181  Economy / Economics / Re: Warning against CBDC from bank of Ghana on: August 17, 2021, 02:13:33 PM
The Government of Ghana needs to embrace digital currencies to facilitate trade across the continent.
The concept has an important role in the provision of financial services in the future globally. This project is a significant step towards positioning Ghana to take full advantage of this emerging concept.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A real alternative to Chia Coin? on: August 17, 2021, 01:52:42 PM
Did you hear about Chia Coin?

It is a hype green coin, which is now becoming a leader in the cryptocurrency mining market. Despite the hype, Chia Coin is still not as green as Crypton — the internal cryptocurrency of the Utopia ecosystem. The first has some drawbacks in technical terms. Although Crypton does not position itself as a green cryptocurrency for mining, it is a privacy coin. But the technical data suggests otherwise.

Will Crypton mining become a new market leader due to its ergonomics and low energy costs?
It is more acceptable than Chia Coin in several points:

- Equipment
- Environmentally friendly
- Breakthrough technology
- Low technical requirements
- Easy way to withdraw funds

Crypton cryptocurrency is completely decentralized and cannot be manipulated by government organizations. All transactions made in Crypton are final and cannot be canceled. Furthermore, users have full control over their personal assets, as there is no third party with the right to interfere in the system processes.

No one can block the Utopia user's wallet or influence it in any way. Personal transactions cannot be viewed by other system participants and are conducted with minimal fees. CRP mining has almost no effect on the performance of the computer.

What do you think about it?

Crypton transactions are completely anonymous and cannot be tracked on the blockchain.
Only the sender and receiver have transaction records. Newly mined cryptons are distributed every 15 minute block to nodes which helps to keep the network meeting minimum requirements.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PolyNetwork Hacked, $600 million Lost on: August 15, 2021, 09:18:52 AM
Welcome to this thread if you love reading about hacks.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5267124.0
Previously, everyone was interested in auditing projects, but now projects are hacked a few days after the official audit
Think very carefully before sending your money to similar projects. Hackers may return the money, but your nerves cannot be returned:)
Exactly, who will trust this network if they are not able to secure the money in the first place, they just got lucky because hackers are afraid and return the money but in the future, there's still a high chance that his hack will happen again. We should be more careful and PolyNetwork has to ensure that the funds of investors are still safe with them, better to give them an assurance with this one if they still want to continue their business.
Hackers are geniuses.
They are always looking for loopholes to apply their genius.
All altcoins are potentially hackable. but the level of security strength of altcoins becomes a bit of a barrier for hack victims.
Potential investors should really learn to understand about the altcoin project.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can people in US trade XRP in PancakeSwap or Uniswap? on: August 15, 2021, 08:52:55 AM
The problem is the lack of clarity in US digital asset regulation. Regulations related to crypto in the US are not really due to cryptocurrency players, but rather the lack of action from regulators in that country compared to regulators globally.
Unlike in other countries, especially the G20 countries have invested their time and energy, either through legislation or regulation to provide clarity and certainty that allows investors to participate in building a better country.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can altcoins be divided into mainstream, non-mainstream, and junk coins? on: August 15, 2021, 07:49:48 AM
The use of Bitcoin that does not require a banking institution is considered not to be able to shift the banking function, because the exchange rate is very volatile.
Even though in terms of cheap transfers, the risk of the exchange rate is very high.
So there is no chance that Bitcoin can replace the function of mainstream currency
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano Smart Contracts coming soon? on: August 15, 2021, 07:44:30 AM
I think Cardano would be amongst the top dogs in crypto as well as DeFi. It has the community and investor backing that makes such thing possible
Yes,
While it has yet to beat the market caps of Bitcoin and Ethereum, Cardano is a promising investment. In fact, until now coinmarketcap.com states Cardano occupies the third position after BTC and ETH.
It is not impossible that one day Cardano will pass ETH or BTC.
Let's see the development of the capital market Cryptocurrency Prices Based on Market Cap
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano Smart Contracts coming soon? on: August 14, 2021, 05:45:45 PM
Yes.
The addition of smart contracts marks a major milestone for Cardano, as it will eventually make the blockchain a worthy competitor to Ethereum. Since last summer, the Ethereum decentralized finance (Defi) ecosystem has grown rapidly, building a wide variety of decentralized applications (dapps) —all based on smart contracts.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Marketing a new exchange on: August 14, 2021, 05:30:47 PM
Many coin available in the market but it is very hard to exchange with new one. In the future many coin replace to bitcoin. i think in the future is digital currency.. we lose the paper money in the future..
Yes, maybe what you say is true.
I hope so.
Currently, there are several forwards who have issued digital money, digital money is needed to support payment security and financial stability, to mitigate private digital currency.
There are also developing countries that aim to achieve efficiency in domestic payment systems and financial inclusion and mitigate shadow banking.
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The reason Paris Saint Germain Fan Token (PSG) on: August 12, 2021, 04:40:50 PM
In fact the Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) Fan Token has seen a significant price spike following the news that former Barcelona player Lionel Messi will be joining the Paris Saint-Germain jersey.
The price of the Paris Saint-Germain Fan Token has been damaged amid media reports of Lionel Messi's transfer, even outperforming the cryptocurrency meme Dogecoin.
Paris Saint-Germain fan tokens are having a great week following the exit of Lionel Messi from Barcelona.
The Paris Saint-Germain fan token is rising very sharply from day to day and this will be a new history in the crypto world this year.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Gaming on: August 12, 2021, 04:09:31 PM
With the development of more gaming sites with more consensus to reward gamers so many of the NFTs will in the future look into this new trend that allows users to play computer games and get rewarded without having to stake money, they get paid for the skills in playing computer games.
This is great for gamers, but many traditional game publishers are concerned that this new dynamic will negatively impact their bottom line.
The more game content that is tokenized to empower gamers and grant digital property rights, the more optimistic I am about the future of the gaming industry.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PolyNetwork Hacked, $600 million Lost on: August 12, 2021, 03:59:14 PM
Today I read the news of the most shocking events at https://www.reuters.com/technology/defi-platform-poly-network-reports-hacking-loses-estimated-600-million-2021-08-11/ namely news about The biggest hack in the history of the crypto industry.
A cryptocurrency platform has lost about $600 million in digital tokens after one of the biggest hacking attacks in the sector, according to details of the theft that emerged on Wednesday.
Why this event can happen so as to create space for hackers, it's really unfortunate

Yes. That's something bad happening in the crypto world. Indeed, many hackers try to attack blockchain security systems. But it is very rare for those who succeed. But most of the ones they managed to attack were exchange security systems. This time they tried to hack into PolyNetwork's security system, and they managed to break through. And bring bad impact for PolyNetwork.
With such an incident (security system hacking), it should be a lesson for anyone to always be aware of the account security system.
Because account security is very important in all areas of work.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why be allowed to create tokens with the same names? on: August 11, 2021, 04:18:08 PM
This is a basic concern in my opinion. But this space seems to provide freedom for anyone who wants to innovate in the field of blockchain technology.
Therefore, any project that comes up with a good cause is bound to get something good in this space.
Yes, what you say is true.
But the opportunities for those who want to commit fraud seem bigger, especially if beginners don't understand how to do in-depth research then they will lose money by buying fake tokens.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum @4k on: August 11, 2021, 03:18:15 PM
As, the entire cryptocurrency market is in the green mood and the bull run is gaining momentum ethereum price at the moment is already above $3k which is a sign that ethereum will reach $4k before the end of this week that is a week after the ethereum London hard forks. Just my prediction.
Yes.
However, the cryptocurrency's extraordinary bullish run also increases its chances of facing a bearish reaction.

195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Musk doesn't tweet Dogecoin, can it still soar? on: August 10, 2021, 04:18:39 PM
Dogecoin is a coin without team and core technology, but Musk made it appear in the general public. Many people who are not cryptocurrency traders are buying Dogecoin, just like buying BTC. Why does it succeed? Is it just because of Musk? Dogira, Shiba, HOGE, who will be the next Dogecoin?

Or is there only only one unique Dogecoin?
Musk's influence over Doge is high, as evidenced by much of the recent Dogecoin price pump that has been linked to Elon Musk. Often there is a sharp rise in price as soon as he tweets about DOGE.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba inu anyone? on: August 10, 2021, 03:59:15 PM
Both Shiba Inu and Dogecoin are meme coins, making them more volatile at times.
In addition, the most significant risk of investing in any cryptocurrency is that it is not regulated by a state agency or has a legal entity to oversee its operations.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is pirate chain a scam? on: August 09, 2021, 05:09:37 PM
Doesn't seem like a scam, arrr has been listed on a number of crypto exchanges, unlike other major cryptocurrencies, cannot be directly purchased with fiat money.
However, you can still easily buy these coins by first buying Bitcoin from any fiat-to-crypto exchange and then transferring to an exchange that offers to trade these coins.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask won't accept password... is it safe to reset it? on: August 09, 2021, 04:58:57 PM
All wallets in every account
in MM remains the same whether your token is lost or not. I just copy the wallet address, look for it on Etherscan and at the bottom the section where you see transactions for that wallet address, click tab for Tokens. When you drag that screen up, you should find your token contract address. Once you have it, copy and paste it into Metamask in Tokens section. Your token will automatically be withdrawn from that point.
Hope you can help
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What will happen to Tether? on: August 08, 2021, 05:20:59 PM
Most of the founding organizations of crypto maintain long-term banking relationships, whereas Tether seems to have a hard time doing so.
In recent times, Tether has experienced volatile movements and this has made investors worried.
some investors are concerned that the issuer of Tether does not have sufficient dollar reserves and that Tether is starting to become unstable.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Number of altcoins keep increasing! on: August 08, 2021, 05:04:26 PM
Scammers area all over the internet, and they like to seize a good oportunity to scam others making shitcoins. I hope this bear market times, will help the market to wash out all bad coins, and scammers that give bad name to cryptoworld.
yes I totally agree with you.
I strongly support that as soon as possible the fraudsters who made this shitcoin cleaned up.
because this fraudster has made the crypto image a risky project so that the crypto project is considered a dangerous project
