1824  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Armory 0.94 is out on: April 02, 2016, 07:30:32 PM

hi,

0.93 has filled my HD. only 400MB left.  Grin

in which folder is the DB stored? i think deleting the DB, upgrading to 0.94.1 might be the best solution.

I have to wait online for a few more hours to hear back from some buyers.

In the meantime I'll match cryptoknightt's prcing (30K/0.7BTC)

The closer we get to the GUI the lower become the BTC-amount you folks ask for.  Grin

Not by choice. cryptoknight cut his price and since I'm waiting for a reservation to come through I had to match it.

yeah, cryptoknight seems very eager to sell every last IOTA he has got before we move on.  Wink

Can anyone please tell me what was the price of IOTA after the ICO ended? With all the collected BTC's, what is the price right now before launch ?

0.0000025 right ?

My price (one of the middle bonus's) was 0.0000011 btc per iota.

So people are trying to sell at 3500 ? So that's about 30 times the initial investment, a bit greedy if you ask me ....
I could live with x10 profit for the early birds, but 30+ is a bit too much Smiley
OK thank you for the information, will be waiting for the exchanges to hit. Or if anyone is willing to sell at 1500 sat. msg me Smiley

P.S.
That is my personal opinion, if some one does not like it, just dont answer Smiley

while evaluating a investment it doesn't matter what the price was in the past. all that matters is the difference between what you see as a fair valuation and the valuation at the moment.

Crazy prediction:

Craig Wright IS Satoshi Nakamoto and is going to destroy the Millions of coins he holds to proof it.

Would you mind specifying how will he DESTROY coins?

send them to invalid uᴉoɔʇᴉq address -> coins destroyed

1834  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Financial Times: Satoshi = Craig Steven Wright reveal coming 7-14 April 2016 on: April 01, 2016, 01:32:30 AM
I highly doubt Criag Wright is Satoshi even if he was he would keep himself anonymous. It will also be pointless to show up now as there is a lot of bitcoin haters around. He would probably not reveal himself until it is a big thing and even then he still may not show him/her self.

its highly likely that all this bitcoin civilwar and folks acting like the keeper of the holy bitcoin grail provoked him to not longer stay silent. it must be pretty hard to watch all those discussions and being forced to stay silent.
1835  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Financial Times: Satoshi = Craig Steven Wright reveal coming 7-14 April 2016 on: April 01, 2016, 12:52:16 AM
Oh come on!
That guy is a hoax! We all know that.
Never ever is he Satoshi.

have you seen him talking at conferences? he pretty easily dominated everyone at the podium (mostly he was connected via video) and i noticed some very surprised faces of well known bitcoin devs as he talked about technical stuff and future vision for bitcoin as a whole.

its anything but "a known hoax".
1836  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Financial Times: Satoshi = Craig Steven Wright reveal coming 7-14 April 2016 on: April 01, 2016, 12:48:27 AM
What will happen if he fails to prove he is the real Satoshi Nakamoto? Can he be held responsible for misinformation and spreading lies in the Bitcoin community? I think his reputation will be finished if his claims don't turn out to be true. So many people want to be celebrities by claiming to be Satoshi it's so funny.

What will happen if DOES sign those addresses? Will you be able to accept the facts or will you try to deny? I guess even if he signs those keys we will still have some folks staying in denial.

You are living in a dream world if you believe a majority of users doesn't support 2MB blocks. And not only "majority" i would also say "supermajority".

Which is why I support segwit and core's roadmap. So typical for a classic supporter to spread misleading information by insinuating I wasn't in favor of larger blocks.

LOL! So typical for a "smallblocker" to assume that everybody who is in favor of 2MB has to be a Classic supporter.

TBH i even dont think that 2MB are somehow urgently needed at the moment or better said i dont think everything will fall apart if we dont raise the limit anytime soon. There is a lot hysteria in this whole discussion imo.

But what i really think came to surface in this discussion is imo that (like i said before) the community is being held hostage by developers that are (at least partly) acting completely immature, irrational and extremely aggressive to others that disagree even slightly and i dont even get started about that shitty censorship that has taken place. Not by Core itself but they could have acted more decisive in that regard.

Like i said, a second or even third team is needed so when in 2 or 3 years the next crucial decisions are coming we are able to choose.
