It maybe a fake news, I never heard that China will legalize ico, the government holds a clear attitude toward ico, especially the main task is to ensure the finance security, I think there is no way to legalize ico for two or three years in China
Actually the new governor of the China Central Bank make a positive statement about crypto-currencies immediately after he got his seat. So this could be very real news and China will aim into taxes from all cryptos. His predecessor was well known to be anti-crypto. |

ICO right now like on the jungle, who have a better and real program and strong team will survive for years..not just week and low price when hit exchange
Exactly like I like it. Like the gold digging in Wild West  Because from my point of view regulated markets are not guaranteeing me nothing more. Just false security on a higher running costs. And the running costs are always carried by the end users/investors. I'm using my common sense and I made more from ICO's in past 24 months and I'm making from my 9-5 job in past 15 years. |

It is the time to accumulate this coin while it is under $2, I think if market grows in the following months, it can be higher than $2.5. But it is wiser to hold this great project for the long term.
PRL regained some value in past 24 hours but it's still in a dollar range. I don't see it on $2.5 or higher anytime soon. Especially after the airdrop in 10 days. Then there will be a massive dump like after any other airdrop in past few months. |

I can suggest you to buy tron. I belive it will go 10× easily. It's a small coin and good for investment. Tron has a great future and I will buy more as much as I can.
TRON can't get x10 easily... current cap is ~3B. 10x is 30B for some useless token?! I would suggest you PRL and PXS. Both went x2 from last's week value, but they will go even higher. |

IF I want decreased volatility and other than crypto investments, I would go to a regular venture funds.
I'm trading on crypto because I like volatility and daily markets moves. They are giving me the opportunity to make moves all the time.
On the other hand, I want all my results to be based on my success or failure. I don't want nobody /the team behind RIM or anybody else/ to invest from my behalf.

I'm having all 3 in my portfolio among many other altcoins. ETH because it's the first developed smart contract platform and it's used by many big ICO. NEO and EOS because they are gaining power and can move on ETH one day. |

Today Facebook has collapsed for privacy scandals. They make the pure and then give privacy. The Crypto are good. Whoever puts himself against the Crypto is destined to fail
I would't call a 6% dip a collapse... BTC daily +/- movement is usually higher every day. I don't like FB as they are privacy trader, but they will not collapse anytime soon. With nearly 2B user base, they are very powerful media. |

I am relatively new this forum but not new to crypto. I was involved in crypto for the past 2.5years now. I invested in an ICO for the first time last year since the project I was looking at really looked interesting and had potential. I love the idea behind the project and very recent, during the weekly update, this announcement was published: https://medium.com/@DIMCOIN/weekly-update-2e98408d6753 which really boosted my confidence as an investor in this project. I am assuming that I am not the only investor that is currently confident, happy and excited about the goals of the project. I hope many projects can imitate what the team is doing right here, good job . Share your thoughts if you have. DIMCOIN is dead to me and I guess to most of the sane investors after fiasco they made with Hitbtc listing. Few months ago, they made a total pump and dump to 20x DIMCOIN price. |

If they make a positive statement about good regulation, it will make the trend positive too. But I'm not so optimistic about bunch of bureaucrats who just want more taxes for them. |

Well, for me btc-alts trading is my main source of current income. And I'm not worried at all. When I started, Bitcoin was... 300 USD. Even now is close to x30. I have reserves for 12 moths ahead. People can do a lot of changes in they work/habits in 12 months. |

I think this is pretty obvious for everybody who is following the markets.
The gold times of 2017 with easy x10-20 in just few weeks after the ICO are over. Now we must be much more careful. Still, finance and gambling ICO's are showing great ROI.

I think some negative news during the meeting could push the market down. This is what I'm waiting - panic sellers to fulfill my buying orders at $6K People need to rest and understand that this meeting are just meeting. Leader could agree on something, but it will take month to pass it on local level. |
