181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: It is safe to invest in binance ico platform? on: April 07, 2019, 01:39:33 PM
I would better wait for a token to launch on trading exchange instead of buying in IEO currently as most of them lose value after trading opens . But there is few that did quite good for current market conditions
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Summary about ICOs in 2018 on: April 07, 2019, 01:37:56 PM
I do not believe the statistics for 2018. 2018 was a complete failure for the ICO.
I did not expect such a rapid decline in the ICO market. But, in view of the huge number of fraudulent projects, we have the situation that we have.

Yes 2018 looked kinda dead for ICO's . But if you take a look at coinmarketcap added tokens marketcap in 2018 . It have quite alot of tokens with 10+M USD . Not sure where they come from , but its true . If we look at IEO now compared to ICO's then IEO is the way to go for new projects
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we still experiencing the bearish market? on: April 05, 2019, 01:19:39 PM
Nobody knows if it will stay bearish or turn bullish . But im like 80% sure that in longerm we will see 20k USD range per BTC and even alot more . Just matter of time , can happen this year , can happen after 5 years . Ofcourse there is a chance that somebody will create something alot better than blockchain or even something big on top of the blockchain =D
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Listing kills a coin? on: April 05, 2019, 01:11:51 PM
lack of transparency , delays and not communicating with people kills coin . I can name so many projects where devs / admins always have delays and price of the token is like 30-40 times lower than ICO price . Ofcourse there is quite good projects with transparency and without delays , but they don't struggle with token price so much as the ones i mentioned...
185  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How much time you spend to read forum post ? on: April 04, 2019, 10:50:36 AM
Im more like a reader than poster . But sometimes i like to get in conversation . I remember in 2015 i was reading forum everyday and only in 2016 i did register to post something . Same with Crypto , i did know about bitcoin and other coins , but decided to buy some only after 1-2 year of following . The best thing i like about this forum , that you can find almost everything related to crypto here and ofcourse news about crypto most of the time starts here .
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why Bounty Hunters Should Be Exempted from KYC/AML Procedures on: April 04, 2019, 10:46:45 AM
I could give some many examples with the Airdrops , bounties that people cheat like crazy with multi accounting . There is like 100$ value airdrop with KYC and proof of adress and they only got like 30k participants in half year . But if you take a look at airdrops / bounties without KYC then you will see that it can get 50k participants easy =D Im totally agree that KYC is necesary for bounties / airdrops .
187  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to gain trust of users on a new free crypto website? on: April 04, 2019, 10:43:19 AM
Hi there! I own the domain havesomeco.in, and I am working on developing it into a full fledged free cryptocurrency site. I plan to have over 5 different free cryptocurrencies offered, and you'll obtain them through various means.

My question is, and maybe someone has more experience like with an ICO or something similar to my service, how do I gain user's trust? I KNOW I would pay people, but they don't necessarily know that. There are so many sketchy sites out there, and I don't want to appear sketchy because I'm trying to offer a legitimate service.

Another thing - how can I raise money to help put toward development of the site? Preferably in blockchain contributions, but that, again, seems suspicious - I could just run off with the money for all people know.

Thank you.

The one thing i can think of at start would be to make some little bounty lets say with 3-5 ETH . Thats not a big amount of money . Lets say create a twitter , facebook page for your website , keep it active . Make a twitter / facebook . Like / share / retweet bounty for lets say max 200-250 people . After you will payout the bounty pool , you will get some  trust and probably some traffic to website . Its not guarantee , but i would give it a try
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers will go after IEO soon on: April 03, 2019, 09:37:56 AM
Thats why use trusted exchanges , never use big amount of money on new exchange . Try to deposit few dollars , trade some and try to withdraw . And before using some new exchange , google for reviews and see what pops out . Then there should be no problem . But anyway there will be people that will get caught on that . And ofcourse there is projects building up like Crypto Police and many more to detect suspicious ICO's , Exchanges and so on . Hopefully in future we will not need to worry about scammers .
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can bounty hunting be considered a job?? on: April 03, 2019, 05:02:37 AM
My opinion is if you spend time on something you will get a reward , then i consider it as a job . There is alot of people who do it full time , like creating articles , youtube videos and so on . Not sure how many you can earn like that , but if people do it then probably you can live on it . I would really like to do it full time as crypto is one of the hobbies of mine
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SHIT COINS WILL ALWAYS DISAPPOINT on: April 03, 2019, 04:54:47 AM
I will never understand people who buy tokens with names like FreeCoin , RedBtc , BlueBTC and so on . Does they even have future ? I think for really professional project your token/company name should really stand out . Same goes for Doge , will never understand it , but marketcap of the coin is impressive =D
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Monero Reach $500 in 2019? on: April 02, 2019, 06:24:19 PM
$500 is a very high price, I'm pessimistic this year can be achieved. Monero might be good at the moment but the market still doesn't have the power to try to rise. so it's impossible that this can become a reality..

Actually it can happen quite easy , if btc will bypass over 20k USD then monero can do easy 500$ aswell , same goes for other tokens/coins . Im hoping eth will go back to 1.2K in future and even more . Can you imagine ETH being at 5k USD range ? Seems unreal , like it was when eth was at 10$ range =]

193  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency companies still can’t open bank accounts on: March 31, 2019, 09:10:45 AM
Not sure what you guys talking about , there is plenty of projects that have bank accounts associated with crypto , like Coinbase , crypto dot com ( Monaco ) , Belugapay all the exchanges with FIAT deposits and withdrawals . Maybe kickstarter projects struggling to make parterships with banks , but projects that are out there for 1-2 years , have bank accounts .
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Warning: This John McAfee-Pumped Cryptocurrency Has Major Red Flags on: March 31, 2019, 08:59:11 AM
By CCN.com: Another day, another John McAfee tweet pumping a cryptocurrency project that has alarming red flags. The latest dubious crypto token is called Apollo, an “all-in-one” cryptocurrency with supposedly-private transactions.

CRYPTO DEVELOPERS CALL OUT MCAFEE-LINKED APOLLO
However, according to crypto development firm Jelurida, Apollo’s so-called privacy features promoted are not so private after all.

https://www.ccn.com/warning-this-john-mcafee-pumped-cryptocurrency-has-major-red-flags

I don't buy any tokens / coins where celebrities or people like McAfee are involved . There is plenty of coins with ''popular people on board'' , Steven seagal , pewpewdie , Rappers and many more =D Look where the projects at now ....
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All life with cryptocurrency on: March 31, 2019, 08:17:02 AM
I am sure that the cryptocurrency will very soon enter the life of every inhabitant of the earth and will remain for a long time. Cryptocurrency does not stand still, it is constantly evolving.

Not sure if it will happen very soon , but there is still alot ( i mean huge number ) of people that don't know what is Cryptocurrency ( blockchain ) . And it will take alot of time probably to get mass adoption . I still know alot of people that thinks crypto (blockchain ) is some kind of piramid scheme and so on ....
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO IS WAY BETTER on: March 31, 2019, 08:12:29 AM
Exchanges will earn their cut in IEO and investor will be still in risk . There is no guarantee that IEO cannot fail or cheat on later stage.
Did not see the exchange listing the scam/worthless coins first and delisting at later stages?

There is actually already people who cheat , as there is maximum you can buy with one account . Lets say your 5 friends create account on binance . Then there is IEO happening and you and your friends buy in , then you pay your friends lets say 10$ + investment money . After IEO they transfer tokens to you . Its called IEO Farming =D Imagine if you have alot of money and do it with 100-200 accounts , you can buy quite load cirkulating supply out like that
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) platforms on: March 29, 2019, 01:30:22 PM
Really nice list for IEO exchanges , i don't participate currently in IEO , but its nice to take a look how do funds gets collected instead of ICO . I think in half year IEO will replace standart ICO's . Atleast some fake team projects will not scam people ....
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin? on: March 28, 2019, 11:47:48 AM
Im about to convert some altcoins to BTC / ETH and keep just the ones i really believe will have some use case in future . As i see most of the alts are way down ICO price and its really hard to believe they will recover in future , but who knows , things can happen . Once i had a chance to buy ETH for 9$ , but i didn't believe it will reach even 50$ mark , but guess what ATH was 1200$+ =D
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin is right for investment?? on: March 28, 2019, 11:43:23 AM
Just choose one with the use case where blockchain is really needed , there is only few of them . If you believe some altcoins have future use , then why not grab some ? Myself i hold like 3-4 altcoins that i believe will have future use case , but its high risk investment .
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A question to all ICO investors. on: March 27, 2019, 12:41:55 PM
What are the biggest sources, channels (YouTube channels/influencers, Twitter accounts/influencers etc, ICO rating websites) online that you use to find out in which ICO to invest in?
better for me is to find out for themselves about their project because it really helps us, where without checking the rating on the ico rating that is indeed currently not too noticed by investors

True , i better study project myself . The most points i look for currently is if they have reached softcap , team backround , expierience . Do some google search and WHOIS on domain names , whos the owner of it and so on . Ofcourse if everything looks fine , they still can SCAM people . There is no guarantee that it will work everytime , but most of the time it works for me =]
