yeah, dgex.com works in mysterious ways, but somehow it works, and that's ok for now can't buy or sell at the market price which was around .000066XX though... highest I can buy/sell price is at .00005

lol...DGEX just had a huge sale for Nxt for about 10-20 seconds... Time NXT Unit price Total 06:04:13 18000.00000000 0.00001230 0.22140000 06:03:53 18000.00000000 0.00001230 0.22140000 06:03:53 18000.00000000 0.00001230 0.22140000 06:03:44 18000.00000000 0.00001230 0.22140000 Fat fingers? I thought I seen it wrong was like waaaahhh??? ...but the thing is I can't buy anything because of it now. I missed the huge sale It all says "Error - The order pricing limits are +/-30% per 1 hour. Your order implies 59.00463245% change. Please modify the unit price." Anyone have any ideas how this occurred? the huge sale that just happened I believe. Yes, but doesn't Dgex have a +/- 30% restriction on orders? That should have stopped the trade from happening. yeah...don't get it either..

Just tried to send a small amount to account = X , but money was sent to absolutely another address. Twice!
WTF!
When you withdrew Nxt from your NxtChg account, it was sent to a Nxt address you didn't specify? I didnt speak about NxtChg (it's still a fantasy exchange) , i sent money from NXT Wallet. how much did you send? Not much, few coins only. What's your account info? I'll give you a few

Im the first one to admit if there's a new currency that Is somewhat better than the rest. I just don't trust a coin that you can't back up. I created the start.bat file added trusted peers. And was placed for payment with the faucet. The only problem is there is no blockchain or block explorer to verify that transaction and It says that they are moving the blockchain to a different server? Coins are forged not mined. Proof of stake Only Currency?? What is this. Someone enlighten me. Please. I would like to understand.
Don't need to backup Nxt since there is no local wallet on your computer. So no need to worry about your Nxt wallet becoming corrupt or something. Just need to create a very good passphrase to keep hackers from hacking your wallet. The blockchain explorer will be up shortly. It's been down only for the last day because of the server move. "Proof of Stake -only" as in Nxt doesn't require someone to own a mining rig, just leave Nxt client open. The more Nxt you own the more often you forge (just like the more hashes your rig puts out the more coin you will mine). Blocks come from transaction fee's that are done between every transaction. For now a transaction fee has a minimum of 1 Nxt although in the future it may go to .00 or .0000 depending on the interest of Nxt. A prototype forging pool for Nxt has been formed, to help those with low balances, I would suggest testing it if you would like and are still interested in Nxt once you read up on it, if not then continue on your way . https://nextcoin.org/index.php/topic,1783.0.html is the link. You would just have to trust the pool owner enough with your Nxt, I wouldn't suggest putting too much in there just in case though . Lot of Nxt has been going around on the DGEX exchange. DGEX owns 2 accounts on the blockchain with over 80M Nxt in the exchange. People complaining about the dispersing of Nxt between the top founding accounts and the rest should look at the richlist of BTC and LTC as well. Decide for yourself for what you should do, every alt-coin has there trolls. Read up on the link provided to the Nxt thread that shows everything that needs to be known.

Yup its good to have variety. A marketcap website that doesn't distinguish based on bias, and one that does .

Doesn't every alt coin go through a pump and dump? Look at DOGE, Quark, SexCoin, etc. they all went through a pump then a dump. It just matters if a coin can survive the dump. Nxt at least brings something different and completely new to the table compared to the numerous beyond count copy-paste coins.

[via google spreadsheets] And what does it tell us? Think that's the buy/sell graph. So the price that people are willing to sell and price that people are willing to buy is around the .00007002-.0000752 range. I don't know why yuri posted it though

and in POW the rich don't get richer Not exponentially. They only get richer if the coin value goes up. At least proof of work early adopters don't get more coins for doing nothing. I was refering to the cost of mining equip, kinda think now it takes alot of $$$ to mine btc. Don't forget that the people with mining equip will make a LOAD more than people that try to mine from their home laptop, certainly the ones that contain Nvidia graphics for gaming where we get half or less of the hashes compared to someone that had an AMD Graphics card. Maybe someone should create a coin that favors Nvidia graphics over AMD graphics, if that is even possible. Also don't forget how early on in any AltCoin's life that follow the LTC/BTC trail how someone with a miner compares to someone without one, either by pool or soloing during the low difficulty phase of a coin.

Would it ever be possible to make pools of some kind with Nxt? Probably would help get more people interested if they could be able to generate more Nxt from forging. Instead of the real low balance holders seeing things like having to wait months to generate a block. For example, I believe 6635869272840226493 is the account of the DGEX exchange(since there are about 415 pages of transactions for them...). They have generated 4,985 NXT in fee's earned up till now because of the balance that is held there. Maybe one could spread it at certain intervals based on how much Nxt was invested per account. Would there be a way to use that thinking in creating a pool of some kind? Probably not but whateva BCNext doesn't support centralization. U should cooperate and implement pools by urself. Hey...relax I was just trying to think of ways to help the people that complain about the time it takes to forge something with low balances. Following the way that people with low khash can pool together to get blocks along with those of high khash . Didn't know it was centralizing though...sorry

I think you need to do more research and make sure this is right before you distribute your video. Give me a few minutes to research something and I will get back to you. I am very surprised. I have just run a rough "audit" of the first month of dgex.com based on the (433 pages!!!) data at http://87.230.14.1/nxt/nxt.cgi?action=100 . I think the data pretty conclusively shows that right at 228,000,000 million NXT coins have been deposited by around 810 deposits there since the exchange opened on November 28. Since roughly 28,000,000 are still on deposit at the site, the rest or 200,000,000 million have indeed been withdrawn by around 3500 withdrawals. If 50 million were indeed sold here in the forums outside of dgex.com, then it is a fact that within the past 30 days at least 25% of all NXT in existence has been exchanged to a new owner. This is a nearly amazing number to me and something to throw in the face of anybody that calls NXT a scam. Let me crunch the spreadsheet numbers some more and I will post some more interesting facts. In the meantime, salsacz, not only have you made an excellent video, it is going to spread some very important truths and facts about NXT. I say distribute it as widely as you can!!! Did anyone just notice that 75,009,336 Nxt have been exchanged between DGEX account and the account 12292439833850569026 in the last month? Looks like someone just bought a load of Nxt. About $4M worth of Nxt at current price . Maybe DGEX changed accounts? DGEX account just went from 28M Nxt down to 6M Nxt. Account that just loaded up on Nxt http://87.230.14.1/nxt/nxt.cgi?action=3000&acc=12292439833850569026&offset=1DGEX Account http://87.230.14.1/nxt/nxt.cgi?action=3000&acc=6635869272840226493
