But more people are trying to get more CryptoCurrency and invest in ICO of good Projects like COVA. I think that’s a wise decision. Most of these tokens are at a very much discounted price. not just tokens most coins now are completely cheap anybody that wants to venture into cryptocurrency should consider doing it now before it becomes too late For people who want to invest now, it's like Christmas. True that, the current price of some of the most popular coins are very low compared to where they were few months ago, one can simply take advantage of that. Then I guess for investing in ICO FIAT option also would be great. Hope so Cova will keep the FIAT option whenever they will start sale. As mentioned many times, there will be no public sale. You can only hope that some of the private sale buyers sell their tokens. But I would not expect too much. And as far as I know, there are no Fiat trades on Huobi, so you have to pay with BTC or ETH |

I think it is more than just weak hands; I think the market is not able to recover because it is exchausted. I think it needs time for it to recover again; so project should be self sustainable now.
Now, during this long bear market, it will be really important that projects be economical with their funds. Only the best projects with a convincing idea and a strong team will survive this bear market. I think that's clear enough for project teams to understand the basics of economics when it comes to spending in this critical period, they should focus more on creating value around the brand by implementing essential parts of the brand, its really needed, as that will give the community the feeling that the brand is alive and well, which is what cova is doing Yeah, it should be clear for projects during this time that they have to spend their funds wisely but apparently, there are already projects failing to do so. For example, SirinLabs (the ICO that had Leo Messi as their marketing ambassador) which raised more than 158 million USD and now only got enough funds left for 6-12 more months of operations. but these big icos are also part of the problem. Too many ETH and BTC were sold from the tokensales. Of course this pushes down the price. Let's see which way Cova goes. because you need Fiat again and again to keep up the business. |

If the deposited ETH are blocked on a wallet by a Smart Contract and I want them back, then I could for example send 0.01 ETH and get my investment back together with the 0.01 ETH again.

They are not selling tokens through Huobi! The tokens you'll be able to buy there are from private-sale or airdrop participants or from people who got them for voting. The team is NOT selling their devs token on Huobi.
Now, this is confusing, definitely, the team must have had a certain percentage of token up for sale, let us say they managed to sell all of it during the private sale, what is the guarantee that those who bought during private sale will be willing to sell off so soon? And about your concerns that people might not be willing to sell their tokens 'so soon' .... then the price they got offered for their tokens is probably to low. You can transfer this 'problem' you are worried about to any other token sale. But the fact is that most people are in for a quick profit, so they bought the tokens to sell them for profit, not to hold them forever. First, thanks for the link. Also, definitely some people are not in to hold forever but for a project with a use case such as COVA's, I would not expect people to sell off as soon as it hits the exchange. Considering what can be done with the token. We have to be realistic here. Yeah exactly, this project is definitely a long HODL because as you can see from the COVA roadmap it could take a while for them to finish development. Saying that it does look like they will be releasing their public testnet beta at some point in January, hopefully, the team will get some good results and could push the token up in value. I think we don't even need to think about the fact that the first successes will be achieved sooner than in 5 years. The development may be finished earlier, but it will take a long time until the first Internet platforms decide to switch to a new protocol. |

Yes, that's correct. They don't have plans to hold a public sale due to regulatory concerns. The only way now to get tokens is to buy them on Huobi once COVA got listed there. Because both the Airdrop and the private sale are already over and the only other way you could've gotten tokens was when voting for Cova to get listed on Huobi. Nice update, but selling the token through the Huobi exchange, how will it be done? Will it be sold through COVA's own personal account? Seeing that there is no public ssle and it's not logical that people who acquired through private sale will sell this early. They are not selling tokens through Huobi! In this market people promise a lot of things but they do not work as promised. This is a decentralized market so we can not do anything about the founders. I do not believe this. Many fraudsters lure investors with this word.
I think the announcement was made already before the market starting falling heavily. So this is not related to the market conditions at that moment. However don't know what tram thinks now.. the market's been falling all year. You're only right if you mean the last crash:-) rose9696 is right, they can promise a lot, but whether they keep it or not we can't affect it. |

The striking thing about COVA is their not wanting to do a public sale, I am looking to see how this pans out because with such a good project I am expecting a total sell out during public sale and got presented with this strategy instead.
They are smart in that aspect. Market is not good at all. Why to waste going to market with their token sales and reduce the value of their own tokens? Smart move by the COVA team. You are right mate. Under these conditions, it is not the best move to enforce the ICO. I think this is a good decision from Cova. From cova's point of view this was certainly the right decision, but I can't buy tokens because of it. And at the moment there are very few projects I would invest in, and Cova would be one of them. |

Every investment is always a risk, maybe this is just a way for them to catch investors. I’m not discouraging you, just saying my mind. I can understand your doubts. Honestly, I do not understand this step. With SEC rules coming down on CryptoCurrency and everyone involved, it’s important for everyone to Verify Residency. Also, it’s to protect traders on the exchange.
Well, like they say, SEC don’t make the rules they try to enforce it and when they start working on a new economy they don’t relent. Crypto won’t be exempted. But it’s easy, SEC is only for US citizens and consumers with indica of US person status. When we KYCe, we got no problems with these rules. It's looking like it's for the US but man look closely, this enforcements, this clampdown is affecting the whole world economy on crypto Why this may sound or look good, this defeats the purpose of anonymity the crypto world enjoys SEC represents US investors and businesses but it also applies to global markets. The US is arguably the most powerful country in the world, so if their Government makes a decision on how they want to tax or regulate crypto then the rest of the world normally follows in their footsteps. you are probably right. but it may also be that China has different goals. And as far as the world of cryptocurrencies is concerned, China is miles ahead of the US. The SEC may not have as much to say as they would like |

I'm so excited that COVA has successfully earned a listing on Huobi through their competition program. This is a massive step forward for COVA, this will really help them establish themselves as a top blockchain project. Access to hundreds of thousands of users and millions of $ worth of volume.
I hope the listing will take place soon. I really want to buy tokens as early (and as cheap) as possible. I think in a few years I can benefit greatly from it |
