1821  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another Vaccination Lottery on: September 26, 2021, 08:21:24 PM
I'm definitely not against vaccine promotion, however, I'm not sure if that's the right way. Instead, there should be a campaign presenting its health benefits, not only as an individual, but also as a community, a high vaccination percentage means less cases, less deaths and in the end, less austerity measures.

This lottery is consisted of 1139 prizes, some are weekly draws, some monthly etc, providing each participant 4 winning chances. Doesn't sound much of a great deal to me.

Something similar also occurred in Greece, young people aged from 18-24 were given a prepaid card with 150€ in balance, only to be used for the tourism sector. With or without incentives, I was vaccinated, not because I wanted the prepaid card, but because it's what's required for this pandemic to end.
Social media are full of fake news, and educating people might take more time so the government have to think for a faster way and an effective way to encourage people from getting their vaccines, and I see this kind of promotion as a good one. Vaccine is not just for ourselves but also for people around us, get your vaccine now and have a chance to win some of the prizes. Smiley
1822  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Before getting into trading on: September 25, 2021, 11:41:15 PM
When one first enters the trading game, it is most often challenging to know how to prepare for it. Even if it is an appealing approach to increase profit, it would not be as fruitful as one may imagine without a fundamental understanding of the basics and a few preparations.
How should one prepare before getting into trading?

If you want to enter in market even if for investing or trading, you should not come without any knowledge meaning the first step you should do is to learn how to analyze and trade on your own, this is a long process so don’t expect any big returns along the way. Once you know the basic things, you can start trading now and don’t forget to continue learning trading is more profitable if you take this seriously.
1823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: which is the next solana (SOL ATH $100) on: September 25, 2021, 11:11:07 PM
Avalanche (AVAX) has a good prospect and i think this altcoin can become the next solana, which is will become huge in the near future.
in terms of price too, AVAX continues to experience a significant increase, I think AVAX will be a new pioneer in altcoins and can reach $100 this year
I also see this one as a good project and they continue to rise, so this could be the next big thing but of course there’s no guarantee on this. The pump of SOL is not healthy for me, the price dumps so hard and now many are trap on top, though as a good project it will rise again in time as long as there’s still a good investors.
1824  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ultimate slot experience on: September 25, 2021, 10:18:56 PM
I have tried many strategies for playing slots, but have not come to anything definite. The only advice I can give on playing slots is that you need to look for gambling sites with good ratings and increased rate of return compared to competitors because by and large most often we win it was getting a bonus.
Probably a good advice, because in slots game the house have the edge so if the site is not fair, don’t expect to win that much. I also tried many strategy but its not working at all so I stop it and I just play it, luckily I hit a $100 reward out of a small wage, this could be my best winning so far.
1825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do Ethereum transaction fees work now that EIP-1559 is live? on: September 25, 2021, 09:38:07 PM
Under EIP-1559, the bidding system is automated and algorithmically calculated, with the set fee amount fluctuating depending on network congestion. Instead, these fees will be burned on the network, reducing the circulating supply of ETH over time and addressing concerns around inflation of the coin.
Its not the update about the fees, its more on the supply so it can’t totally addressed the problem. Many believes that the London fork will make the ETH fees more affordable but it didn’t happen because the fees still increases when the market increases, so for me the Developer must really create an update that focused more on addressing the fees issues, this has been a problem for almost a year now and no solution yet.
1826  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advanced settings for dice bets on: September 25, 2021, 12:10:39 PM
I think most of the casinos have that kind of advance setting but of course not all. I know 1 but the settings might not that easy since you it's more like a code or script which I'm not good at, here's the website I'm referring to: https://bustadice.com/

Bustabit and Bustadice have the same creator but I find it easier to configure bet settings in the crash game rather than dice game.
The advance settings in Bustadice is about automatic betting, so I don't see this one a strategy but you can really use it if you want to keep playing even if you are away from your computer, a greedy gambler will choose this option. I do play on Bustadice as well, but I'm more on a manual gambler because I want to enjoy playing so I really have to play it on my own.
1827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the Nft hype-cyvle is over? on: September 24, 2021, 10:48:59 PM
Not yet but soon especially if the market enters into another bear market, we might see many NFT projects to slowly dying, and its happening already in some NFT games the top games before are now experiencing a big down fall. Well, this is expected and many will follow the down trend, the hype will slowly fade away.
1828  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it too late to buy? on: September 24, 2021, 10:20:59 PM
Its still not late you can still buy and hold waiting for the next bull run to take some profit. If you keep having the notion of missing out chances are that you might likely still miss out on the next move take advantage of this very moment I think it haven't gone too high enough yet you can start with the current price take some profit when you see some wait for another dip where you can join the train early enough
As long as we are on a red candles and downtrend, its not too late to buy because its not bull market yet and we might see a more expensive market in next year so there’s still time to buy and there’s no need to rush better if to spend good time analyzing on which coins/tokens to buy and hold. Have a good plan and strategy, this can bring you to a better place in the future.
1829  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Credit cards and gambling (tabcorp, Australia) on: September 24, 2021, 09:58:51 PM
I don't see a problem with banning credit cards.

There is a reason why nobody in the cryptosphere is willing to accept credit card/Paypal payments.

It's way too clunky, there are huge transaction costs, and there are significant drawbacks such as the risk of getting carding fraud. If it's not worth it for the casino, why force them?
Thought its more convenient to use cards online, I also not agree to use it in your gambling activities since its not your real money, and banks might charge you more if you are not able to pay it on time. There’s a lot of options to fund your gambling activities, if you can’t do it with your own money better not to gamble at all.
This is being greedy for me, borrowing money is not good for your gambling addiction because it can make you broke especially if you failed to control that addiction. Credit card is not good if you abused using it, charges and fees might already kill you and the pressure that you will get from the bank, its stressful so better not to use it at all.
1830  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING: Skill-based vs. Chance-based on: September 23, 2021, 09:42:37 PM
I definitely prefer skill based.

It takes a while to master but once you do you can maximise the odds of winning or at least not losing.

For example, BJ has a house edge of 0.5% if you play perfect basic strategy or even a positive EV if you know how to count cards. Compare this to American roulette which has a house edge of 5+%.
Skills based gambling are serious one, you really have to exert effort learning the strategy to win against the house or else you’ll lose same thing in the chance based games where you just click and let the system works, both are risky but still refer to the wants of every gambler, I do play chance based games and I’m lucky sometimes, its very entertaining for me.
1831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are blockchains really decentralized? on: September 23, 2021, 08:13:14 PM
Hello everyone, I have a question. Solano Blockchain network was overload two days ago, how was it possible for the network to be shut down? Doesn't that mean Solana Blockchain is centralized?
Supposedly yes, its decentralized and I’m also confused on how they shut down their own network or maybe they just unplugged the server and the result is this? Still centralized though not unless the nodes are owned by the investors and not by the team only.
1832  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: September 22, 2021, 11:52:36 PM
This can be more exciting and let’s see if Casimero will trash talk his opponent and even the WBO for this sudden change after making talks with Inoue. Anyway, we can’t do anything about this and Casimero have to fight Butler, no final date yet but for sure the odds will be more in favor to Casimero as expected.
1833  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Blockchain and Gambling on: September 20, 2021, 09:54:47 PM
Of course, if you use cryptocurrency assets in gambling to prove any action becomes much easier, but as Beparanf said, not all casinos use blockchain directly in games because of the high cost of transactions and considerable time to confirm cryptocurrencies that negatively affects the gaming process. Therefore, there remains a very large area where even blockchain will not help to trace the player's actions and therefore protect his interests. It is very strange why this point was not discussed in the article.
In case of any dispute, you still need to hire someone that is good in blockchain to collect any proof, and spend a lot of money paying your lawyers to fight for your money and of course, you need to know where that site is located if they have physical office or at least look for their license to know where you can file a case. Blockchain is a big help but in crypto industry, its rare to see someone filing a case even if they got scammed by any site.
1834  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: September 21. HUGE dump! on: September 20, 2021, 09:43:47 PM
A down trend has already started since the price of Bitcoin failed to sustain $50k, and also it started since the first day of El Salvador adopting Bitcoin though I still not see this as a bear market since we are still above $40k but on a critical situation now. Anyway, better to be safe and taking profit is ideal now and wait for the dump price before buying again, Bitcoin might enter into another bear trend.
1835  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Casimero Bantamweight Unification Fight on: September 20, 2021, 09:20:13 PM
No matter how conversation runs here yet it is Inoue that will win high chances here. sorry for Casimero's fans and supporter but i don't think he ahs a catch against Inoue .
The record says it all not unless Casimero will do a special moves here, but of course both are great boxers and they both have a good chance to win its just that, Inoue has a clean record and he really have to protect it. Hopefully the fight will push through this December, to end the trash talking between this two and Donaire, the three boxers that are so eager to fight each other.
1836  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Pacquiao running for president, will you support him? on: September 20, 2021, 09:06:19 PM
I see him as a corrupt as well, especially he is being partnered with the corrupt politicians, well I will not vote hime for some reason and for me, presidency is not good for him. Let’s not fall on this mistake again, we need a stronger president, we need a president who will protect his own country than anyone else, also marame syang absent sa Senado, that could be an indication for me that he is not effective at all.
1837  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice 101 on: September 20, 2021, 08:53:12 PM
Wagering in dice can be a difficult aspect in dice games as newbies who don’t know how to set the wagering mechanism can lead to house advantage, which always causes constant losing dice.I hard my gambling mentor set the wagering number and amount to bet on that have steadily won in dice and place games. So a say dice skills are possible with the right instructor.

It seems you are new to playing dice because you need a mentor to teach you how to play dice and set a wager, you can ask for mentorship buit you don't have to pay because everything you want to know in dice are online, you can read it in the article, watch it on Youtube or search on this forum, it's free because dice is the easiest and popular game to play on every gambling site.
Probability there may be a mentor at some point, but to me, dice is the simplest gambling game and does not require any skills to play it, but again, it depends on the condition the ops get in. Maybe mentors he means introducer.
I’m also wondering what skills do you need for you to become more successful in dice game, I can’t see any reason for you to take dice game seriously because this is the house edge and they are really in control. Dice is so easy to understand, there’s no need for a mentor just know the basic things and you can be good in dice game.
1838  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Golden Cross approaching on: September 20, 2021, 08:38:04 PM
I don't think it looks bullish in the crypto industry just because it's a Golden Cross. It might happen in the stock market or the FX market, but in the crypto market, powerful tweets can cause another massive drop. We may have whales reducing the price again, or any number of other factors could cause bitcoin to plummet. As a result, I do not believe we are in a position where bitcoin will see a long-term bull run just because we are on a golden cross.
Considering the candle sticks right below that golden cross, we are going into a bear trend and now its happening, there’s a huge sell pressure and the support might not be able to stop it soon if selling continuous. Bull run can still happen, its just that Bitcoin can’t do that consistently and what we need right now is to be more stable and not to go below the support level again.
1839  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Karnataka ( A state in India ) they introduced bill in assembly to ban o.gamblin on: September 20, 2021, 08:20:49 PM
This could hurt their economy as we all know gambling generated huge money go their government since Casinos are paying taxes but if this decision is based on their Religion I guess we can’y argue to this anymore since this might be against to their belief. If you’re living on that place better to follow the law, or you can still play outside that place if its really ok to you, there’s still a way for sure legally.
1840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SHIB the new tough competitor to DOGE on: September 20, 2021, 08:05:12 PM
I hold a small amount of SHIB, to be honest I’d love to see it even reach $0.10. That’d net me a nice little sum of money. I don’t think SHIB can hit near the ATH of Doge for quite a while.
There might be a new hype with SHIB seeing its current price and maybe the coinbase really affects this project so this could be a great opportunity to sell your holdings if you still have SHIB before though it is still low compare to its ATH. I do hold SHIB but still not in profit so I will still hold and wait for the right timing, hopefully the hype will continue.
