Nice! But... if I were in your shoes I would work towards having something excited ready for Sunday when they implement XCR to MP.
It will be your best chance of gaining more widespread adoption (doing a better job of snatching up the MP traders, than you have done with the Poloniex ones) if you have something desirable and new to offer come sunday.

What you say?

We already working on 0.1.7, but first will be released 0.1.6d (soon).

And today our designer started work. Soon will be more new interesting news Smiley

I have a question about the whitepaper:

Quote
Transaction fees will be 1% of the total transaction amount, paid by the merchant.

Is this correct?  If I buy something from a merchant, the merchant pays the fee?  Shouldn't it be the payer?

When you purchase with a credit card, the merchant pays a fee to the bank of 3-5%.  That fee is included/hidden in the price of the sale made to you.

Merchants are prohibited from adding the credit card charge on top of a sale similar to a sales tax or a VAT.

With XCR, the merchant can receive as much as half the 1% fee back for increased volume

Thanks for your response, but I still think I'm confused.

If I open my wallet, and send 1000 XCR to a merchant, the fee that I pay is zero?

But if I send money to another Crypti user, I pay the fee?

No, each transaction takes some fee.
But if you send it to merchant, part of fee goes to merchant, part to forger.

Keep in mind that on top of custom block chains, the forging system, and all of the other features, Crypti is being designed from the ground up to inspire merchants to adopt it as form of payment. This is done by giving them better terms than Mastercard or Visa. Our goal is to make it so that they are losing money by NOT switching to Crypti as a payment platform. The transaction fee system we have set is for this purpose.

The transaction fee to the user will be the same no matter who they are sending to and will be based on network volume and is viewable in the web wallet when you send money. This is to pay the forgers for running the network. The merchant will not pay a fee to the network because they will more than likely pay a very small fee of some sort to the payment processor they are using (i.e. Bitpay as an example) and therefore we don't want to double up the burden on the merchant. We want to keep merchant fees low to push adoption. Keep in mind that low fees is why sites like TigerDirect offer discounts if you pay with Bitcoin as opposed to a credit card.

Yes, I understand that the merchant gets 50% of the fee, which is an excellent idea, and why I think Crypti is an innovative idea.

I am trying to point out an error in the whitepaper.  The whitepaper says that the merchant (recipient) pays the fee.  It is in fact the buyer (sender) who pays the fee.  The merchant then receives 50% of that fee.

Just trying to help out!

Thanks for response, we will fix it in whitepaper.

Sell me on this coin. I have been an investor since nearly the beginning and all I have seen is wallet failures, delays, and features that have yet to be implemented. Why should I stay invested? Or, why should I invest more?  Wink

Who said that all features will be implemented in first month?
Read us roadmap.

Failures, it's new source code, it's not just fork. Same was with a lot of new coins with new source code.
Delays? Release was delayed by us only on few days, next delays were connected with bter (bter was hacked on our release day).

I know what we doing and i bought more last few days and i will buy more Wink

I think you should have launched later guys, the same can be said about NODE. Current slow development pace is not good for the project.

Yes, it's like coins are released in beta state, but to be fair, it's the same thing for all coins. They always build over time unless they are some stupid fake hype. As for Node, they seriously lack manpower, marketing and communication right now...

Node and Crypti should unite somehow lol like node as a crypti's custom blockchain to be used as instant payment processing system, plus BTC/EUR/USD integration. I know i'm dreaming  Smiley

As I know Node BTC/EUR/UDS integration is assets (same nxt), or i'm wrong?

When devs promised to launch custom blockchains initially, in September?

Soon we will launch part of custom blockchains functional i think.

All takes time, we collected 750 BTC, but we wan't to spend it in one year, we have long term project and we have budget.
Last weeks we was looking for developers, R&D center, designers, had meeting in Moscow.

About Windows client, i already sent it to test in our IRC.
Guys tested it.

Soon means 6 months. Grin

It's only your opinion Wink

Last your messages were about Windows wallet, i sent you screenshot, it's working.
Yesterday i sent it to our IRC for tests, you can ask Barie in IRC.

All your messages usually is trolling Smiley

About progress on custom blockchains, we have first architecture, we developed it with out tech team and after discussion with foundation i will start work on it.

About new features, we worked on stability, now i can work on new features and will try to release it in 0.1.7.

Hello Everyone,

Yesterday I announced CryptiKit, a small but powerful command line app for deploying and managing crypti nodes, on Ubuntu based cloud servers.
Since then I have been working away trying to improve the installation process, plus add more functionality to the app.

Today I bring the following updates:

- Added an automated install script to ease the initial installation of CryptiKit
- Added 'add_key' task which automatically uploads your ssh public key to each server
- Added 'restart_nodes' task for conveniently restarting your nodes
- Added the ability to target specific servers with any of the commands

Source code is available here:

Instructions are available here:

Still on my Todo list, is to automate the process of enabling forging on each node. This should come shortly... Smiley
Once this last remaining feature is in place. I will be putting together a YouTube video showing how insanely easy & powerful it is to install and use CryptiKit.

Hope you like, Karmacoma24.

I sent some donation to Karmacoma24, i think other members of community can do it too, he doing good work.

Wallet needs to be a little more welcoming and shiny also, i'm not a big fan of grey/green, sober is good but not that sober  Smiley Wallet feels a little cheap/empty i don't know.

Not very important, just sayin', other priorities right now i know  Smiley

Yeah, that's why we had busy days
