That's a pretty bad upload speed for seeding. You could easily use other services including VPSs that cost way less and have better speeds.

Ok.... Why use MB instead of GB for big numbers, though? It just makes it harder to read.

I can only imagine how life is in US. Try, for instance, live in Eastern Europe.

I have no frame of reference as to how life is over there.
Is it more free than the U.S.? How people complain about the governments as much as we do?

I am pretty sure that every single country complains about their government to a certain degree. If they don't, then there's something fishy going on. However, that's the way it should be, since it help keep the government in check.

It's interesting how so many people complain about the U.S. when many other countries are way worse.

Could you make a lost of the countries where the National Security Agency hacks in to your FaceBook / Twitter page and access your private data? Also, can you tell me which are the countries which tap phone data from all of its citizens?
No, but that's just one aspect of it. Look at Venezuela, for example. All of the chaos was caused by the government, and as far as I know, they don't spy on their citizens.

It's interesting how so many people complain about the U.S. when many other countries are way worse. Of course, that doesn't mean they're doing well, but it's the only place I see complains about.

188  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Would it be possible to reestablish the decimal value of a bitcoin? on: April 22, 2014, 11:35:09 AM
One of the advantes I see to actually doing this is the convenience factor. If bitcoin is to become mainstream, words such as "millibitcoin" seem way too long.
189  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Would it be possible to reestablish the decimal value of a bitcoin? on: April 21, 2014, 10:52:30 AM
Perfect, that's exactly what I was looking for. If anyone else has another view on this (or a concurrent one) feel free to post it here.
190  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Would it be possible to reestablish the decimal value of a bitcoin? on: April 21, 2014, 03:00:46 AM
I've read around that one of the reasons for bitcoin's slow adoption is the psychological factor of having "just a few bitcoins." Hypothetically speaking, would it be possible to simply redefine what a bitcoin is worth? Say, multiply it by 1000 so that a bitcoin becomes what a millibitcoin is currently considered, and therefore, leave the maximum amount of bitcoins at 21 billion with up to 5 decimal places? What would be advantages and disadvantages to this? Do you think it would even be worth the hassle?

These last few questions were mostly just for me to develop a standpoint. But what I really want to get answered is, how feasible is it assuming it needs to be done?
191  Economy / Services / Re: WTB Visa card that can work on AWS, Digital Ocean and OVH. on: April 20, 2014, 04:25:16 PM
I usually exchange BTC for PayPal and then spend that on Digital Ocean. You don't need to use a prepaid card.

Have you tried coupon code DEPLOY2GO?
Sorry to interrupt here, how do you exchange your BTC to PayPal? Localbitcoins or some other service?
192  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ron Paul says Bitcoin is not "True Money". on: April 20, 2014, 07:05:02 AM
What does it matter who considers it what as long as it does what it is supposed to do?
193  Other / Off-topic / Re: Geek Loot on: April 17, 2014, 10:37:10 AM
It may be ugly for you, that doesn't make it ugly for him. I also don't see how it would be less practical than other tables.

197  Economy / Services / Re: [PrimeDice] [Highest Paid Signature] Earn up to 2.4 BTC/Month by Posting on: April 13, 2014, 03:45:25 AM
It doesn't really matter if you don't trade your BTC to $ or € or an other kind of fiat directly after you receive them.

I don't sell any of my BTCs, so I won't bother about the current value. I do bother about the amount of BTC per post though Wink

Agree on all points, but some people will want to or need to sell/use them for whatever reason.
They shouldn't be relying on these payments for anything. This is the bitcoin world.

199  Economy / Services / Re: Betcoiner == SELL YOUR SIGNATURE == HIGH RATES == UPFRONT PAYMENTS == on: April 10, 2014, 11:35:35 AM
Having high-activity members doing the signature campaigns for other companies seems to be the trend now. Not that it is a bad thing.
