So the reason for your KYC verification is not the huge balance in your account but rather they are investigating if the Plinko that you use to play and won huge amount might have an error by the time you use it? If I'm not mistaken, the problem is solved in less than 3 days it's a light case while your case needs investigation how do you win 2 mbtc to 500 mbtc of course they think you are exploiting a bug.
It happened to me before as well, but it was resolved in just a day thanks to @sujonali. I guess now as the site moves into the latest version it needs to clear all the players, hopefully once you've been whitelisted the KYC process won't trigger for you anymore. I have been here for a while and I can say that I have never been asked my KYC before, I am not saying they do not ask it at all, all I am saying is that it is not mandatory like some other places. Some places ask you even if you want to gamble, some others ask you when you want to withdraw even 100 bucks, but blackjack is not one of those places, they only ask it if you gamble a lot I suppose, or maybe they ask it if there is a suspicious thing.
Maybe you're a long time user on their platform that is why they don't ask you to do KYC yet. But for new users, we should always expect KYC verification whatever platform that we try. Gambling websites have become more stricter now and each of them have different rule on their KYC, some will ask you to still comply even if the amount you will withdraw is just 10$. We are not in the place to complain if it's stated on their ToS in the first place. The only choice we have is to leave that small amount on their platform if we really don't want to complete their KYC. The age of the account doesn’t related on the urgency to do KYC because you will only be required to do KYC if you display something suspicious that will caught the attention of the security team of the casino. I’m an old player on this casino but still I undergo KYC due to my own fault. Do you finally submit your documents? Maybe the problem is on your device because other user already submit and verify there account just few weeks ago. You should be prompted a note that the team is already checking your documents after you send submit and not an infinite loop of submission. Probably you pr documents is not submitted by the time you click send. AFAIK the image size should not be greater than 2mb or else it will not be uploaded. Try doing the KYC on your desktop if you are using your mobile to upload your documents to make the file more faster to make it successful. Why you haven't done the KYC before winning this amount? I know it should not matter but when you are playing on a casino and you know you won't be able to withdraw big amount with KYC, better to do the KYC before so as not to face this situation.
