Now it is quite a difficult time for ICO projects, cryptocurrencies and bitcoin are again at low rates, there are many projects in the market without a working idea and legal study but with a huge budget for marketing, so we have secured ourselves and divided our plans not into 2 stages - soft cap and hard cap, but into 3 stages: Light, Soft and Hard. In all three versions, the project will be able to develop, but with different speed and power. So that you mean to by using Light Cap concept it will take more easy raise funds? Another question is what will happen if they will reach Light Cap but not Soft Cap? Thanks Erik Fox for reply. But same question I am also asking. If they reached Light cap target but if they got failed to reach softcap. Then what steps they will be taken by team? Is that means even with lightcap, project will survive and move further without any issues? For this project, softcap is the lightcap and softcap is the added feather to it? I’m hoping we see bitfence announce some partnerships in the tech industry eventually or perhaps develop the bitfence system in a way that it can be plugged into existing hardware perhaps work to blend it onto openwrt or ddwrt so that normal routers could get some of the features ?
That's an interesting idea, im not sure if they plan to do that as they're going to be selling their own solutions. I like the idea and will advice they make it blend with existing devices also. It is easier to take over the whole market that way than just going with their own solution. |

Yeah, it's the first time i'm coming across it, if they successfully implement this it will surely make things easy for people especially those that aren't really conversant with Crypto trading, with the plastic crypto cards which is linked to your local bank account one can deposit and withdraw cash from your financial and crypto accounts in regular ATMs. Yeah I think i have seen one carried out by a problem but unfortunately it was only used by the project president on demo, it never saw the light of the day, is cryptoOcean looking at doing a video of the plastic card when it is manufactured? I think that is where they will have the advantage. In order to be eligible to receive the token rewards, how many tokens do we need to own? Or would any amount be enough to be eligible for token rewards?
I read somewhere that it has to be up to 10,000 token but I don't know if that is true. I don't think so.. You just have to hold seed tokens on the platform and you will receive 10% of your holdings i think.. I might be wrong too |

Investors don't like been kept in the dark. They love been carried along through what ever means necessary. I think the team understands this and thus decided to put it into practice Yep it takes a quality team to realize just how important the little things are to a successful proj ct the communication channels have gotten projects very far and the groups that discover that from early on have the most success You know I was watching an interview section the other time and some top individuals where told to give their take on some aspects of ico and some things they don't like probably. one gave this particular reason of teams not carrying their community members along Well the success of the coin depends on having a strong community to back it and use the token. I agree if people will hold the Token and do not dump it they could gain a lot of profit and the token can also become very successful. From what I have seen I think vanig is a HODL. Vanig team have been working tirelessly to man a huge success so dumping would not be a good decision I also liked the way Vanig team is active on social media and keep everything upto date and informing their followers about the development and partnerships status. I follow them both on medium and twitter and i am impressed with what they do there. They are always quick to post any update on tbe development of vanig platforms and project development. |

We are approaching pre-listing token sales faster than even we thought. I am super excited and looking forward for the wonderful outcome of 4NEW sales.
Soon it will be the day we've been waiting for and the anxieties and suspense will all be over. Hopefully it will all turn out to be a huge success. I’ve got big hopes for the listings to start I imagine some high listings I’m really hopeful that we don’t have too much sell off but I get the feeling theirs a lot of people eager to buy up any silly early sellers when it does hit exchange Even the team also should set aside fund for the purpose of buying back what ever amount of tokens that the early dumper maybe dump in order to save the value of their token i don't see it dumping down massively low with the project ideas and what they already have behind them. There will be no dumping. Only a small group will do, because they are bounty hunters. Most of them will not dump it, because 4New already got a working product. I wouldn't dump a project who has power plants xD. Yeah buddy, dumping 4NEW just doesn't feel right, we already seen proof of how serious they are about their project. Two plants up already the third on lunching soon. You would be crazy to dump your 4NEW tokens upon exchange listing, their roadmap has some impressive plans and they proved they don't hang around, I wouldn't mind purchasing some more cheap tokens from the dumpers though ;( I don't know about others, but I would like hold my tokens for long term. I have seen good development in this project. Two operational plants and by 2022 there will be 22 plants in total. I don't want to sell my tokens at low rate. I am also holding, i don't want to regret selling off my tokens in the future when all 4new power plants become fully operational and energy production is top notch. |

This is really a very long time. but I see you have really thought of something. Very interesting article, i'd advice everyone else to take a read, it gave a review about SuperBloom and what it stands to achieve in the blockchain, this is a project for all any time  It is mentioned that in case the ico did not hit its softcap you usually get nothing. How is that addressed with Superbloom? I understand they investigate any ico to come on board thoroughly is that the treat? I think this is a big and disturbing issue, Superbloom should do well to vet and ensure that whatever project they are taking on their ICO is capable of completing them, just like Superbloom had gone to establish its credence with sec, this shouldn't be overlooked Lol.. Superbloom will be able to vet and promote authentic ico but i don't think they can read the minds of investors and know which ico they will invest more in. The ico reaching its softcap doesn't depend on superbloom vetting the ico but on the investors. |

This project has a better authentication service also for the users and i must say that this is the first e-commerce project based on blockchain that i have seen. This project is out to make investors rich.
I don't know if it's just me but i am not comfortable with a project coming out to make Investors just rich, i think vanig does much more, I think Vanig is all about the community as they place people first before anything else Many projects wants to see money and that their primary goal. Comunity oriented projects are getting less and less these days. If Vanig is successful, then it will be beneficial for many people in the world. i hope that they implement some form of 2FA authentication into the platform as well! 2FA should now be standard. especially when shopping online. Everyone has their credit card data stored in the online shop, when others get too easy access to it, then it looks on the account quickly sad yeah, it should be, but i've seen so many crypto platforms where it isn't. Really hope they have options for Authy, Google 2FA etc. Although I'm actually sure that Vanig will implement a 2FA, maybe we should ask in the telegram channel for safety's sake. Seems to be sale is going good. But just want to know that next stage will start after they reaching their 2000 ETH? If they will not reach their 2000 ETH goal then what next step will be taken?
It will probably continue or it will be extended depending on what the team wants. I think that they will just continue, because they have to move on, and hit the softcap. Agreed the projects got solid momentum lately and has been getting some solid reviews and buzz so I’m hoping that they will reach their caps to pull forward and be able to bring ththe concept to market fully Once they hit 2000 ETH, I believe that Stage 2 of the ICO starts, I saw it mentioned in their Telegram channel. Oh oke so the stage will get extended now for 100%. Well after Stage 1 they will get their softcap. So no complaining from me ! That we do not know exactly. But have to wait for announcement from their. Actually since 2-3 days they are not updated progress here. So might be we can see some more figure in coming 2 days? The sale is going pretty well for now over 1100 eth sold... I do hope the 2000 eth for the stage is sold out as it is a little below 900 eth remaining. I think it is doable. Which stage would follow though? Is this the hard cap? The 1100 is pretty decent given the recent market shake. No this is just the target for this first stage. There are still 2 or more stages left if i am not mistaken and each have their eth targets. |

Risk of which the investors share equal or even more of the ratio. However, I think this has been talked about before and burning was the conclusion of it. Yes, I also heard that they will burn unsold tokens. This is really needed if you want to growth of tokens. As far as i know they have also burned a lot of tokens right now and they have even raised the price per token from $2 to $4 for the 3 day sale. Where did you get this information from? There are still $ 2 / tokens left on the homepage, and I do not think they simply double the price for the 3-day sale. Maybe you are confusing something, because there are predictions that the token might be worth $ 4 after the tokenburn when it's listed on an exchange I think he got the information from the unofficial group where price speculation is allowed but unlike the main group no such increase has been established its still at 2$ per token even in the 3 days pre-listing If they are thinking about this i would advice them to desist from it. They should just leave the token price at $2 per token except they don't plan on achieving the hardcap. What do you mean, they don't plan on achieving the hardcap??? They certainly do.... I think it's very possible aswell considering how well the presale went Of course they want to reach their hardcap (or want to raise as much money as possible) because with the extra money they can buy/build more plants. But I don't think they will reach it. They raised 40 million in the whole sale so far and you expect them to raise another 30 in just 3 days? They have done a good job marketing and keeping up good progress; I think the hard cap is quite hard to reach or hit in 3 days however there is a chance for private investors to jump in with good money. We just wait and see. I think some private investors are already jumping in, lots of activities in the telegram group recently and also you'd know unsold token will be burned, reducing the TC In a way burning of tokens will be of more benefit to token holders but achieving the hardcap is more important because more funds will be raised for advancing the project. |

I like the sound of that, where did you see this information please? I would love to have a plastic crypto card which I can use in normal shops I found some information in their whitepaper on page 17 and they say as i quote "With crypto cards, you can pay for goods and services and receive cash in ATMs". Does this mean if you are holding eth in the card your eth will automatically be converted to Fiat once you want to withdraw from any ATM. Yes, that's how I would understand it. There are already some such ATMs. I'm curious what the fees Cryptocean will charge for converting to Fiat Will there really be a need for fee other than the normal gas fee that is involved with erc20 platform?? And secondly, how do they plan to solve the confirmation challenge that usually take a little while? That's a really good question. one can not expect from the users that they wait 10 minutes before the ATM or go in the meantime on a coffee. I'm really curious how this should be solved. Yeah.. This will be a tough one especially when the eth network is clogged. Maybe they might use the highest gas price to ensure to much time isn't wasted. |

See below correct details of distribution and use of funds.  Not much difference between softcap and hardcap if you look into the data carefully. They have to raise only 30% to hit the hardcap after reaching softcap. Can someone tell me how much amount need for softcap? I don't see the softcap target here? I see pre-sale target and hardcap only. May be I am missing something here? I managed to find $5million USD for softcap from ICOBench: https://icobench.com/ico/superbloomI checked Telegram and it seems the $5 million soft-cap that ICOBench is showing is correct. Emmie confirmed it on Telegram a while ago. This would be an easy target for superbloom and it is really great to see them starting such a great platform with a low softcap. |
