How can we figure it out that this account is a scammers here, new account can easily be done at the same time, so even we caught on scammer here, it is easy for them to create new and make another transaction which people fall easily at many times, right?
I noticed people tend to avoid dealing with users who are few days on the forums. Not all of them obviously but it's a good start. What about making marketplace available after getting 100+ posts? That would waste scammers time at least. To get scammed by newbie very rare occurrence, for example I have scammed by three legendary user with green trust (one even belongs to DT) , and few trusted hero, limit of 100+ post or activity, can only reduce spam not scam. |

Hello, great thread ! Can you post how you're doing ? regarding repayment rates/default rates/ your IRR etc. ? This is one of the most exciting projects. Some time ago I was an investor in prosper but I was not able to get an adequate return. How are you moderating your loans ? Do you have some measure like credit score etc ?
No, this is not a real business, (too small a market) I do not carry statistics, I do not set even stringency percentage of interest, it is more like a form contributions to the community. |

I have a client who wishes to buy 20 Bitcoins for a cash. He is concerned about the protocols involved and making sure that the transaction will be valid and not get "stuck in the system" or be fraudulent in any way.
He is happy to meet face to face with the seller but he is not willing to part with the cash until there is certainty over the delivery of the Bitcoin. I am guessing this will take a minimum of 1 hour (6 blocks)
Any thoughts about how to relieve the tensions on both sides. Escrow and banks seem to be out of the question.

Tell your customer to google "escrow" and read. Welcome to 2017 year where people are smart enough to not being robbed. It does appear than many of the escrow services are themselves thieves. Can you recommend one or a couple of check out and they need to take cash... And none of them are thieves believe me They proved enough already how trusted they are.
