Enable you to target real investors

How do you do that? Pretty curious

Hey,

Really that depends on us being able to identify who those people would be.

We also hope that a percentage of those that would be the end user of your product would take a punt, it should be easy to identify who those people would be.

Thats a pretty generic answer.

so how do you identify and what is the means of communication to those target people?

185  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Solve puzzles, earn bitcoin. on: December 08, 2018, 04:24:02 PM
Expecting beta testers to pay for something is just a pretty bad idea IMO

Rather keep it free for them, if not you are paying them up. Afterall they are working for you and improving your own product which shall generate revenue for you.

186  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Solve puzzles, earn bitcoin. on: December 08, 2018, 03:38:15 AM
Hi!

We're a startup mobile game company, in our game people can solve puzzles in tournaments and earn Bitcoin. Smiley In order to enter, you need to pay 0.1 Bitcoin and when You win 4 rounds in a row you get 1 Bitcoin. BTC
Assuming 20 people participate in your tournament, you get 2BTC. If 10 of them win all the four rounds you have to give out 10BTC. I don't understand your business model? Is it that people will never be able to win all the 4 rounds? What's the catch?

(This is not yet decentralized, but we are moving towards developing it.)
It's not even provably fair at the moment..

Yes, strongly agree. Without any prejudice, looks shady at the moment.

I shall keep an eye.

190  Economy / Services / Re: MineryTech Equity Offering - Customers and Investors on: November 18, 2018, 03:28:05 AM
@legendster nope, the $428 investment is for an equity portion of the company - you would become a shareholder.

Our hope is that with the capital from this fundraise we can expand our facility to the point that it's even more profitable to provide mining infrastructure, allowing our customers access to slightly cheaper pricing and increasing the value of the company for our shareholders.

If you'd prefer to use our services as an actual customer we have fairly competitive rates for small-scale miners.

Happy to answer any other questions.

What is the legal arrangement for allocating those shares?

192  Economy / Speculation / Re: Technical Analysis Contest With Merit Rewards on: September 20, 2018, 04:23:48 PM
I'll do another contest later then when the market will be better.
Is anyone has a suggestion in term of rules modification in order to improve the next contest?

To make it fun and more appealing, reduce the timeframe of contest from 1 month to say 1 week or 10 days. Hourly charts or up would be a good enough for it. add BTC with 2 -3 other highly traded coins/ tokens with an option to choose from so that one can post the best trade instead of forcing a trade in BTC alone. more importntly, keep the thread alive. I guess most serious traders dont know this thread even exists.

Ty for this initiative. I personally would like to participate ! Grin

why not just rent out the apartment

before renting anything, one has to build it first  Grin
194  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BiteBTC is a scam exchange on: September 02, 2018, 08:18:26 AM
another exchange similar to this is Bitibu

i am going to open a scam accusation against them as well. same tactics, deposits never shown in your account, fudged volumes and tradebook.
195  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BiteBTC is a scam exchange on: August 31, 2018, 06:09:31 AM
This exchange is placing spoof orders to create an artificial demand and supply.

Their script looks pretty similar to being used by rouge trader navinder singh sarao

Have a look at it.
196  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BiteBTC is a scam exchange on: August 31, 2018, 05:23:17 AM
now, it's a legit platform, i've used it many times and it works great, i traded when my account was partially verified too
LOL , you will loss your token or balance in exchanger bitebtc ,  everything is fake transaction trade , fake volume , fake change.
don't do this again for deposit your fund to bitebtc if you not want loss your token.
this is new problem about exchanger scamers.

He is surely an alt account of bitebtc..

If you want to check ask him to show his kyc approval and proof of trades...
197  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BiteBTC is a scam exchange on: August 30, 2018, 09:45:48 AM
Withdrawl fees is insane there and I would need these $30 tokens plus some additonal to withdraw !  Grin

So i have written them off as gone for now...lets see how it goes further.

BTW people conversing about Singapore laws: It is very much clear that KYC is needed there only for trading USD pairs and USD withdrwals..else for trading any crypto to crypto, no KYC is required. Not even partial. so exchange is actually goofing up with everyone on this issue. there are many SG based exchanges and you can clarify things from them as well.

Pretty bad experience.

Yeah, it's quite a bad experience. The trading pair I want to trade is also disabled. Which pair(s) are trade-able anyways? I wonder if they'll ever enable trading or this topic OP has actually right and everything about that exchange is a scam.

198  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BiteBTC is a scam exchange on: August 30, 2018, 04:44:12 AM
So is there anyone with a successful KYC approval? Or is it really a scam so nobody gets accepted.
Mostly are only partially verified, i havent seen one with full approval. For partially verified accounts, like mine, you can trade for some specific coins, you need to be fully verified to trade for fiat and other coins. Per bitebtc, full verification may happen 10 to 14 days post August 22. So we might, see fully verified accounts post september 6 or so.

Again, i am just basing my answer based from my personal account and reply i am getting from dev. Disclaimer : as you backread through the thread you can also view others experiences: we have some skeptics and some hopefuls on this group. A good mix i would say, at the end of the day, its still your decision on how you weigh the views and opinions of each member here.
Thanks for clarifying things. So you can trade some coins with partially verified accounts, but not the one I am interested in. I think I just have to wait for next week.

same with me. my preferred pair has same issues.

do you think we can get verified by next week?

Guys, it makes no sense to ask "will we get verified by next week".

BiteBTC is a scam! It always was. It always will remain a blatant SCAM!

Deal with it.

I wonder what OP of thread has to say about it.

Infact their ANN thread has also been locked on BTT here.

I agree with you. I had few tokens that were listed there and I wanted to trade. First of all KYC was not approved. Later on I received a mail that partial-kyc has been approved and i can trade for $2k now..

So sent some $30 worth of tokens there to test the waters..however these morons dint allowed me to trade and said that I need full verification to trade that particular token. If this was the reason, why was my deposit was opened and thankfully I just sent $30 tokens only, otherwise would have been a nightmare for me.

These people suck big time. Either they are selling identities or preparing to siphon the deposits in a big way.

I hope you'll at least be able to get your tokens back. Even though $30 isn't that much money it's definitely an unnecessary loss.
