It is not exactly right since any project that based on the ICO to fund the project, it is not guaranteed that the project will stay since it depended on the fund that received from the ICO.
For DISPATCH LABS. They didn't launch any ICO yet and even without it the project is in progress in term of development, So I don't think it depends on fund collected from ICO at least in this stage. Yes, all is depends how the team will manage to make it successful, but I agree that funds are really needed to continue the developments and enough funds are needed to support marketing and listing if ever they have plans to get listed. |

Well not all ico raters are reputable anyway so theirs no issue if they dont have a high score on icobench. As long as they are listed to all ico rating sites their all good. But having high rates will give more advantage from the others because it can captivates and convince more investors to join and invest. It will also lead to gain more positive reviews from the people who have interest in the project. There is no exact prediction that the price can grow up since the developer have no rights to change or manipulate the price without the community. But if they can really do something that will drive the price of the token up without any fishy scheme then it's a good project to invest with. There you can search for vedios about the project and get some information. The platform and project plans are very clear well explained. The telegram group is also very active where uoi can gather enough information you need. Either the two options can help you. actually i'm new in crypto, i came here about march 2018 because my friend told me that i can earn money from doing a bounty campaign.
