All i am doing is explaining what is happening to few members who
have made a deposit and it hasnt went thru.

It's not for everyone as you can see that new deposits are added to the list
and payments are sent out on time almost every minute.
So people are getting paid.

We are Online for one day only and we are paying out instantly and on time till this moment.
Some members are experiencing delay in deposit, that is the only problem we currently have.
No one is scammed here and no one will be. Many can profit from this and they already do, as payment
proof is as much as proof as required to prove that we do pay.

We apologize as we are having some delays in receiving the transaction to our database from the Blocktrail webhooks, The team is getting to the bottom of this quickly. Only few members are having these delays when depositing, others are okey. The payment is not lost, our system just havent received a notification of it so we can not process it manually without disturbing other payments. On this we just have to wait for now a bit while it clears thru and gets accepted. When it gets added to the system , please get back to us and we will set back the time for it so you get paid from the time you deposited.

As i wrote few posts before, we were having an issue for some members including you.
Deposit is getting confirmations but not added to our system.
We fixed it some time ago , now you should wait while the system catches on your deposit
and it is going to be listed.

We came to the bottom of the problem.
We are rewriting some lines of script so that those transactions
that are not showing up and have more than 1 confirmation , so that they get added to the system.
This is not a problem for all members only few cases seem to be popping up at the moment compared to the member amount we have.

The wallet is empty and by looking at your outgoing transactions it seems that you have sent money to some other wallet that is not even in our system. You have made a mistake by yourself somehow sending to wrong wallet.

We came to conclusion that it's not exactly xapo service fault or any other wallet service fault.
It seems that only few transactions don't get added to the list. We receive them in our system/database
but it doesn't start them after the 1 confirmation. Currently we have manually started these deposits from our side.
So don't worry that you could have lost your deposit. We will get to the bottom of this.

We have added 3 transactions that where not listed on btc.surf
It seems that the problem is with Xapo wallets and payments from those wallets.
We would please advise not to use Xapo wallet for deposits to ensure that the transaction goes thru.
We will investigate this further.

For everyone else it seems that deposits are showing up after 1 confirmation.
