1821  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 16, 2023, 01:04:40 PM
I was too confident in Real Madrid's victory over Liverpool, and Karim Benzema is a unique talent who scored the game's lone goal yesterday. The aggregate score was 6:2, and only Liverpool had a record of two yellow cards. According to the statistics, Real Madrid had seven shots on target while Liverpool had only five. Real Madrid also had more ball possession than Liverpool. However, the match was quite interesting, and Napoli's 3:0 victory over Liverpool was quite impressive considering this is the first time Napoli is qualifying for the quarter-finals in quite a long time in the champions league.
1822  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 15, 2023, 09:15:45 PM
The match between Southampton and Brentford is already coming to a close. It was interesting to see how Southampton was making accurate passes and trying to equalize but failing. Both teams were playing rough tonight, and Brentford had only three shots on goal. Based on the way Southampton has made so many changes, I believe that this is simply a desperate attempt to win, and that tactic won't work. The game will still undoubtedly will end at 1:0 am sure of that.
1823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 15, 2023, 08:59:44 PM
Real Madrid vs. Liverpool may end in a draw as I predicted because neither team wants to give the other the chance to score. If anyone does score, it will be real Madrid because both Karim Benzema and Mohammed Salah are not given the slightest chance to score. As the league's name implies, it is for champions, we all should be surprised the ball in the net when the teams come out for the second half.

1825  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Poor network reception is contributory to failed transactions. on: March 14, 2023, 03:28:49 PM
The issue with commercial banks' networks is just annoying, and no one really knows why it started when the new currency policy went into effect. Doh, there was an increase in transactions and customers, and opay is currently experiencing the same issue with failed transactions even with their lightning network. It's also annoying that they have really poor customer care when you want to file a complaint. Commercial banks should really work on this.
1826  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 14, 2023, 02:40:38 PM
The match between Liverpool and Real Madrid is going to be extremely difficult because both teams are in good form right now. If I had to pick a winner, I would pick Real Madrid because they have a good chance of doing so even though they are already ahead of Liverpool on the aggregate score. Additionally, Real Madrid's last game against Espanyol ended in a 3:1 score, and even though Karim Benzema was absent, am sure that Madrid will still win against Liverpool.
1827  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 14, 2023, 08:42:40 AM
I think the Manchester City vs RB Leipzig match will be fiercer than we expected. as was the case in the first leg, RB Leipzig had a pretty good strategy in stopping the attacks built by Manchester City. Haaland was even heavily guarded and didn't get many chances in the first leg. but because Manchester City is playing at home. then of course Manchester city will be far superior. But I doubt there will be many goals in this game.
Also, Manchester City takes on RB Leipzig. I don't believe they can compete with Manchester City, and these days Haaland isn't given many opportunities to perform effectively, so the two clubs have a tie overall. I have a very strong feeling that Manchester City will win or the game will end in a draw. Everything about RB Leipzig is always similar to that of Manchester City, even down to their formation. Let's see how the match turns out today.
1828  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading good for beginners? on: March 14, 2023, 08:01:06 AM
I would not advise it because it's better to gain enough knowledge before going into trading seriously. Despite that, I prefer to HOLD and get something else to do to get another source of income, trading as its own risk especially trading futures. Trading as a beginner has serious consequences before it will get to the extent of the beginner losing their fund.
1829  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 13, 2023, 09:06:16 PM
Arsenal are the favorites to win the league because they are the most consistent and I think they have the easiest games left of the season but they play Manchester City and I think that is the game that decides the season. If Manchester City win the game I think they could cause pressure on Arsenal and they slip up and lose a couple of games but if Arsenal win then they extend their lead and with 11 games left I think it would be impossible for Manchester City to catch them because it would require them losing a lot of the games left.
That is just the honest truth, arsenal deserves this trophy. They have advanced too far to begin giving up, and they are now playing weaker teams, which makes it much easier for them to accumulate more points. In addition, over the past few days, arsenal has grown more confident, you can tell from their performance. It appears that the winner of the Premier League will be decided by a small number of points; all Arsenal needs to do is maintain consistency.
1830  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Being drunk while trading what was your experience on: March 13, 2023, 08:47:17 PM
I've never been in a situation like that, but the reality is that it's not advised because the effects of alcohol are already starting to take effect. The person must really enjoy trading in order to continue doing so while intoxicated. If you're high, it's best to just go to bed and sleep rather than risk losing money. However, it's funny to note that some people still have their senses even when they're high, so prevention is always better to cure.
1831  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Either the Presidency or CBN should update Nigerians on old #500 and #1,000 on: March 13, 2023, 12:01:02 PM
People don't accept it here, and we're still waiting on confirmation from the federal government and the CBN to make it legal tender once more. Even banks aren't taking it, and I don't understand the point of bringing the notes back, it appears that the cashless policies have failed if they start accepting it again because most market women are now working with pos specialists so you can pay with your card. The only time I use cash right now is to pay for transportation, otherwise, I use my card for everything else. I no longer experience it as strongly.
1832  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 13, 2023, 11:30:43 AM
With about 11 games to go and having 6 points lead at the top all arsenal need is win 9 games avoid a loss to man city by playing a draw and they will lift the trophy because if they lose to man city and any other team they risk being level on points and man City have goal advantage. I see Arsenal clinching the EPL title this season
In fact, it is difficult to be consistent with the few remaining matches, but if you want to win the EPL this season, of course, Arsenal must be able to do it, considering that Manchester City always overshadows them at the top of the standings with thin points and of course Manchester City can slide them at any time.
Manchester City's strategy may not be successful this time because Arsenal is demonstrating a real desire to win every game, which is the best strategy. As can be seen from the table, Arsenal has not lost any games thus far, and if they keep up their current form, they will undoubtedly win the league since they are only five points ahead of Manchester City.,and manchester united has two draws.
1833  Economy / Economics / Re: Try to save money while you still can, will you ? on: March 13, 2023, 10:31:00 AM
Inflation has really eaten deep into the global economy, so with this, it has become a global issue. The standard of living is increasing seriously everywhere, and your earning can't even keep up with your bills anymore, especially for those who have families to feed and care for. For this reason, you shouldn't put all of your eggs in one basket instead, you should look for different ways to boost your earnings at least it will be of helps you and have at least some savings for emergency purposes.

Even though Southampton put a lot of pressure on them and all of their attempts to score were unsuccessful, Manchester United still gave it their all today. Casemiro's red card also helped Southampton out, and according to the statistics, they had the same number of shots on target. I already knew the game would end in a draw, so at least Arsenal brightened my day today, but even then, they need to work harder because Manchester City is seriously thrilling them. and west ham also playing a draw against Aston villa.
1835  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 12, 2023, 03:31:07 PM
And I can see a big grin on the fans' faces as they watch Arsenal win three 0 already, with attacks coming from every angle. Gabriel Magalhaes scored two goals for Arsenal, and I always believe they will win. Meanwhile, Manchester United is still playing a draw, and Southampton is having a game of chances with lots of goal attempts. Good luck to Manchester United.

Chelsea have come a long way this season haven't  faced several defeat in a row but now with their latest performance it shows that the next up coming matches may witness a new dimension for Chelsea let hope the club ks able to recover it lost glory from their performances since the won 3 games in a row.
Chelsea supporters and the team are very proud of themselves for their recent victories, which is great. However, they still need to improve, which they are already doing, because the loss is just too much. Arsenal's match against Fulham is another game I won't miss because the Gunners cannot afford to lose any more games if we want to have any chance of winning the league. I also admire the commitment of the Arsenal players, especially Saka, who I can't love more because the young England player is just so dedicated. and manchester united playing against Southampton why am I getting a feeling that the game will end draw.
1837  Economy / Economics / Re: With the present economic outlook, do you think that this is good advise? on: March 12, 2023, 10:48:35 AM
I was having a chat with a senior mentor in the financial sector and I asked him what advise he had for recent graduates, he said despite the high rate of unemployment, they should avoid a small margin business and instead acquire a skill or learn a trade where there is a reasonable profit margin. Because the effort you put into a small margin profit business if paired with acquiring a skill will pay more in the future. With the present economic outlook, do you think that this is a good advise?
Having a skill at hand despite being educated, the rate of unemployment is rising significantly, changing governments or not, it has been a global issue that every government is battling with, is just to get a demanding skill or go into tech and once you are good at what you do you will definitely earn well, looking at china they mostly depend on skill there and it works for them because looking at their population the government can not satisfy them when it comes to getting a job. So to me, a skill is a piece of good advice.
1838  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Helped my neighbor to purchase some Bitcoins on: March 12, 2023, 09:59:50 AM
Being an investor in bitcoin is a good thing, and the majority of people believe that if you are using a phone or laptop frequently, you are engaging in fraud. However, the fact that your neighbor was exonerated will make it clear that you are not engaging in fraud when using these devices. You should also inform your neighbor of the risks associated with investing in bitcoin and explain the security measures that apply to not your keys, not your coins. Once your key is gone so are your assets in it.

I think Liverpool have found their game again but it turns out that most of us all expect too much from Liverpool performance. Not being able to win against Bournemouth is very embarrassing. Moh Salah also wasted the penalty he got. Gakpo and Nunez weren't as ambitious when they beat Manchester United.

It's true what some people say that when Liverpool are faced with a weak club their game falls apart. A minute of added time should be enough to create 1 goal opportunity. At least a draw instead of having to lose.
The match between the two teams has ended and victory for Bournemouth at home with a narrow score of 1-0. It's true that I was also a little annoyed to see Liverpool's performance against a weak team, they seemed to have lost their minds about being able to score a goal, they even got a penalty, but Salah failed to execute the kick. With this result Liverpool failed to shift Spurs' position in the standings.
Although Liverpool is currently on fire, the game between the two clubs was not particularly exciting, and Bournemouth has been a pain in everyone's ass. Their last match against Arsenal was a slog between the two clubs, it was only by luck that Arsenal was able to defeat them, and Everton's match against Brighton ended 1:0 with the second goal being canceled by var.

Football is difficult, even for those who are paid to play, and Arsenal's draw with Sporting CP was not worth it because it was obvious that the Gunners had outplayed them, and all clubs competing in a different league is not an easy task. Meanwhile, Manchester United has already defeated Real Betis 3:1, proving that they are not joking around with anyone right now and that every game they play results in a victory.
