Your ISP is blocking it.  I have no idea why Sad  please can you help investigate and call them when you can?

The site works on my mobile network.

Then its your ISP at home.  It could just be a DNS fault on your PC too.  try clearing all cache and flush DNS.  You may need to speak to your internet provider too.

Your ISP is blocking it.  I'm curious on why.  Could you help me investigate please.  can you check if anyone else in Denmark is having the same problem please?

Why mess about importing from the Chinese?

www.bitfury.org are in the UK (Bristol) their Bitcoin chips are more power efficient than Avalons by a long way.

http://www.enterpoint.co.uk/cairnsmore/cairnsmore1.html are also in the UK (Worcestershire) and have the expertise to build the boards.

If we got these folks together we could build and sell the best damn mining machines right here in the UK!  Shocked

One simple reason Gator,  TAXES!!

I'm still looking into building our first 1TB unit but the TAXES are killing us.  Everything that we need to build has VAT and not knowing how many units can be sold + ROI, its not as easy as 123.  So far, its MUCH cheaper importing.

However, YES I'd love to be able to produce these here in the UK and are still researching.

We are only a small company and have been running for many years.  Bitcoin I believe is going to explode and I'd like to be a part of that explosion when our UK stock starts filtering in.

As a VAT registered business you pay no VAT buying from other businesses in the UK/EU. You only add VAT once you sell it to a UK/EU customer. You can also offset depreciation of you stock against your VAT bill. You cannot escape VAT by importing goods anyway.

Gator, I have had endless conversations with our accountants and your suggestions are well known and discussed.

Simply put:
We are NOT VAT registered yet?
We will be VAT registered once we have decided if we are 'doing well' and its worth registering due to minimum threshold.  We don't if the numbers are going to be good or not hence why I'm hesitating spending £63,000 on building here in the UK.
For now, Mining Hardware is registered in China and the UK office is a "collection point".  All mail order imports are sent direct to our customer who will be responsible for import duty.  UK retail collections will have a stock price + 20% tax.

Building these units in China is soooo much cheaper dude vs building it here, even with import tax.  Like I said, I'm still investigating.  I will be more inclined if the numbers are good.  Still early days.  I intend to kick ass Wink

The unit is extremely loud in the video, did it ever settle down to something reasonable ?

Nop.  It is load but as a result, the unit seems to stay cool thus, no overheat issues so far..  If its not over clocked, its seems fine in room temp.  We have ours in a closed server room so the noise doesn't bother us Wink

its going to be a new year thing with this i reckon.

Correct.  if you mail order now, its likely to be delivered in the first week on Jan.  You may get it just before new years but I can't guarantee this.

Did not manage to see the plug on the cable will I need to get another cable or UK plug adaptor ?

If its shipped to the UK then a UK plug lead will be provided.  Same for any country you order from.  It takes a normal PC 3 pin kettle lead.

Quite a few countries were not available in the shopping cart.  This bug has been fixed.  Thanks for pointing this out filip1710.

You say you have stock and that you have stock on the way....which is it?

Well done - I watched the video - do you sell socks also?  Smiley

Will keep an eye on this because I ended up putting my money into other hardware seeing as I wasn't sure about you delivering. Your getting across as being a decent bloke but steer from creating problems for yourself regarding scratches - it's designed to be put into a room sitting 24/7.

Thanks Mack,

The UK stock isn't here for store collection that's all.  These units can still be shipped direct from our China office.  Yep, scratches isn't nice and will be addressed.  it could be customs who opened and checked the unit.

thank you for your kind words.

your website says 15 2ooghs miners in stock is that correct or will it be new year?

The stock is direct from China.  THIS IS NOT A PREORDER..  REPEAT, NOT A PREORDER.  We have stock.  We have UK stock on the way.  There is now a video posted on the site.
