POS does sound pretty good right now but dev's have to take a look which option is better for the purpose of this coin. After all for decent communications you need good speed. No one wants to type a message and wait 30 seconds until its in the chat.
I am sure that for video you need even a faster speed.
But yeah if we stick to POW i guess a reward in the range of 20 that is decreasing in time would be a good idea.
Would be good to hear what the dev's have to say from technical point of view.
People misunderstand how the technique works. Talkcoin is not simple a chat client, the message you typed is encoded to the blockchain and broadcasted all over the network. So it is decentralized and requires no server, no authority. The 20 second wait time is necessary because it's the block speed, the network needs to solve a block in order to "engrave" your message into the network. Talkcoin is better to be used as a decentralized communication tool (like email and sms, but without any need for server and so on), than to be used as a chat client (like iMessage, Yahoo Message). I understand that. But right now there is only the chat, when the messaging/email part is ready, it would be really nice. And now to the big question, okay the email or message is engraved into the blockchain, but is that secure ? After all i do not want that everyone can see my emails/messages. |

Now that i think more it sounds like a good idea to change the name to a name that is not associated with a single game but to the whole e-sports scene. Then the dev's can make a betting site, sell games for coins etc. Make some battle bot that does not have to be in game. After all people do wanna see who is better and are willing to bet on that, you just have to figure out how to give them that  For some of the games you can upload replays etc. The point is that there are a lot of options as long as the dev;s wanna continue working on the coin. Waiting to hear from them ! |

I did not sell a single coin as i still believe that the dev's will find a way to go true this. Not only the dev's but also the community. The last few pages of support say a lot !

Looks nice, poloniex is also nice. I guess Bittrexx will add it too and then there will be 2 good exchanges.
With some good roadmap and future features this could get somewhere.

Something interesting is that there are almost no sell orders ... right now if i wanna buy TAC for 1 btc i simply cant at this price, my order would push the price to 4400. So that makes me wonder Only 2 BTC would double the price, so i would say that the people have faith in the coin, even with the small reward right now. The problem is it would take much less to totally wipe out the market too. 25K TAC wipes it down to under 2K. I could easly do that among a few other people here if we wanted too, but I know myself and at least a few others would rather just eat the coins then even think about selling them under 5K....heck, 10K it would need to be at least to project the back log to even break even on coins mined a week ago. Well i also have more then 25k TAC but would not think abut selling anything But actually at bittrex you would need more like 200k not that it matters actually as there are obv much more then 200k coins in circulation. I am in this community from a short time but i believe in the future of this coin just as you do. If there can be some marketing campaigns it would not hurt i guess Ah and yes, i already asked that a few times but got no answer - Is there a way to get the ACTUAL amount of coins in circulation ? ( excluding the destroyed coins from voting/chatting ) |

Yes there are other coins that are trying to go for the gaming business but i can say for sure that LeagueCoin is the one with the most dedicated dev. It is also the coin with the most innovations from this coins !
This coins has soooo much potential, its just waiting to explode.
