Yawn. You have been making idle threats against us and demanding payment to stop you taking legal action for months now. Try it and you'll find out I am correct about the legal status of gambling in the US. Nevada, New Jersey, and Delaware all have online casinos operating legally within their respective State laws. The is no Federal law on gambling with the exception of sports betting. We are not under the jurisdiction of any US State.

~

You do have a way of completely missing the relevant fact. The Wire Act is only used to apply local State laws where money enters a US bank.

I think its better not to be from US overall, US have very weird laws and u might not be happy with that if u're from there.
Maybe use a VPN or so, so u can avoid taxes and so on ?

The US is the only country I know of that taxes its citizens even if they live abroad. I've known Americans who had to give up their passport to get away from the IRS. I think a lot of people in the US probably do use VPNs to access sites that block their IPs which is why blocking them is a pretty pointless thing to do.

Hey guys!

Where can i see now statistics like on that page:
https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/difficulty

I need the graph with the difficulty, "Estimated Next Difficulty", "Adjust time" and "Block Generation Time"

Thank you!

It doesn't keep much history but https://fork.lol/pow/retarget has a good estimator for the next change.

United States Law says Internet Gambling is Illegal plain and simple due to the "Wire Act Law"

Wrong. The Wire Act states that where money enters a US bank the act is said to have taken place in the State that bank is in and is subject to the laws of that State.

The only US wide law on gambling applies only to sports betting with fiat currency.

My country doesn't allow any online gambling neither but thankfully they do not care about bitcoin gambling and have no laws regarding that, we can play btc gambling any way we want and it is seen same as cs:go skins and all that or wow golds and that helps us a lot.

In the end gambling is gambling but if the money is not real money than you can be considered as playing poker from zynga facebook and that is not illegal anywhere as well. Some countries thankfully see bitcoin gambling and zynga gambling all the same. US citizens could play zynga as well but when it comes to bitcoin it doesn't really ALL us citizens, from state to state it changes and some states you can play because they don't recognize it.

That's the good thing about bitcoin, it eliminates country censorship against online gambling., In my country Online gambling is illegal, but its not illegal to play in online gambling sites that is not based in my country.

That's also the whole point of Bitcoin. It's money for the people by the people and no government can censor its use. As long as a Bitcoin casino doesn't do anything silly like opening a bank account it isn't operating in your jurisdiction either.

I'll go further than 99% and say it is 100% a scam. It just changes the display on the animation to show 10000 and the sucker that uses it sends a support request complaining they rolled 10000 but $200 wasn't added to their balance. They definitely lose the $350 they paid for it and might well be installing all sorts of malware at the same time.

Yep. Is very easy to fake, I can do it and I don't know anything about programming.

This is fake, made in 2 minutes

I even one guy that did a Paintshop job to claim he won the lottery and we didn't pay him!

On a serious note, this is why we insist on a Bitcoin signed message to prove ownership of an account. It is far too easy to fake a screenshot of a web wallet.

We have added lots of new football events to the betting. You can bet on the Champions League semi-finals and who will finish 3rd and 4th in the Premier League.

@TheQuin,  I'd like to clarify about the scripts sold by 3rd parties, for example, look at this 10000 roll script:

Code:
https://encore-official.live/product/10000-roll-script-latest-2019/

Is this legitimate and do you allow such script to run to make btc? encore is also selling other high-value BTC scripts, does it work?

Please clarify.

Thanks

Do you think is legit? If they can beat the game they probably use their accounts to scam much possible from the website and don't sell it to random people.

99% is a scam to steal your money and maybe data from your browser.

I'll go further than 99% and say it is 100% a scam. Due to this restriction, most of the US people are not gambling, before gambling before we have to research about the website and their credibility because there are some fake websites which they will not pay withdrawals on time. So we have to be very careful when dealing with gambling websites.

I think you'll find a lot of US residents get past the restrictions using VPNs. There isn't actually any need for us block US IP addresses. Playing dice with Bitcoin isn't breaking any federal law and your individual state laws aren't applicable outside the state.
You're right about reputation, we've been around for over 5 years and built a good one.

Is the refer link no more sharable on twitter (blacklisted) ? I can't share it any more!  Roll Eyes
Probably it was blacklisted. Same thing happened on Facebook long time ago already. Social networks don't like referral links and similar stuff because it's one of main sources of spam. If you still want to promote your reflink on Twitter, you may try to use shortlink services like Bit.ly

Yes, too many people spamming their ref links is the cause.

I have a question when this Lambo event start and where?

Tried to find this on Freebitco.in but I couldn't and I have read a few last pages of this thread and I see members talk about this but there is no exact information provided on how and when will it be?

Please share some info and let me know exactly what is going on with this Lambo event.
It will start on 1st May, not much time left to wait. You may check image posted by @TheQuin above to see how you can win Lambo on Freebitco.in.

This one:

I would like to ask @TheQuin this hypothetical question, is it OK to withdraw some bitcoins to one of my referrals addresses?
I'm asking this because quite some time ago, in my thread about freebitco giveaway, I have announced that if I'm ever going to win on lottery one forth of the winnings will be given to a random ref of mine. I don't want to fall under the suspicion of being some sort of abuser. Are they going to receive it properly and is it OK with the site TOS?
Maybe there is a better way of doing this, it isn't a regular share-back though.

Yeah, that's perfectly OK. I do need to be absolutely certain that multiple accounts are being used by one person to abuse the faucet and/or referral program before I do something about it. I look at a lot of things and need to see combined evidence, not just a single withdrawal.
1855  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: April 21, 2019, 10:34:28 AM
Has anyone of you here have tried to exchange the rewards points? Like electronics, harware wallets, or GC's? It really aint easy to reach those points before you can exchange it to any of the item rewards. Im just a bit curious lol.

My maximum Reward Point is about 100k and I exchange it into satoshi and some bonus .
For me to reach electronics prize is almost impossible  Grin, but look at those whale who compete in wager competition. I think its easy for them to reach million rewards points

"Almost impossible" thats the word Ive been looking for lol. Of course for us who does only Bitcoin faucet, but not for for those luxurious people who participated in wagering contest, they care less about those point rewards anyway, they're aiming for a bigger reward.

Everytime I played Hi-Lo game, I always end up lossing all my Bitcoin balance lol.

Well, there are people out there with a huge referral network and those people get loads of reward points every single day, so they will quickly acquire the reward points needed to get those rewards. The individual with flat pockets and no referrals will struggle for years, with almost no possibility to get hose rewards.

So, if you worked hard to get those "active" referrals, then you will reap the rewards. If you sit on your ass and leech on the faucet rewards every hour, then you will never see those rewards.  Wink

Ps : 11 days to Lambo event!

Very few do actually take the electronic goods. Most that get that many points prefer to redeem for Bitcoin anyway. The gift cards are a lot more popular and easier to get the required RP as well.

Continually Spamming?

A forum is a place for people to discuss something they have a common interest in. As nobody is replying to you repeatedly posting the same thing it indicates they are not interested in talking to you. So you are spamming this thread.

I never had a streak go this far before.  17 in a row.  Previous high was 14.  If this had been LOW instead of HIGH, I would have been screwed.

It's good to see a winning streak posted for a change. It usually the losses that get people talking on here.

Hi freebitcoin lovers , I'd like to know if the numbers that are shown after each role can be repeated, I mean is the ℅ of hitting the number 10k is 1/10000 (for a newly opened account) ??

It's 1:20000 because of the way it is rounded to the nearest whole number but the chances are the same for every roll. Don't believe the dumb people that mistake statistics from a small sample of results as proof.

Only 10 days left for the lambo event Tongue
I can not wait until it starts.

regards

Yeah, it's getting close....

Will we only have one Grand prize <Lambo> or will we have some smaller "cash" prizes too? It feels a bit unfair if everyone buys tickets and you can only win one big prize? We frequently have lucky draws and most of the feedback that we received was that people wants 2cnd and 3rd prizes too, to increase their odds to win something.

Our government Lottery also works like this, you have 6 chances to win 1 big prize and then 5 other opportunities to win smaller prizes.   Grin  Can you add some smaller prizes too?

We always receive feedback that people want more.

We're taking a big with this experiment and really don't know if it will pay for the Lambo itself or not. When this is over we'll decide what we do next time. If the next competition is a smaller prize than a Lambo you'll know why.

really nice well organized website Smiley checked it out

just a little confuse have you actually given 178k+ bitcoins  Shocked Shocked Shocked or like thats satoshi value on your main page good luck with the contest!

Not given, that has been won by our customers. We've been running since 2013 when Bitcoin was under $200 so you can't really equate the total of 178,627.58751717 BTC to Bitcoin value now.
