04:40 PM
Well if you have a job, make sure to invest some of the money, you get by it, at the end of the month in Bitcoin - like 5%-10% or something. I think this will be the most secure way, since you wont notice the money you are investing and you will always have some Bitcoin. Then just keep the Bitcoin and don't touch it - by a couple of years your investment may turn into "gold" Cheesy The other thing that comes to my mind is to invest in some Proof of Stake alt coin that is promising - like for example Solarcoin, which is growing stronger and stronger everyday, and just let your wallet stake the amount and your coins will grow by a small amount everyday Smiley
My best way of steady income is to join signature campaigns. And keep on posting what the signature campaign requires so that if the checking is done i can have stakes and i can earn money when the distribution is given to us
191  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is instant way to get rich ? on: August 28, 2017, 12:46:34 PM
what do you think about this topic?

I think it is right because we all know that bitcoin nowadays are very popular and many people are using it because they know what is the value of bitcoin and they also heard a lot about it in others and they trying their luck to have a goo income and be a millionaire in the future. And ofcourse they also use it because the knew it has many advantages.
Ofcourse yes. But it depends on the person who handle his account. If the person have eagerness to earn it is possible for him to become rich. But also. Knowledge and hardwork is important to achieve this goal. And for me it also depends on the way of earning of a person. If it is investing or trading.
192  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is this for real? I could be a millionaire? on: August 24, 2017, 12:45:59 PM
yeah lol did you read the pizza story guy? that is everyone dream, to have 10k bitcoin and hold them until now, but i think already everyone dumped at the 2013 ATH, it's very hard and very tempting to sell at those price when you have so many bitcoins, and it's easy now to say that if i would have hold i would have been rich, try to say this when the value is shit lol
Yes ofcourse. Anyone can be a millionire. Just keep working hard. And keep getting knowledge about bitcoin. In investing or in trading. Eagerness to earn money is good for person to achieve his/her goal which is to become a millionaire.
193  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin prices rise high on: August 22, 2017, 09:57:57 AM
Yes so many people had asked me a bout bitcoin and want to try to invest in bitcoin, they interested to invest in bitcoin because the value is keep on rising, I told them to compare with last year price and they are surprise, and bitcoin is provide a good side income, but to support my life only by using bitcoin is still not enough and yes due to the price some of my friend quit the job and go full time with bitcoin
Yes. I noticed that also. I hope that bitcoin value still rising up and continue rising up in the future for my future also. Hehe. We use bitcoins to buy our needs right? So if bitcoin rises our needs is stable and no need to worry about that. Also we buy our wants like gadgets and shoes or watches.
194  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: August 05, 2017, 04:19:19 PM
I recently paid for some local tacos using Bitcoin. My friend who was unfamilar with Bitcoin thought it was strange, like I technically didn't pay for them or something. We got into discussing Bitcoin and one of the questions he asked me was:
"Why would you want Bitcoins instead of cash?". For a second I didn't know what to say; then I thought about it and here is what I came up with. Feel free to contribute to this.

1) More security (especially if you are careful).

2) Bitcoins are a potential investment, cash is not. Paper currency only really goes down in value, Bitcoins have a lot of potential to be worth more as time goes on.

3) Fast, worldwide transactions at your fingertips.

4) Similar to #3, but it's a universal currency. It's legal in most countries of the world and you don't need any kind of currency conversion to send money to people in a different country than your own.

We have the same point of view in choosing bitcoin rather than cash.  I just want to add one.

If you have bitcoin your money can grow to much higher price. Not like in cash your money will stay like that unless you spend it. Bitcoin is much better than cash for the present time.
195  Economy / Economics / Re: Worst bitcoin decision you've ever made? on: August 05, 2017, 03:57:45 PM
Summer 2012. Diablo 3. I bought in game gold with bitcoin @ $3/btc - Spent 90 coins for 500 million in game gold.

IGG = 35 cents / million now.

I lose.

/wrist

Having bitcoin, selling and buying. It is like a game that no one can take control unleds you've mastered it. My worst bitcoin decision is that I've sold my bitcoin within the range of 100k but then after the price range become 150k. I think I've lost a big part of my money.
196  Economy / Economics / Re: When to buy and sell bitcoin on: August 05, 2017, 03:45:29 PM
When is the best time to buy bitcoin and when do you think is the best time to sell?
I think its a great time to buy now but when is a good time to sell (if you have any idea please share)

Buying and selling bitcoin is like waiting a water to drop and drink it. If you want to buy bitcoin you just wait until its price become low, so that you can buy more bitcoin. Then if you want to sell bitcoin you need to wait for its price hike then sell it in high price to have more income. Basic buying and selling.
197  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: August 05, 2017, 03:26:30 PM
Reading the responses to the recent topic titled, "I would sell all my bitcoins if…." has left me concerned.

The kinds of responses on that thread reveal a deep misunderstanding of bitcoin and the current monetary system in many of those who are speculating. Let's consider the scenario in which bitcoin reaches $1000 or let's say $10,000 per bitcoin. Many have said they will cash out if bitcoin reaches this point. Why??

If bitcoin reaches $10,000 it will have to be because the fiat currencies of the world are tumbling to worthlessness via a hyperinflation type scenario and bitcoin is the safe haven, which if you know anything about the current monetary systems of the world, you know this is inevitable. (there have been 3800 fiat currencies throughout history and EVERY SINGLE LAST ONE has crashed to worthlessness; a value of zero) Why would you then sell all of your sound money (Bitcoin) for a bunch of fiat money that is inevitably becoming worthless? I don't understand the logic in doing that.

If bitcoin ever reaches $10,000 per bitcoin, you will NEVER see me selling for fiat paper money. You may however see me having a shopping spree at Overstock.com or TigerDirect.com or NewEgg.com! I will be buying things I want with my bitcoin profits DIRECTLY WITH BITCOIN, not selling my bitcoin for paper fiat. Hopefully by then there will be many more options, perhaps even Amazon.com will be accepting bitcoin for goods and I can have my shopping spree there.

Point being, selling bitcoin for dollars seems counterproductive. Why convert your paper fiat currency into sound value storing superior bitcoin, only to sell all of your superior bitcoin back for worthless antiquated fiat currency again? Why not just spend the bitcoin itself to buy what you want instead of taking a loss by converting back into dollars which will inflate away eventually anyway?

It is not that you'll never sell your bitcoin. But rather don't tell it all! Because bitcoin may rise and can make you rich. You doesn't need to sell all your bitcoin but you should be thrifty for the growth of bitcoin price will soom arise.
198  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin provide income on line? on: August 04, 2017, 03:00:25 PM
many of my friends did not work but a lot of money away was great when compared, to me that is still working in the factory, I was confused from where producer obtained from bitcoin?
Bitcoin is a way to get money without going out on your home. You just need stable internet connection then you can have income. Cryptocurrency through online is sometimes or almost more stable and high priced than working on factory using more physical efforts.
199  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: August 03, 2017, 02:21:10 PM
Is it better to save money in bank or invest it online, in real estate or maybe gold?
Both saving and investment are both good for an individual. But if you need your money to grow it is always better to invest. Even though it is risky to invest, it is always better than saving money which your money stay on its amount.
200  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin die soon? on: August 03, 2017, 12:59:08 PM
I have sent BTC yesterday but one day passed it is not confirmed, I have raised mining fee, this sucks.
These are the problem of bitcoin, the stability and transaction fees. But with the continuous innovation of this cryptocurreny it is hard to predict its future. If bitcoin will die, it will not so soon. Maybe many years after.
