1821  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Somethings are unique and different Royse777 did today. on: March 16, 2023, 03:03:13 PM
With this change it certainly can improve the quality of their marketing because they have tried to increase the budget and they can recruit some high quality posters with Chipmixer and Royse participants with the client agreeing with all of that, not only SinBad I saw also YoMix also increased the participants of several participants Chipmixer has entered plus Royse777 is still opening 1 or two spots for it so it's possible that YoMix will also increase their budget.

We don't know with Coinomize whether this campaign will increase even more because of course the competition is very tight they need some high-quality participants and Chipmixer participants may have those criteria.

you are right Napoli looks like it will be easy enough to qualify for the next round. Napoli won 2 goals away from home in the first leg which makes them more confident in the second leg match which they will play at their own stadium. my prediction maybe the score will be 2-1 in this second leg.
I placed a bet on Napoli because it is the same, I am also confident that Napoli will win on paper and they are guaranteed to qualify for the next round, this is not really a tough opponent but I think Napoli will definitely take care of their game especially at home.
Victor Oshimen is usually the hero in every game.

In the end it may be true that Real madrid will qualify easily for the quarter-finals by only drawing 0-0 or something. It's okay to lose 0-2, but Real Madrid's current record is fantastic, especially since they won 6 of their last 7 matches against Liverpool in the Champions League.

I will watch this match for one reason, it is because I want to see how far Liverpool have a chance to qualify for the next round. It might be interesting if Liverpool could force Madrid into extra time, but it's definitely hard to tell without watching the match.
The aggregate score is far enough to make it difficult for Liverpool to win more than 3 goals, this is rather impossible even though we don't know the end of this match, at this time Real Madrid is still quite comfortable with the match in the first leg and indeed in H2H Liverpool always loses when they meet Real Madrid .

At the moment for Liverpool the defense must be even stronger when they are about to start an attack and there is a counter attack they can defend not to be conceded again, I predict that Liverpool will continue to play aggressively because if they play slowly then there will be little chance for them to score goals.

Figured it out and sent your reward again, should be fine now. Can you check? Smiley It was actually sent earlier but there must've been a little glitch.

Confirming that I have received the reward once again thanks Karl. Smiley

Predictor will be back in April with a little surprise... or a twist if you will
I'm waiting for the surprise and I think you have done some strategy for the next month. Of course we are looking forward to it.

So far I have never been successful in the prediction competitions. Hopefully it will change soon.
With bitcoin going up and our hopes once again reviving about making good profits this year we all have chance of winning the prediction contest so just try your luck and maybe you make it to the right price box anytime who knows man  Wink

Anyone who buys at $19k and sells at $26k is going to earn a pretty high price, but it would be better if we just keep HODLing for the long term.
It's true that the opportunity for the bitcoin prediction contest is still wide open, don't be discouraged, however, it's just luck that you can guess at prices that are slightly accurate or close.

Share the experience after receiving the prediction contest prize.

First tried the Gems Bonanza game with several rounds running then finally tried to buy spins and made 56EUR with 280x

Sweet Bonanza with the buy spins feature brings 26EUR

Then tried with some other games but it didn't get good results.

Finally went to Starligt Princes here and managed to win a pretty decent amount of money. lol

Was going to post my prediction in this month's prediction contest and noticed that it wasn't up. Does this imply that Bitcasino won't be running their monthly prediction contest in this month(March)?

I hope that isn't the case since these are some of the best contests in the forum in my opinion.
It's already the middle of March but I don't know whether there will be predictions this month or not, but there hasn't been any update from Karl, even from the website there is no prediction contest.
It is also possible that March will not have a bitcoin prediction contest.

You can't lose, mate. Smiley Unless you bet 5 mBTC at once, but make smaller bets like 0.05 mBTC or less, you can't lose it all, you will certainly win something out of that.
Of course I will try something small so that the game lasts longer, which is what I want. If you bet a large amount, the risk of losing will be fast, but from that point of view, the win will be big. lol

But I am still waiting for the reward.

Of course it takes a long journey to reach the current goal in 2023, it's not easy actually how we go through several phases including losses in it but most likely my dream in bitcoin is certainly bigger because I think if I save more bitcoins during the process that then I'd say it works as planned, but I started from a small knowledge but as time goes by about the technology and other features I have understood what we can do now.

But we don't have too much hope in cryptocurrency, this is high volatility, we can be successful even because we learn from previous experiences, we must have the discipline to maintain carelessness in the stupid things we do and continue to learn from others because it will be an important experience for you and myself.

I think an investor will not hold for a short time because the principle of an investor is a strong hand to hold bitcoin as long as possible, on the other hand the current price is still not high enough even though buying around $ 16,000 it is still too early to sell bitcoin assets, still be an investor as much as possible with the next 10 years he will definitely get everything.
Not all investors have the same time frame when it comes to sticking with their investments. Investment time frame tend to vary from investor to investor, but that shouldn't really matter as long as they're making a profit. Institutional investors may be different, they tend to get a longer time frame than personal investors.

Surviving 5 to 10 years in an investment asset that has a high risk of volatility like bitcoin probably would not be considered by all people hoping for profits between ATH. They will sell it and enjoy the profits all year round. But the principles of investors are the same, yes they tend to stay on longer time frames.

Yeah.. you can fuck around all that you like.. including selling BTC when you are in profits.  But part of the focus of this thread is to frame bitcoin as a longer term investment, which is that 5-10 year time frame, so yeah, you can see profits at some sooner timeframe, and you can take profits, and so fucking what?  You made some dollars, and you might end up getting screwed if you sell too much too soon.

There is a bit of a value proposition that is being presented in terms of bitcoin potentially serving as a kind of asset that you are not fucking around with.. you are accumulating it and building it for the long term.

And, sure on a personal level you can do whatever you like, including ignoring bitcoin's value proposition, valuing your wealth in terms of dollars and try to time the ups and downs of bitcoin and end up selling too much too soon.

Don't get me wrong.. I am not even against some folks to consider investing into bitcoin in terms of shorter time horizons, even though probably it used to be the case that I would tell people that it might NOT be a great idea to invest in bitcoin if they did not have at least have a 4 year time horizon.    These days, I still largely stick with the 4 year time horizon as the minimum, but I also suggest that maybe if your time horizon is less than 4 years, then you would just take a smaller position size.
You're right, it's their right to determine their position to sell their BTC when conditions are rising. This is even a short-term investment, but they do it because they want to get profits faster than usual, but keep in mind it's not as easy as we imagine, buying low and then selling high is actually difficult for short-term BTC so here I've focused on the long term with 5-10 years, but again every investor's thinking is different but I'm more focused bitcoin is a long time to stockpile.

But please assume what percentage you want to get from the increase in bitcoin and then sell even I envy this is no exception selling lots of bitcoins but if you feel it's still a piece of bitcoin then it's better in the long term because, for the long term, it's not ideal to get better profits.

But I agree with you, you don't need to force someone to run it alone.

Part of the truth of the matter when someone might either start to get more elderly in their 60s, 70s or 80s, they become somewhat uncertain about how long their time horizon is, as compared with someone who might be in his/her 20s, 30s, or 40s who might be saving up for a house or some large purchase, so the time horizon has to do with considerations of when they are wanting to be able to make those larger purchases, rather than end of life and/or retirement considerations.
Actually I don't have data on how many 60-70 year olds are still active in investing in bitcoin with DCA or hoarding in any way to project it but I predict that those who do this are among young people maybe at the age of 20-30 years who are still young enough with all the big dreams of bitcoin as long as they invest it, of course their hope is to buy something that has been coveted so far by buying an expensive house or car in the process of saving in bitcoin but if they set a 10 year HODL then they can get greater profit from the results of such patience.

1837  Economy / Economics / Re: How to increase capital investment on: March 08, 2023, 11:59:13 AM
well that's how I try not to put everything in one basket. But every time I have more money than a profit earned and left over from what was planned for living expenses. then I also invest some of the remaining money in bitcoin. but I also like to invest in some altcoins. although in a smaller amount than in bitcoin. basically I'm a person who doesn't want to miss opportunities. I tried every opportunity and of course by doing the analysis first. and an analysis takes a long time.
Actually it's good to diversify in some assets but I don't believe for altcoins because it's not feasible to make long-term except bitcoin, and what's even better is to diversify in other assets outside of crypto it will be much better whereas in crypto we focus more only on bitcoin because it has a long history for each of its cycles.

Everyone is free to do this, but I myself am more focused on bitcoin. If you diversify into other altcoins, then it is not diversified, but investing in the same basket.
1838  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bold step to invest my fiat in Bitcoin on: March 08, 2023, 11:20:31 AM
There are some threads that are just written without any proof, like photos, which is really skeptical and just posted for sake of merit, and there are also others that have photos on them, though whatever their reason, I hope they can benefit from it. Also, I've seen threads about teaching students or children about bitcoin; some are fishy, while others are also nice and a great idea. If their intentions are true and it is not for merit that they join campaigns, then it is really helpful to others as they really want to spread awareness about bitcoin, but if it is not , then they won't last long here in the forum as for sure they got busted by the veterans here.
We just have to think positively that their intention is right to share the steps for spreading bitcoin, even though here they already know a lot about bitcoin, but usually beginners will be happy for him to buy bitcoin for the first time with their own money, or save bitcoin instead of fiat, whatever the title of the thread. they just want to share the joy even though some are skeptical some people with multiple threads like this.

What needs to be done for them is to give some advice because usually beginners don't know about security and other things that are still unknown, so I don't think it's a problem if they, for example, are only looking for sympathy from merit or other things, let people Others can rate it.

the important thing is that their goal is that investing in bitcoin is a very good awareness.

good to know about the contest and even though only the first 2 will have prizes it's cool to see that there are several different categories

will give room for people with varied skills to join and try their luck!
Yeah this time the prizes are only for first two winners so it's going to be hard choice for the team also to select the best entries out of whole lot of creative and good submissions but it's a competition so we have to accept it and do our best if we are participating.
The prize is still tempting even though only 2 winners from various contests were selected in the category, at this time I see that there have been many entries that means many enthusiasts have developed skills in their art, at this time the participants may not have shown it but rest assured that they will show their best to get the prize.
Surely the team will need time to choose the best contestant to become the winner, but right now maybe some of them are still thinking about the concept that will be used in the art.
