1821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why Bounty Hunters Hate KYC !!! on: January 24, 2019, 10:25:17 PM
Because many do not want to give their personal data, some bounty hunters are engaged in multi-account and therefore can not pass the KYC.
If that is the case then KYC is a more than a useful tool to control such act. we might need it more often
1822  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can less the unemployment rate? on: January 24, 2019, 10:21:35 PM
The adoption of bitcoin is as important as the application to the practical world. How do we engage bitcoin in health, agriculture etc and other job that may not demand internet environment or higher level of skilled service. The adoption of blockchain by existing companies should provide a better platform for application, this is the new dimension to increase fund that goes into crypto this year.
1823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why Bounty Hunters Hate KYC !!! on: January 24, 2019, 09:36:51 PM
Am beginning  to observe this to be true. I participated in raincheck and presently Velic, I noticed we have had lesser participants than in campaigns without KYC. Though it might be protective,It is also depriving for hunters to benefit from good projects. Project team should usually provide a means of promise to all investors and bounty hunters to ensure that all information submitted will be confidential and protected.
1824  Economy / Economics / Re: More Countries Continue To Show Support For Blockchain Technology on: January 24, 2019, 09:26:41 PM
The most distracting countries in the world on cryptocurrency are the most active countries on blockchain. They have more ICO projects, highest amount raised, own exchanges with more users, highest numbers of miners etc. yet they give news that do not support bitcoin. This should teach other countries lesson on how to handle cryptocurrency.
1825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY][IEO] VELIC - Crypto Finance Platformㅣ🔥$100,000 VELT Airdrop🔥 on: January 23, 2019, 03:18:52 PM
Velic should give us an announcement thread for further discussion after ICO . I expect this bounty thread to be locked after token distribution but announcement thread will maintain the project roadmap discussion and can serve as a community for the projects' development in the future.
1826  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin ever exist in currency notes? on: January 23, 2019, 03:14:06 PM
Paper note does not stand for cryprocurrency and bitcoin. It is digital and within a blockchain,so all the transactions are enclosed. Though we have a paper wallet it will be dormant until the private key is used online. It might be a dream but this dream cant come through with blockchain and cryptocurrency.
1827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Big day for ETH on: January 22, 2019, 06:10:56 AM
The new date had been announced for February 27th which coincide with the supposed last day of vaneck Bitcoin ETF verdict. So it has produce a bigger day for strongest crpto coins. If the market handled the resistance for both bitcoin and ethereum efficiently toward that day it should have a significant improvement after the good outcome of both.
1828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most Promising Altcoins to Invest in 2019 on: January 22, 2019, 05:32:06 AM
Most of the coin listed on the website are easy to consider to have smooth ride in the market in 2019 because of their position on the market cap. I only back XRP for consistence and institution backing, some exchange coins, new platforms from Asia large community and strong anonymous coin. The top coin will enjoy the trade volume because of the community and use case/product. Stronger coins will come this year than even last because of the institutional backings.
1829  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRE-SALE LIVE] DarcMatter Coin (DMC) - The Global Finance Revolution on: January 22, 2019, 05:12:49 AM
I will like verify the news around the rooms of the plan to change platform from Stellar to ERC20. How easy do they think that will be if the news is true? why do they consider this at all?
1830  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bear time is near to end on: January 21, 2019, 07:31:28 PM
We are trying to be sure of where the bottom price is? when we find it then we can also predict how long the bear will last. we are equaling hoping it will be in few months.
1831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2019 first quarter market prediction on: January 21, 2019, 07:21:29 PM
I am expecting a sideway movement for the next 3 months for bitcoin and the resistance should hold at $4000 at the end of march. I expect new trends for ICOs with low hardcaps,
 *more crypto related projects,
*higher fiat funded ICOs,
*IEO will be the trend in ICOs fund raising,
*more STOs token released into the market
* better product for ICOs
1832  Economy / Economics / Re: Will 2019 take us to Moon or Mars? on: January 20, 2019, 02:44:52 PM
I am trying to follow the news especially from reliable analysts. some of the predictions in dailies look outrageous, lets expect less and if  we get the moon it will fantastic. The first 6 month of the year will be pivotal to the coin prediction, I want wait till then. At the end of the year if we make $10000 it will be easy to project what we can expect in 2020, the halving year. Checking the history we have seen bull-run in April, so it may not necessarily be in December
1833  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will STO's Work? on: January 20, 2019, 01:38:59 PM
Will STO's be able to compete in the crypto market and actually succeed?

I expect a complete description of what STO might look like from your own view. It is a development out of the crypto young phase but we cant expect it to be perfect solution,we hope we wont look for another soon

unfortunately today Cryptopia suffered a hack.

Only few of the recent exchanges had not being hacked, remember it is one of the good and profitable exchanges until the hack. This will always be a challenge for anything online .
1834  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to avoid Dump after listing on: January 19, 2019, 10:04:58 AM
I dont think there is a perfect scheme to avoid dump after listing for all coins. Dumping at exchange listing shouldn't be a plight but getting back to ICO price, Even the so called 'stable coin' dumps. Every team should be sure of the market they are going into, a ready made market will always have demand. Not all projects are meant to be on blockchain thats why they will die
1835  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC.com - The most advanced cryptocurrency exchange on: January 19, 2019, 09:40:59 AM
I compared the transaction fee of some exchanges like bittrex, kucoin to Hitbtc and I consider that of hitbtc terribly ridiculous high, some in the tune of 13x. More of an extortion with fake volume. Most of the orders are also fake and the prices are low, there is no reason to ever use the exchange if one has alternative. Have read it everywhere but didnt believe until I checked myself. They really need to review this if they want more users.
1836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CoinGecko.com - 360 Degree Cryptocurrency Valuation and Ranking on: January 19, 2019, 08:58:42 AM
I read the Q3 of 2018 review for coingecko exchange, but too busy to access the last quarter if it ever came out. Can I get access the last coin exchange review please?

Yes the 2018 report can be obtained here http://bit.ly/2018CoinGeckoReport

Let us know what you think!
I will like to recommend it to every member of the forum to make it part of the routine every quarter. It is informative and a lot of work had gone into it obviously. This time around there are more additions to it that covers theft and bitcoin cash fork. It will help make a better decision.
1837  Economy / Economics / Re: HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE NEXT BULL RUN 2019 on: January 18, 2019, 04:07:48 PM

   Read more cryptocurrencies  books author by Chris Burniske and Jack Tatar,  Tarik Gönen etc and also Trading in the Zone by Mark Douglas

What is the trust level of the information they are giving with dwindling market system? Where most predictions have failed. I will rather follow for updates on social media than read books that the information are not consistent or reliable
1838  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy on ICO or buy after being exchanged? on: January 18, 2019, 03:46:39 PM
At the bearest of the market it might change, there wont be any reason for the dump. The fund collected from ICOs were losing there value as bitcoin price was dropping. There are more effective regulations that could help projects that are coming up lately and better valuation for most of these projects. It is still a good move to purchase tokens that had dumped in the market already.
1839  Other / Meta / Re: Does anyone successful got unban your account with using banappeals option? on: January 18, 2019, 08:55:46 AM
I tried to be careful as much as possible, I even distance myself from any ban accounts. The forum was initally started to discuss bitcoin alone but when the bounty came up it gave more opportunity to make money, however , more abuse were seen. If there was no law there be wont sin and no one is above the law in the forum, cousin with legendary rank may not tender the justice. Permban is mostly irreversible for plagiarism. I hope in the future they introduce bitcoin fine, maybe with a gruesome payment, these members will pay. The forum can also have their token, for opening accounts, fine payment many more, this can be on bitcoin platform like RSK
1840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ⚠ ⚠ CRYPTOPIA EXCHANGE HACKED! -- REALTIME INVESTIGATION THREAD ⚠ ⚠ on: January 17, 2019, 06:36:12 PM
I would have been a victim if it was 2017, I had some token there then. What can the goverment agency and NZ police do in situations like this, I think internet fraud happen from any part of the world except they have prior information of an insider capable of doing it. We have not heard anything from the site asides the announcement which does not indicate any form of refund or compensation. The link still shows some fund still transferred today, How could that be if the site was shut down yesterday?
