I guess its because i withdraw to much, they say in rules if withdraw over 2k$ need KYC. I withdraw 88 mbtc (bit less than 2k$) which was instant and few mins later i have try to withdraw again 88 mbtc which first time Was not instant with telling pending or something and again few mins later it was not possible for me to Chat and after i refresh site i have this KYC setup 😅

Do you finally submit your documents? Maybe the problem is on your device because other user already submit and verify there account just few weeks ago. You should be prompted a note that  the team is already checking your documents after you send submit and not an infinite loop of submission. Probably you pr documents is not submitted by the time you click send. AFAIK the image size should not be greater than 2mb or else it will not be uploaded.

Try doing the KYC on your desktop if you are using your mobile to upload your documents to make the file more faster to make it successful.

Do they create issue if your IP address is changed. We use the ISP internet and no one (most of us) has dedicated IP. So, everytime we connect to a site, it is with a different IP. This should not be a problem.

Cool to hear that. Make sure to email them on there official email so that they can verify your KYC documents much faster. It’s Sunday so maybe your application might be flooded by others request since admin is sometimes on day-off during weekends so it will be efficient to ping them via email too.

They did not become like this later on neither, since the very first day they started, they were actually hearing whatever we say and improving the website accordingly.

That's a really good point to make too, I was only here since v2 so I actually missed the whole early part of them but they're probably the casino that most reflects the way their players would like it to look like.

Most of the time accounts created and make a play and win a large amount does not make a withdrawal immediately instead the casino will request a KYC to make sure it is just a bot or any thing abuse the system, most likely if they didn't detect any suspicious to your activity you can make an instant withdrawal. I think it is not asked until you reach to a point where they ask you for it, and they have talked about it before, it is not about the amount because there are people who win a lot of money and not get asked about it neither, which means that there are situations where the admin directly asks it when they are suspicious of something. Which means you shouldn't do pre-kyc before you gamble and win something, you may not get asked at all, and if you do not originally want to do it, then wait until you are asked about it.

However, after you are asked about it, as long as you have the information correctly, just give them the info and I agree 100% that admin will fix it.
