For now Kardano (ADA) has not been able to compete with Bitcoin, Ethereum and Binance, whatever they do now the opportunity to compete is impossible, this situation has no effect on Bitcoin, Ethereum and Binance.

Kardano (ADA) needs to improve things if it wants to compete with them, given the current condition people trust these three coins more to use, based on their current results and conditions in the marketcap.

the fact that Cardano was in that high spot and it's still in the developing stages, just shows how it can compete with Binance, i don't know about it competing with Ethereum or Bitcoin since i find it not impossible but almost, but you said that it can't compete with Binance, are you sure about that ?! *in John Cena's voice*

Even if Cardano can have better smart contracts than ethereum, it still needs more time before the project becomes bigger and competes with ethereum. As we can see, Cardano step can beat BNB at the CoinGecko, even Cardano taking the USDT position at the market. And now, Cardano reaches the number 3 position but still need more support for Cardano to lift the MarketCap and compete with ethereum.

But Cardano has a chance to defend the position from USDT and BNB as the gap of the Market Cap is slowly getting bigger than USDT and BNB. It is interesting because, as an underestimate coin, Cardano can lift the price quickly to give Cardano more chances to break the next high price.

It is high time we have an altcoin that can really compete with ethereum platform in terms of ability of users to create smart contract.  We have had several altcoin with different claim and how they are better than ethereum yet,  they still launch there protocol on ethereum and have not drawn developers like ethereum do. I am looking forward to see Cardano smart contract platform!

Yes,
While it has yet to beat the market caps of Bitcoin and Ethereum, Cardano is a promising investment. In fact, until now coinmarketcap.com states Cardano occupies the third position after BTC and ETH.
It is not impossible that one day Cardano will pass ETH or BTC.

But, that is not the part of decentralization environment. Investors and adopters need to be careful against suspected things and devs cannot do anything about. For example, what can cardano devs could do about one all new scam project? So, bad smart contracts are just part of all such platforms and individuals need to be more careful while choosing one asset to invest with.

Every new smart contract based the platforms are claiming that they are better than the existing platforms but personally am not seeing any new innovations with them. But, I believe this will not be the case with cardano as well.

Cardano already has a large community and users in the crypto market. so if there is a new innovation that they offer, it will definitely have a good impact, so it is very possible to compete with other smart contracts such as ETH or BSC as long their smart contracts are good in many ways as the existing ones today.

Cardano is already the top 5 altcoins in coinmarketcap market cap. the existence of smart contracts can certainly make the competition hotter for ETH and BNB who have done it first, but not with bitcoin which will never be replaced at the top of crypto.
I personally can't wait to see the first project using Cardano smart contracts.

Cardano's current achievement is very good, I see the market capitalization rating on coinmarketcap, cardano was able to shift BNB and become third even though it eventually dropped back down to fourth place, this made the competition between ADA, BNB and ETH hotter, but in my personal opinion ADA It's not yet time to be a competitor to BTC, and I don't think that BTC will be displaced. However, I am still waiting for the first project that will use Cardano smart contracts, will it be able to be successful and bring many benefits to all of us.

Cardano is a great cryptocurrency and the project itself since its creation has been among the top coins in the coinmarketcap. After the scheduled hardfork, when the smart contract gets introduced, this will certainly make Cardano a more in demand Blockchain and the coin will increase in value. It is important to state that, the unique properties and functions that the smart contract offers will determine how well the project will perform. I will like to see functions like fast transactions at low costs and a wide interoperability with other projects will be a positive development

What is my understanding is the news of a ADA smart contract is what is causing sudden increase in price to now above $2.15.

True, i have been watching some feedback from the community and they were saying that it could be a game changer for ADA to be able to enter into the competition between the high tier smartcontract platform just like binance ethereum and polygon. That's why ADA's price was increasing a lot. Once the alonso update will be done and it may become another parabolic chart for ada and some people will be starting to sell it.
This is a game changer for the longterm but the adoption is still unknown. It may less than dot.

If the ADA smart contract had the same or more capabilities as ETH and Binance, then ADA would be the main challenger to ETH and BSC, but for bitcoin it's different again, bitcoin is the first crypto currency and it's almost impossible to break the blockchain network from Bitcoin.

ADA is slowly starting to improve itself, this will be a new achievement for the ADA coin. I never thought that ADA would compete with Bitcoin, but if it competes with BSC and Etherum it might happen if ADA is able to pump better. especially if ADA smart contracts really happen this will be the best and the market will compete very well.

Carano is the talk of the town now because of the launch of smart contract on their blockchain, it's already among the top 5 cryptocurrencies and with their CEO which happens to be one of the ETH devs, I think ada will become a rival to Ethereum not bitcoin, because bitcoin is bigger than them all, eth is lacking behind with high gas fees and eth 2.0 is taking way too long to be out, ada might attempt to flip eth once Smart contract goes live on its blockchain.

In my opinion, the three coins you mentioned (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Binance) are very popular, so Cardano (ADA) still has little hope of competing. It's possible that XRP will jump in the future, Thanks.

Yea, I don't think there is any intention to beat each other, the team is trying to make something to complement each other, and that's the way it is, no blockchain can stand alone, all blockchains need others to develop and complete. With a variety of blockchain options, this actually makes easier for us to transact as well as invest. We should be grateful to them, not even enmity between them.

That explains the pump few days ago, and that is really good for the ADA ecosystem, I might even say it is long overdue when you take into account older blockchain platforms that are already making giant strides in this space. In all ramifications this is really good for the ADA ecosystem, because I see it as, that a big platform like ADA and with all its features still do not have enough projects on it already, and the absence of these projects will keep reducing the height ADA would have attained both now and in the near future.
Nevertheless, I don't think you can compare a blockchain which is yet to have a lot of projects on it, to other blockchains that have many projects on them, therefore I do not think ADA have what it will take to be a rival to either Binance or Ethereum. Remember as ADA is growing, other blockchains like Binance and Ethereum are still growing as well.

However, I don't see cardano as a rival to Bitcoin, Ethereum or Binance, because I think each project has its own uniqueness and different ecosystem,
Binance will focus on the ecosystem it owns, Ethereum will focus on the ecosystem it owns and Cardano will also focus on the ecosystem it owns. I don't want to talk about the price because it depends on market demand and the marketing the team is doing on the project.
