1361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Zuckerberg sold his cryptocurrency project Diem to Silvergate Bank on: February 04, 2022, 09:39:23 PM
So technically does that mean that silverware bank will be in total control of the project now? ..

Considering the fact that Meta (Facebook) was the owner of only the third part of Diem, then, accordingly, only this part belonging to Meta was sold to the bank. By the way, the value of the transaction, according to Bloomberg, amounted to $200 million.
Is this also the reason why its stock price continues to drop?
Zuckerberg already lose billions of Money, this might be another loss if ever or Zuckerberg is working on something else. I still hold for Meta to have their own crypto since they even change their name as they continue to believe on Metaverse.
1362  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: February 04, 2022, 08:50:23 PM
NFT sale is literally sold out like hot cakes nowadays so its always good to get yourself a whitelisted spot on the presale. Pretty sure that Rollbit could be trying some new type of sale for Rollbot 2.0 but as long as there is a presale then Im going to get myself a spot on that
The projects with some utility and flipping benefits literally gets sold out within minutes and getting whitelist spot is also becoming tough these days as many wants it and you also needs to work for it.But once you get guaranteed spot for that particular NFT then it's no issues and you could get extra benefits from them later on as we have seen most of them.

Still depends if its a good NFT or not, we cannot expect fake NFTs to get sold out easily, they must still be a good NFTs to get more investors. With regards to Rollbot, there has been a great demand for this and many already waiting for the next sale, so technically the odds to get on presale is very low, big players always have their first hand on that and small investors have to be very lucky to get in.

The end is near?

Let’s see and hope for the best.
1364  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The market is confusing on: February 03, 2022, 09:39:30 PM
The market right now is really hard to predict or describe. And the situation is sometimes really quite interesting.
Its interesting to see what will be the next trend and this can be a big challenge to every trader on how they execute their plan and strategies. Yes its confusing but that’s normal, you just have to focus yourself on what matters to you, don’t look on every price of the token, have a list on what to analyze and you can start from that. Cryptomarket is getting more volatile everyday, accept the challenge and become more profitable.
1365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Son of elon on: February 03, 2022, 09:32:41 PM
People should know better now, this indeed too good to be true. And we all saw how projects and coins associated with Elon Musk brought misfortune to a lot of investors because of that pumping and dumping they did. It’s putting your self at risk to be penniless in a snap, so better stay way from it.
Scammer are using the name of Elon to hype a project and scam investors, this is not new anymore. I just don’t understand why they need to include the son of Elon here who still don’t know what cryptocurrency are, such a desperate way to scam people, stay away from a projects like this, this can be a scam for sure.
1366  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [LIST]Countries Where Gambling Is Illegal on: February 03, 2022, 08:48:35 PM
In my country, authorities are going to restrict not local but just foreign casinos and its interesting how will they restrict the access for crypto gamblers? there were talks about restrictions for locals too but not yet, If they make it illegal I will add some information here.
Which country is this? Most probably they want to boost the local casinos instead of foreign casinos so they can collect more taxes. Restrictions are changing and every country have it, know if its illegal in your place to avoid any problem those bigger countries really don’t want to tolerate illegal gambling and of course they don’t need much to collect taxes since they are already a rich country.
1367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ]: FURY vs WHYTE - CONFIRMED on: January 31, 2022, 09:56:23 PM
This will be a wonderful match to watch. It will be another big win for Fury again, but it's not going to come easy for him though.
The amount involved is a whole lot of money that is above some state allocation in my country.
Since both of them knew each other and trained together from the early start in their boxing career. This will be a tough match cos both are in their prime
An exciting one though we already knew who’s the crowd favorite but of course Whyte is still a good boxer even if he came from a loss, Fury should not feel any complacency here. Such a big difference on reward which I understand since Fury is a star, whoever win or lose here still they have the money to bring, its just that bonus is there for the winner.
1368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best tokens for arbitrage trading? on: January 31, 2022, 09:48:58 PM
Hello friends
I have heard that there are people who earn income by trading arbitrage. I am very inexperienced at this. Which token or coin do you think would be suitable for arbitrage trading? Thank you.
Those with stable price but still you have to analyze and look for every market. I just hope that before doing this you should study further since you are still inexperiences because this can still be risky especially if you do it incorrectly. Better to do regular trading which I think is more profitable but of course you still need to analyze because trading needs it in order for you to make more money.
1369  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Good moment to buy btc or eth? on: January 31, 2022, 09:45:36 PM
Hi crew. Hope you are all well in new 2022. Good moment to buy btc or eth?
They are all pumping now so hopefully you are able to buy the moment you post this one, if yes you made a profit now but if not and still analyzing, better to wait for some pullback because for sure the price will go back to $35k again so be patient and wait for it. The current price is still cheap though, you can decide to buy now and hold until the market recovers. I bought some already and will surely buy again if there’s still an opportunity.
1370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 🔺let's admit it, Bitcoin time is over, now DEFI Time 🔺 on: January 31, 2022, 09:38:15 PM
Then tell me why has BTC dominance risen relative to rest of the altcoins this bear market?

BTC is still the primary store of value in this space, don't get it twisted. It is just that DeFi is growing at an exponential rate, which is definitely fair enough given its utility.

I expect DeFi to grow but it's not the only thing in town. BTC is here to stay, so are NFTs, P2E, etc.
I have the same thought, DeFi still depends on the trend of Bitcoin and that’s why the whole market turns into bear market because Bitcoin is the basis of many investors on selling their altcoins.

Btc along with good altcoins are here to stay, there is no need to replace Bitcoin because there’s a lot of options now and for me if Bitcoin is over, cryptomarket is over too so don’t ever think Bitcoin to die because that’s a big catastrophe in the whole crypto.
1371  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake.com & responsible gambling? on: January 31, 2022, 09:24:10 PM
User asked to close his account because he is addicted. The casino continued to send him information about promotions. How could this be the user's fault?
If I make such a request and get a confirmation, why do I need to do additional tasks?

But should we wait for long before doing another action? That was a crap response that we can't move forward on our gambling problem because the platform is still not working to fix those email service problems.

It's something that there are lots of options to solve but still, OP is really eager to wait for that thing to solve instead of just moving forward. If anyone is eager and serious to change, they will find a way to solve their problem.

Makes absolutely zero sense.

You are talking about money lost here and it is fair for the OP to try to seek recourse.

Yes, he should make personal leaps in terms of gambling addiction but I don't think that it is fair to place the entire onus of the loss on the OP's hands. He has declared self exclusion so he should reasonably expect to get it from Stake.
There might be some error here but seriously, stake can’t help you at all not unless you help yourself to recover so why come back and try the platform again? If you want to recover you should start from changing that habit and make yourself busy on something else, I know addiction is really not good but if you are still acting the same then you might ended up on the same situation again. Stake did their part to restrict you at first, they can do it again but the question is, will you try the platform again?
1372  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bear Market thread on: January 31, 2022, 09:16:51 PM
Ano na ang nagawa nyo during this bear market?
Chill lang while slowly building port at account.

Chill for now pero if may chance na makabili kase super sale na ito and we might not be able to see this level again in the future then why not buy. Bitcoin is good for long term hold kaya sulit if makabili ka sa mas murang presyo.
1373  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who is the best crypto provider to give you advice on how to trade in crypto? on: January 31, 2022, 09:09:55 PM
I would recommend you do your own exploration and observe an undertaking you truly like with an unshakable group. Tossing your cash to exchanging and flagging bots won't go anyplace I am apprehensive. Particularly in the event that the sign is free and available to everybody.
There’s a lot of free resources to learn more about trading and I also suggest to do this on your own because trading are way more profitable if you know what you are doing. I tried joining on a signal group before but since I’m not active I always follow their advice late and that makes me lose money because signal are only for those who can buy early and sell early, this is too risky. Go read some books about trading or watch online, this is much better.
1374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most important features of an online crypto casino? on: January 31, 2022, 01:02:41 PM

Most casino today responds to clients when they need help, it's often the case. There are instances however that it may take long before they respond like dispute.

Accepting altcoins and free withdrawal I think are also not important but it's a good feature that will make users stick to the casino. Sportsbet has free withdrawal which I think made some of the sports bettors are staying on them.
Sportsbet really did a great job to offer a free withdrawal though this is not just a reason why they remain the top choice with regards to sports betting. Almost all crypto casinos now have the altcoins option since Bitcoin network is too expensive some times and many don't want to gamble with their Bitcoin alone. I'm looking forward for a new feature with those casinos, I hope they can still come up into new ideas.
1375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: January 31, 2022, 12:54:01 PM
I'm not familiar with the attitudes of the fans that are from Liverpool. But by reading the previous posts here, it says something negative and Casimero should be able to show his full blow on this match and just leave Butler with a KO. Because if it doesn't happen, there could be some biased scoring. I'm not worried about the fans, there could be some ways to mitigate that if he's also concerned about that. But about the scoring and judging, yeah, everyone's being concerned on it.
I think not just from UK, I guess in every places where you trying to fight the local boys, for sure you will not be well received by the crowd. And that's what makes this fight very interesting for Casimero as he can knock out everyone, and what will be the reaction of the (hostile) crowd if they see their boy being knock out by an Asian fighter? For sure it's gonna hurt the crowd, so Casimero should be well prepared and expect the unexpected.
The crowd already knows that their fighter is a heavy underdog, so they understand if Butler will lose in the fight. It will only hurt the crowd if they know that Butler is the favorite as they are expecting him to win, just like the fight against Tete where Tete was the favorite and it happen in their own home country.
Not everyone are bettors, so some have no idea about the betting odds, once a fighter fight in his country, the support is 100% from the fans, they are biased as they follow their emotion and they will not see even though Casimero si the champion and the better fighter.
That's true, supporters wont focus that much with the odds all they know is if their favorite player/team won they will won also and there's nothing wrong about that since there are also bet under the table I mean you can bet with your friends and that doesn't require to understand the odds. Fans will always be a fan, but seriously if you are going to bet online its really important to understand the odds because this can make you more profitable regardless of who are you betting with.
1376  Economy / Speculation / Re: Prediction: Low was $34K or will be ~$25K on: January 30, 2022, 09:48:40 PM
I think that's too much for the next support which is 25k.. Because indeed the price still holding at the previous support wherein approximately 37k and seems stable in my views. And the market is gradually showing green at this point as well so perhaps its impossible to happen wherein unless if there's another negative news that can impact the market because surely there will be a new level on this situation in my personal opinion.

I would not be surprised if bitcoin will hit $25k, it happened in the past, so it's possible it will happen again. Compared the last bull run and then correction afterwards, I think the current price is still not too low, IMO, if there's more panic which could possibly happen due to whales manipulating the market, bitcoin could even hit below $20k IMO.
There’s a possibility buy I’m confident that it won’t happen since the market starts to recover the price of Bitcoin becomes more stable at the level of $36k-$37k, so most probably we are just waiting for more good news. Though if panic is really here in the market and they are unstoppable we might see the price of $30k but I can’t still believe for $25k because that is too much drop for me.
1377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The market is at the most oversold level on: January 30, 2022, 09:35:59 PM
It seems that the balance hasn't decided yet which trend to tip. If I had the famous meme at hand... you know, the one about the man and the stick encouraging Bitcoin to do something.

It is still one day left before January ends. After some days of quiet calm, we might see great volatility levels again in the next hours and I hope the OP is right and the market is oversold.
Recovery will start to begin if the OP is correct about oversold we already saw some small pump though many say its a bull trap, but we stay longer on that level so maybe its not a trap at all. We’ve been hoping for the price to recover again, Next month will be a crucial month let’s wait and see to confirm this analysis.
1378  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: January 30, 2022, 09:20:44 PM

Anyhow, the PBA can't afford anymore if there's some other upcoming setbacks like another variant (cross finger) because they've poured too much funds already according to the PBA. Yes, at last PBA will resume soon and this time, the dates of the games are already posted so I suppose we can now bet again next week. Happy betting everyone!
We should hope and believe that the government already learn the possible ways to continue decreasing the spread, PBA can't afford another delay to their target schedule, it's been long since they postponed the game and for sure they are really affected financially, but likewise, the betting will be resume for the gamblers and aside from those fans who's longing to see their teams and players, gamblers are also excited to place their bets.. Roll Eyes Tongue
I'm glad the news came out that they will resume next month, I've been waiting for that good news and now it's finally confirmed. It looks like it was just stopped yesterday and will resume tomorrow, I understand that they need to do it because of the restrictions but I'm glad that they will return.

The betting will start soon, please don't forget to share your bets as well. right here! Smiley
No more setbacks as we go to alert level 2 in February, but to make sure its still better to PBA to play on a bubble and aim to finish this conference in February. I know it might be a short period of playing but at least, they finish the conference and they can now start to prepare for another conference. Can’t wait to watch them back again, my betting money is also ready for action.
1379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT CIFI COINS on: January 30, 2022, 09:03:17 PM
Obviously, this situation with payment will bring little good to the CIFI project, I looked at the table of participants, and realized that this is a drop in the ocean, the team could have made a payment and closed this topic for a long time, this is a negligible amount for such a project, I think it would not have affected the price in any way, but apparently the CIFI team has other plans and vision of the situation.
They are probably controlling the price not to drop that much but this should not be an excuse not to pay the bounty hunters. They are able to reach that peak simply because of the hunters, paying them wont hurt the project that much, but if those hunters really want to get their payment they should open a scam accusation now and raise their voices. CIFI is a good project, hopefully they can settle this issue professionally.
1380  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: January 30, 2022, 08:37:34 PM
Is there any site to see the odds already? or still waiting since April might not still be the final date?

I don't see a site having the odds yet, maybe it's still too early to ask for the betting odds, they are not as popular as the biggest names in the sports of boxing, so we have to be more patient to wait until the odds are out.

From what I read, Casimero here is the heavy favorites, more like a .
Quote

Casimero is a huge betting favorite for this weekend’s bout against Butler with odds ranging from -2000 to -3400. These are the largest his odds have been in at least six years.
https://www.gamblingsites.org/blog/john-riel-casimero-vs-paul-butler-prop-bets-winner/
Let’s see if the odds will change once the match is getting near, I’m now hesitant to place some bet if the odds are like this, I don’t think its worth to bet if ever. There’s plenty of time to list this match on the site, I hope to see many options since Casimero is a great boxer and this match might attract bigger site.
